We visited again as I felt like a pizza on a Monday at 6PM. When we arrived, it was to witness a woman berating the lady taking orders claiming that she was given the wrong change but was asking for her money back and was arguing over a penny. The employee kept her composure while trying to understand the woman's ranting but, she was not articulating her point of view very well. PRO tip: if you want $20.90 vs. $20.89. Just say the whole number out loud instead of explaining in a non sensicale manner while a line of 5 customers are behind you to order. The young man who saw my face opened up another register to start taking orders in the bar area. Kudos to the staff here. The front of house staff were the star here tonight. Despite the customer induced drama, it was fairly quiet. We ordered garlic bread sticks and they came out first, tasty for sure. We also ordered the medium Otis pizza with no chicken and added banana peppers with thin crust. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was tasty as always. This place is consistent. This is our place to go in Mobile for pizza. We will be back. Great Job!! read more

What a catchy little pizza place! You order then sit down! They have a wide variety of options and we had so many options it was amazing!! The young lady helping us was friendly but needed to be louder and more personality! If you're going to be front of ordering someone with a fun personality should be representing the establishment! She wasn't bad but just needed more! Our food came out quick for 2 pizzas and wings! Chris who delivered our food was amazing and super sweet! He definitely would be why we come back! Our food was hands down delicious and the ranch *chefs kiss* The place is retro and fun and we would go back!! read more

The cheese pizza was excellent and the salad was on point. Fun claw machine game and some other games at the door. I got the gold gumball and got to get a free dessert pizza! The atmosphere is cute and rustic. And it didn't take long to order. read more

The flavors were great, but I wasn't a huge fan of their crust. Maybe all together it just felt too heavy? But service is always fast. Casual eatery Half and half: cheese and pepperoni Popeye Alfredo base, Grilled chicken, spinach, and Onions read more

Large "thin" crust pizza. Definitely did not use their thin crust. All the sauce on one side of the pie...ordered it well done and it was ready in 5 minutes aka not well done...we have to do better man c'mon. I hate to be like this when I have grub in my belly but it's not that hard to get it right. Two stars only because I ordered 2 ranches and they gave me four. read more

So I go to call in a phone order to order a pizza. Call 3 times, nobody picks up, goes to a recorded message saying not available. So I go down there in person to order my food. Oder placed, 25 minute wait. So while I'm waiting I call the place, a guy picks up, says "list pizza, May I help you. I confront him right then about them not answering my call. Apparently they only answer the phone when they have time or feel like it. read more

Great pizza great service, just stopping in Mobile on way to east coast and found this place with my younger son, really enjoyed the pizza and great local beers. read more

Went this past Sunday (5/10) for lunch and wasn't impressed with my panini sandwich at all. It was cold with American instead of one of the traditional Italian cheeses. Also the chips were stale and poorly salted. read more

Food was excellent. Service at the intake was a bit rushed, but the Food came out fast and hot. The best pizza we've had in Mobile this year. read more

This is officially our pizza spot in Mobile. We got two smalls - Popeye (thin crust) & Lucille (thick crust) for $23 and for great fresh restaurant pizza, it's a great price imo! We ordered online, ready in about 20mins!! We will definitely keep ordering from Lost Pizza Co for any future pizza nights + to try the rest of the menu! read more

Downright fantastic. I ordered a BYO thin crust with ranch sauce, cheese and pickles sliced on top. This thing was . Absolutely incredible tasting pizza. Friendly staff. Comfy interior. Ordering online and pick up were seamless. read more

Pretty good. The restaurant was very chill, very nice staff, the food itself was good. We ordered the popeye pizza- it was good but I just felt like the ingredients were equal to Dominoes quality. So kinda fast food ish- but overall good. read more

Definitely a disappointment. I ordered the Otis. It was supposed to be a meat lover's dream - ham, salami, chicken, sausage etc. Left me saying, "Where's the meat?" In addition, the edges were burnt. I should have known by the star rating not to expect too much. read more

Excellent food, not to crowded at 2, and pizzas were fresh hot and awesome. Nice vibe friendly service.

I don't get all the hate. I met friends here for lunch and it was delicious. I had the islander, and cheese sticks and brought half my pizza home. It was great and service was fast and friendly. Plenty of parking and Cammies old dutch is next door. Yum. read more

Fun and quirky atmosphere, helps brings added life to midtown. The pizza won't blow your mind but it is good. Also, a big plus is a decent selection of micro brews on tap even tho they're mostly IPA's. Having the option to create your own pizza also scores points. In addition to each of us ordering our own pizza, we had wings and tamales. Who does tamales and pizza on the same menu?? This is Alabama where you aren't going to find amazing tamales but these actually were honestly very, very good and uniquely presented. Worth a stop if only for tamales and a pitcher of beer. read more

Absolutely Incredible! The Pizza was cooked to perfection. This place will be at the top of my list for getting Pizza for sure!

