We visited again as I felt like a pizza on a Monday at 6PM. When we arrived, it was to witness a woman berating the lady taking orders claiming that she was given the wrong change but was asking for her money back and was arguing over a penny. The employee kept her composure while trying to understand the woman's ranting but, she was not articulating her point of view very well. PRO tip: if you want $20.90 vs. $20.89. Just say the whole number out loud instead of explaining in a non sensicale manner while a line of 5 customers are behind you to order. The young man who saw my face opened up another register to start taking orders in the bar area. Kudos to the staff here. The front of house staff were the star here tonight. Despite the customer induced drama, it was fairly quiet. We ordered garlic bread sticks and they came out first, tasty for sure. We also ordered the medium Otis pizza with no chicken and added banana peppers with thin crust. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was tasty as always. This place is consistent. Large "thin" crust pizza. Definitely did not use their thin crust. All the sauce on one side of the pie...ordered it well done and it was ready in 5 minutes aka not well done...we have to do better man c'mon. What a catchy little pizza place! You order then sit down! They have a wide variety of options and we had so many options it was amazing!! The young lady helping us was friendly but needed to be louder and more personality! If you're going to be front of ordering someone with a fun personality should be representing the establishment! Definitely a disappointment. I ordered the Otis. It was supposed to be a meat lover's dream - ham, salami, chicken, sausage etc. Left me saying, "Where's the meat?" In addition, the edges were burnt. I should have known by the star rating not to expect too much. read more

Fun and quirky atmosphere, helps brings added life to midtown. The pizza won't blow your mind but it is good. Also, a big plus is a decent selection of micro brews on tap even tho they're mostly IPA's. Having the option to create your own pizza also scores points. In addition to each of us ordering our own pizza, we had wings and tamales. Who does tamales and pizza on the same menu?? This is Alabama where you aren't going to find amazing tamales but these actually were honestly very, very good and uniquely presented. Happy to have this pizza & wings spot open near my work off of Old Shell Road. My coworker and I stopped in for lunch and each bought a small pizza. I got the taco one and she got one with a little bit more spice to it. It was delicious. I kept thinking about that little small taco pizza weeks after that so I had to sneak by and pick up another taco pizza to go just for myself one day. It was delicious there is plenty of room inside to sit with your groups and the Decour is so interesting you will see something new every time you are there the best part about it is you can walk right across the street and have Cammies old Dutch ice cream for dessert.!! read more

A bit poor in the consistency of the quality Sometimes really awesome and other times not so much. Not sure where it falls apart. We keep going back because we want to give them a chance, but it's difficult when you don't know what you will end up with. Went here with my parents, we each got a small pizza - BYO w pepperoni and jalapeños, BYO Italian sausage and mushrooms, and the star of the day the Hectors Taco Pie. My dad loves a taco pizza and rarely can find one he LOVED this one went as far as to say it was the best one he's had. We also got the cheese bread and loved it and the marinara sauce with it!! Fire of all, I tried to order online and I got all the all the way to the end and the site throws up an error. I am a midtowner who visits this place a lot and after today this place can go back to a Shrimp Basket! I walked in and the kid behind the counter said my order was almost ready...fast forward 20 min and some line asked me if I had an order and she came back and said that my order was given out...I didn't want to wait another 45 min for a pizza so I asked for a refund...no hey came we off you something...no anything! The worst delivered pizza. It was our first and our last. The crust was inedible. Impossible to chew. Very disappointing.

When this place opened up, everything was great. However now they don't even put marinara on the whole pizza unless you tell them too. Ingredients are no longer piled up on every slice. Now the ingredients are sparse. The pizza is burned beyond being edible at times. I loved this restaurant when it opened and ordered once a week for months. Now I'm done with this restaurant. I have complained to the staff, but nothing has changed. I don't know what's wrong with this restaurant, but for the last 6 months, it has been really bad. Don't get delivery. This place used to be good but now pizza toppings are severely lacking. The last 3 times I've been there, there is hardly any cheese on the pizza even though I ordered and was charged for extra cheese. any of the other toppings on pizza too.
