I went there to order the meal of the day and choose the foot long. I had expectations which were it would be a great tasting sandwich. I choose the Philly steak and cheese but the guy who made the sandwich decided it would be something different. It seems like these guys try to increase their profit margin at the expense of the customer and gave made me a lettuce sandwich instead. I am not buying that the explanation that it could have been unintentional no quite the opposite. Based upon this one experience I would never consider trying this place again even if someone else was treating me. read more

Currently, I am unable to fend for myself, and I placed an order for someone to pick up an order on their lunch break. Well, I was sad & disappointed that our order was wrong and was unable to go back to get it fixed due to restrictions. But, when I called to inform them, I spoke with the manager, who was more than willing to fix my order within the week. I called after a couple of days for a remake, and when I called, I got a young lady by the name of Aaliyah. She had to place me on hold. While on hold, I was able to overhear her interactions with other in store customers where she was greeting and offering friendly check out service. (It was nice to hear, a job being offered with friendly service) When she returned to the phone, she nicely apologized for the hold and assisted me with getting my remake order in. She informed me that it was there posted. She also assured me that she, herself, would be getting the order properly made and ready for designated pick-up time. It was a great interaction with a business that was willing to correct their wrong when given the chance to make things right with their customers. Look forward to visiting this friendly location more often. Thank you, and keep up the great customer service. P.S. I love that Subway now uses freshly sliced meat. It definitely makes for a much better sandwich. I'll be honest, I wouldn't even visit Subway prior to old style meat options that weren't tasty. I'm so glad it's enjoyable now! read more

Covid-19 phase The worker was nice and wore a mask and was kind. I ordered the teriyaki chicken on a spinach wrap with pepper jack and all veggies. Also avocado and extra jalapeños. All the meat and veggies looked fresh and good! The wrap tasted delicious! Really tasty! The teriyaki chicken had great flavor! Went there today for a pastrami sandwich I was informed they no longer serve pastrami. Ordered a roast beef sandwich to go overall the sandwich taste ok. Sunday afternoon my boys and I went for lunch. There were three young men working behind the counter and I have to say it appears they were raised right and well trained. They were welcoming and kind. They did an amazing job behind the counter. I think this subway location has been 5 stars the last several times I've visited it. Third time I've been here and will definitely be my last. First time, the sub maker sloppy made sandwich and just threw it together, let it slide. Second time, their machine was down but they didn't tell the customers until AFTER they made them their sandwiches and then asked us to write our card info, not happening. I went to Subway today wearing a mask as I have an auto-immune condition and was trying to reduce my chances of contracting COVID-19. The person preparing my sandwich looked very nervous and it seemed that nothing I order was available, except what could be seen. I asked for a meatball sandwich, no meatballs. I asked for a pizza, and although there was pizza dough that could be seems in the oven, she walked only to to opening to the back and then turned around and said, "no pizzas.". And when she handed me my drink, her hand was literally shaking. I know that these are stressful times for everyone, but that doesn't mean that we should make assumptions and forget to be kind to one another. How would she like to be treated for wanting to protect her health? In fact, she was worried about her health, the same as I was worried about mine, and I treated her kindly the whole time.
