So I went out with some girls to mobile and I ordered my kids pizza while they were with their dad. I called about an hour later and he said they didn't get their pizza yet. So I went to the confirmation and it said 260-290 minutes wait for delivery. I'm like okay I'll just call and cancel. A girl answered the phone and I kindly explained what the email said and before I could get it out to cancel my order she hung up in my face. It took me calling 8 more times to get a manager on the phone. Seriously unprofessional and pissed me off. So they canceled it but still haven't received a refund. Going to the store tomorrow. Hopefully won't have to show my ass lol but yeah I know it's hard to hire & keep ppl (I work in retail) but that is not how you treat people especially if they are being nice. This location is severely understaffed. They basically have a 3 man crew per shift it seems like, and that's including the delivery guy. Food is always eh, sub par; it's the least to be expected when you're quoted a 2 hour wait before your food arrives (because there's only one delivery guy). Half the time, I can't get orders to go through online; I call the store to place the order, and either it rings incessantly or when they do pick up, it takes 20 minutes to place it because the computer system is shut down. This has absolutely nothing to do with the people that work there, they do their best. It's Domino's. I do not recommend this location. read more

Delivery was almost 40 minutes late even though the order was placed 75 minutes ahead of time. Staff came across as indifferent when I called. I was left on hold waiting for a manager. It was my second call before I finally got one. The manager admitted his staff needs training on how to talk to customers. When the pizza arrived, it was no longer hot. I have been here for one week and they have messed up my order 3 times. The biggest reason why I'm writing this review is for the way I was treated by A MANAGER. I come in one day and ordered my pizza. I then go sit down in the waiting area and ask a lady who is covered in tattoos "how is your day going" she then responds with "what the hell did you say to me!?" That's no way to talk to your customers. I was simply trying to make conversation. She was so disrespectful when she said it. I called & asked the Asst Mgr to just issue a credit since we were not able to return to the store - he accused me of lying & insisted we got the pizza. He finally backed off & stopped insisting we received it. Instead of giving a full credit, he offered a coupon for half off of a replacement pizza on our next order. No refund of the one we already paid for was offered. I asked when the manager would be in the next day & he lied about what time the manager would be in. I called the next day & the same Asst Mgr grabbed the phone. He said the same thing as the night before, he put a coupon on the account. When I argued & said no, I wanted credit for the full price of a replacement, he became rude & said he would add one for the full price of a replacement. Exactly what you'd expect from a Domino's -- it was good and surprisingly fast -- 15ish min. for a pick up order and they brought it to my car immediately on arrival. I really debated whether to order from here after reading all these reviews, but figured how bad could it possibly be, and worst case I'd confirm for myself and be another meh review atop the other almost comically bad reviews. But it was actually very good / typical, with pleasant service, and I felt compelled to confirm that at least one customer found this Domino's quite satisfactory. read more

This is the second time that I have ordered pizza and it takes 2+ hours and there is no indication at time of ordering that it will take this long. On Halloween, Saturday, and game day they only have one delivery driver. Maybe this is a result of Covid but they should still tell you when you order to expect such long wait times so you can determine if you want to proceed with the order. read more

Sorry to say that this Domino's has failed us time and time again. We were patient during covid and didn't mind the extremely slow delivery times but the truth is you can't count on them to make it anywhere near 90 mins. I waited for an hour for a pizza and got nothing. When I called, they lied to me twice. Once saying that they knocked on my door - they didn't. When I said where I was, he said they 'knocked a couple digits off my address and came back' ... The address number is 1. Can't take any more digits off that. Then he gave me a line about how they'd get sued if they delivered here. When I asked if they charged me for it, the manager said that he hadn't yet but that they would. We arrived in this beautiful town on a business trip. Arriving around 9 pm, not much was opened so we decided to try us a dominos pizza. After not eating for over 12 hours, we were looking forward to a delicious pizza. What we received was the mushiest nastiest pizza we have ever put in our mouth. The bottom of the pizza was still white. After one bite and lots of gagging, I decided to starve until the next day. Maybe they just had a bad night. We ordered delivery on 7/3 via the app. Time was quoted as 47 - 57 minutes. The tracker indicated that the pizza would arrive sooner than that. But then it seemed that the pizza was cooked, checked for quality, and then sat out of the oven waiting for driver for about 40 minutes. It took closer to 70 minutes to receive our order and the pies were both cold. I understand that it was a night before a holiday and would have been fine with the 70 minute delivery if it had been a fresh, hot pizza. read more

These guys were awesome! I have never been in a QSR restaurant with more energetic and outgoing employees! As I was walking in the door they greeted me before the door even closed! Called and ordered one large pizza. The lady taking orders used the wrong address as the driver called from that incorrect address. He asked my address and start to rant and rave, said there's no way I'm delivering your pizza, because he had to mop the store and delivering my pizza would delay him.. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and asked him to repeat himself and he said screw you bastard I'm not delivering your pizza and hung up. The driver said his name was John Baggett. I called the manager and he argues about a incorrect address that his employee entered, put me on hold for 15min and then hung up on me. I tried to call back and they wouldn't answer the phone. Wow is all I can say. I ordered a pizza and was told 45 minutes after 1 1/2 Hours I called and was told it would be 81 minutes more. After I explained that I had already ordered my pizza 1 1/2 ago they said it would be right out. After another hour of calling and them not answering their phones I ended up ordering from someone else. However they did show up with my order 4 hours from the original time it was suppose to be there. I will never order from them again read more
