Not sure what the hype is about. We ordered the Meaty large pizza and mozz sticks. The mozz sticks were sub-average and felt just like the kind you can get from a frozen food truck. The pizza was also not good. It was undercooked, there was no sauce, the ingredients were cheap chopped up pieces of ham and such. The crust would've been okay if they cooked it a bit more. But this pizza was not worth the 25 minute drive each way even if it were free. On the plus side, they were very fast. The online order tool said 30 minutes and it was ready before that. Love having this option close to us off Hwy 64! Pizza was hot and delicious. Crust was just the right texture and thickness. I liked that they didn't use a ton of sauce since I prefer my pizza more cheesy than sauced. Pizza are more oval shaped than round, so the slices aren't exactly triangle. Yum yum will be back for sure! They have both dine in and carry out, but the dining space is limited to a few tables and the bar. read more

I can't really understand the pricing. Yes, inflation has affected everyone, but a SMALL pizza north of $20? Then large pizzas north of $23? Sandwiches at $15 plus plus? Mellow Mushroom is worth the drive and their pizzas are premium in nature. Everything from quality to flavor, they absolutely excel. But, YPizza begs the question, WHY?? IT'S NOT EVEN PREMIUM. I would give the markup of value ratio up around 60% WAY OVER priced. Food is decent overall, but, portions are tiny for the prices and toppings are not of the premium variety. It's honestly shocking that a pizza place would gouge local customers with the most absurd prices I've seen down in these parts. There are people who will pay these prices which do NOT meet the value of the what they serve and that is absurd, But, one thing is for sure, when the proprietors decide to price these pizzas back down to planet earth, maybe, just maybe, it can be given another shot. read more

Husband and I had been looking forward to coming in for a bit. Not disappointed. We sat at the bar and ordered a cold beer. I ordered The Margherita. My husband ordered the Chicken Alfredo. The pizzas came out quickly. The dough was light and crispy. The toppings were fresh. Saw several people come in for takeout. The place is not super big, but it will seat about 38 overall. I ordered a take out pizza at the cash register. Very pleasant young lady took my order. Said it would take 20-25 minutes. Since the restaurant is quite small, I didn't want to take a seat at a table or at the full bar. The young lady asked what car I'd be waiting in, said she'd bring the pizza out to me. 20 minutes later there she was with a 17 inch rectangular pizza. Since they are only 6 minutes from us it was still warm when I got home. Tasty. Also on the menu: lasagna, Stromboli, other Italian entrees, muffaletta, various sandwiches and salads.
