The topping options were nice, but -0.5 star for the mushrooms.. because it seems they just open the package and put it in the container, dirt and all . So I'd avoid that specific topping. My first visit to MOD and it's a bit overwhelming so we decided to go with one of their recommendations, the Caspian. Love the thin crispy crust! The chicken was fine but the Parmesan overwhelmed. It does have a sweet bbq sauce but be warned- it is quite sweet. Most other customers were building their own. The list of sauces, cheeses, toppings was impressive. Upon walking in, my family and I were ignored and then glanced at after a few minutes. One worker came in with food and completely ignored us as we waited to build our pizza. Both workers had airpods in and seemed annoyed everytime we requested a topping. The pizza, which used to come out within minutes, took 30 minutes, one of them taking over 30 minutes and having to ask the employee to give us the pizza, to which they ignored and turned around. The food is good, cant mess up a simple pizza. I'm not sure what happened, because this place used to be amazing and top tier. The workers were friendly and attentive, now theyre passive and rude. I really hate to write this about what used to be one of our weekly favorites, but last night's experience forced this overdue review. We've noticed this restaurant going downhill for quite some time now. Last night while standing next to a tall table waiting for our order, a roach crawled from underneath to the top of the table. It walked across the table and then flew to the next table, doing this multiple times before I was able to get someone's attention to take care of it. The sweet tea used to be my favorite, but it was so sour and must've been sitting out for some time. The lemonade jugs didn't look like they had been washed in quite some time and the food prep area was disheveled and gross looking. It's sad to say, but we will not be back and it probably won't be long before they close like so many other restaurants have... He threw the metal number on top of the pizza. The employees were all different. Not friendly. Three of them just stood around the cash register as if they had nothing to do. If I could give zero stars for the atmosphere I would. My friend and I visited today at about 11:30 am and there was a good amount of people in line. To possibly the manager or maybe this good have been the owner. You need anger management and learn coping skills to deal with stress. The person was a guy with the darker colored beard that was taking the pizzas out of the oven. He totally lost it and just went off on the employee/worker that was in the blue shirt. Lost it over a misspelling of a customer's name. When you have an issue with a coworker/employee, first off you don't degrade them PERIOD! (Bet it would also be good after a quick zap in the microwave, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.) I still have yet to get the refund through my bank from two weeks ago though, but this will hold me over. They apologized for the hassle again and I decided to pick up the pizza instead of doing delivery. I learned my lesson from last time. They were very nice in the lobby. first visit. the customer service is amazing. greeted when walked in. precautions taken for my gluten allergy-notifying the line, fresh gloves, grabbing toppings separate from the line. everyone i interacted with was friendly the person who built my pizza, the person who pulled it out the oven, the person who gave me a box. unfortunately i didn't really enjoy my pizza. the gluten friendly crust (they don't call it gluten free as they don't recommend it for those with allergies, my allergy isn't severe) leaves an aftertaste, the dairy free cheese wasn't great and neither was the pesto. i got spinach, onion, mushrooms, olives and pineapple. the sweet pineapple was the most enjoyable part. yes the ingredient that people wonder if it should be on a pizza. i really wanna like this place due to the service so i may try a different pizza build. read more