Happy to have this pizza & wings spot open near my work off of Old Shell Road. My coworker and I stopped in for lunch and each bought a small pizza. I got the taco one and she got one with a little bit more spice to it. It was delicious. I kept thinking about that little small taco pizza weeks after that so I had to sneak by and pick up another taco pizza to go just for myself one day. It was delicious there is plenty of room inside to sit with your groups and the Decour is so interesting you will see something new every time you are there the best part about it is you can walk right across the street and have Cammies old Dutch ice cream for dessert.!! read more

A bit poor in the consistency of the quality Sometimes really awesome and other times not so much. Not sure where it falls apart. We keep going back because we want to give them a chance, but it's difficult when you don't know what you will end up with. There's competition near by and their pizza is absolutely delicious EVERY TIME, however very expensive. read more

The staff is always very friendly, and the food is great! My only complaint is the white wine selection. They seem to be out of wine most of the time. read more

Went here with my parents, we each got a small pizza - BYO w pepperoni and jalapeños, BYO Italian sausage and mushrooms, and the star of the day the Hectors Taco Pie. My dad loves a taco pizza and rarely can find one he LOVED this one went as far as to say it was the best one he's had. We also got the cheese bread and loved it and the marinara sauce with it!! They also loved the decor and service was great!! We will definitely e back next time they are in town. read more

Terrible customer service. I've been here in the past and recommended the place to everyone. HIGHLY regret that now. Not sure what the hell happened to the management but that restaurant is a shit show. I waited 40 minutes for my order, was never checked up on during that wait, and the food was garbage compared to its previous quality. Saddened to see this happen to such a once great restaurant. read more

Fire of all, I tried to order online and I got all the all the way to the end and the site throws up an error. I am a midtowner who visits this place a lot and after today this place can go back to a Shrimp Basket! I walked in and the kid behind the counter said my order was almost ready...fast forward 20 min and some line asked me if I had an order and she came back and said that my order was given out...I didn't want to wait another 45 min for a pizza so I asked for a refund...no hey came we off you something...no anything! They lost a customer today.. read more

So when I ordered from here on dd I did not really know what to expect. But I will say it was so vary good even the next day. I will say this I will be ordered from here again. read more

The atmosphere was great. The pizza on the other hand was a little lack luster. I ordered the thin crust and it tasted more like a frozen pizza than homemade. The thick crust did look more appealing as it went by. I am open to trying it next time. The service was okay. It is an order up front restaurant and is a little slower during lunch as they are busier at lunch hour than at dinner service. read more

Things were sticky on the table (shakers and hot sauce), nearly empty hot sauces every where, the pizza was average and that's generous, lemonade tasted horrible, definitely not worth the $50 it cost. Wasn't clear, as a first timer, to order at the counter. Guy at the register where we (finally) ordered was nice and apologetic. Decor is weak attempt, elementary, not well curated. read more

The worst delivered pizza. It was our first and our last. The crust was inedible. Impossible to chew. Very disappointing.

When this place opened up, everything was great. However now they don't even put marinara on the whole pizza unless you tell them too. Ingredients are no longer piled up on every slice. Now the ingredients are sparse. The pizza is burned beyond being edible at times. I loved this restaurant when it opened and ordered once a week for months. Now I'm done with this restaurant. I have complained to the staff, but nothing has changed. I don't know what's wrong with this restaurant, but for the last 6 months, it has been really bad. Don't get delivery. Go to the restaurant and eat there so you can correct their order while you are still there. read more

Food was very mid.... Pizza was not that good but the things were okay! Wouldn't go again or even recommend

This is the the 2 time we have ordered from Lost and our food was wrong or we had missing food. When the restaurant was made aware of the mistakes they didn't offer to make it right or anything. The young lady on the phone was rude and was basically like well what do you want a refund? I will not be returning to this restaurant. read more

This place used to be good but now pizza toppings are severely lacking. The last 3 times I've been there, there is hardly any cheese on the pizza even though I ordered and was charged for extra cheese. any of the other toppings on pizza too. Very disappointing and I kept going back giving it another try but this is probably our last visit. Staff is also lacking service. read more

Ate here tonight and ordered our usual, a thick-crust Lucille. The crust was crunchy instead of soft and the ingredients were sub-par.There was little to no chicken and the ranch tasted like mayonaise. Lost Pizza is usually our Friday night go-to spot, but if the pizza is going to be this bland, we may have to look elsewhere. read more

Haven't had one thing here that I haven't enjoyed. The wings are great and the pizza is delicious.

Great food great environment me and mom love it and think it might be the best pizza we have had
