Really no stars, because so have no order to review. I ordered 3 pizzas to be delivered and the order never came! It was suspiciously late, So, I checked the tracker online and the tracker said it had already been delivered?! It was 8:15pm, but it said the driver had left the store with pizzas at 7:32 and delivered them at 7:40. He did not! I called the store number 2 times and listened the recorded on-hold message on repeat for 10 mins! No one at the store answered, so we can't even get a refund! When I clicked on the link to write to the store online to tell them how my order was, there wasn't an option to say "never received order". It automatically responded with "sorry to hear that. Here's one free 2-topping pizza. But no way to get refund. It's now 9pm and husband just left to check what's going on at the location. read more

Slim pickings for a spur of the moment Mother's Day take out. Customer service wasn't great at this location. The woman on the phone was pretty short - maybe she was having a stressful day but we called fairly early in the day. We specified leaving the food and not knocking and the driver ignored that and knocked loudly on the door before leaving. The food was just okay. The mini lava cakes were interesting but overcooked. The pizza was very good. I really liked the thick crust and it was piping hot and very tasty. The cheese bread was a bit disappointing. They forgot the dipping sauce and it was seriously over cooked - burnt on the top with the cheese and on the bottom. I'd order pizza again but none of the other dishes. read more

This place shouldn't even get one star. I called 2 hours ago and tried to place a credit card info on the phone to place my order. Then I call back with the credit card info and the employee pretended not to hear me. It could be because they didn't want to hear me and do there job or they didn't want to do there job. Gloucester Domino's store #6057 - 6101 George Washington memorial highway (across from Sentara) was a terrible experience. Called in a pick up order and when we got back, two of our Pizzas were made wrong. I called the store to let them know and got called a liar by the very RUDE manager Chandler. I do not live in Gloucester but I suggest to all to get their pizza from somewhere else (papa John's or Pizza hut). read more

The cardboard box it came in would've been better tasting. It reminded me of something you'd pick up at the local supermarkets frozen pizza section. This dominos used to be fine. They must have got new pizza cook(s) in the past few months because it is clear they don't know what their doing. The pizza is either undercooked (doughy and inedible) or burnt more than half the time. Don't risk getting the cheesy bread because it will always be inedible. read more

So I'm actually disappointed. I've never really been a fan of dominos pizza, but I figured since we are scarce in the way of fresh pizza places where I live, I might as well just order whatever we have left. So I ordered a large Extravaganza pizza, the crust was seasoned with so much salt it ruined the hot fresh taste of the pizza.. Too bad because the pizza was loaded with toppings and was hot and the dough was good.. accept for the salty add on the crust . And I ordered Cinnastix and I made sure to repeat that I said "Cinna Stix", because the guy on the other end didn't seem to understand what I was saying.. so lo and behold I ended up getting garlic bread stix instead. Because you know Cinna Stix and Cheesy Garlic Bread sound exactly the same over the phone. But hey you get what you pay for, and I was hungry and it did order from a fast food chain... the delivery was quick . So kudos to the delivery guy. Quick service is always appreciated. First pizza was prepared incorrectly. Made us feel bad about requesting a correction. Made THAT one incorrectly! Presided to eat the incorrect pizza, while customer waited, again, for revised pizza. Rude and unprofessional people are answering the phones these days. The last time I called I think it was a "10 year old" kid who answered the phone. He actually had to ask me my zip code after I gave him my delivery address... He seemed confused when I said why do you need my zip code and handed the phone to the women who typically answers. To be 100% honest I order from here and pick up all the time but I ordered today for the Patriots game and I got the worst order of my life.. The buffalo chicken pizza was burnt and over cooked also it had black spots on it. The side oder of chicken was overcooked and burnt a little bit.
