The bar at The Hope Farm
    Robert D.

Stopped in on a Thursday evening just as they opened. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautiful open dining room and bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Started with the El Capitan, an Oaxacan Old Fashion using Volcan de mi Tierra tequila and Del Maguey "La Vida" Mezcal. Excellent blend of smoke, Agave, Orange, and Mole Bitters. Next was a half dozen perfectly prepared broiled oysters from Murder Point. Perfect size, and a great balance of seasoning. The entree was the pan seared Snapper. Throughout dinner, my bartender walked me through each selection with on-point descriptions of what flavors to expect, how and why each ingredient was used. Excellent dinner. Two thumbs up and 5 stars!

I took my daughter to The Hope Farm for dinner. And I am very glad we went. The service was amazing and the food extraordinary...[[HIGHLIGHT]]The Hope Farm is a must for ambiance, delicious food and just a crazy good vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Kudos to The Hope Farm. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Update: I popped in from my barn literally in my boots and riding breeches for a late lunch, working with my horses works up an appetite! This ginormous BLT was every bit as delicious as it was huge! The bacon was crisped to perfection, I didn't even feel too sorry for the pig, ok maybe a little but just wow! The flavors were over the top! It was served on house made sourdough bread, as if that wasn't enough... they fried the bread oh my goodness it was PERFECT! I also had a tasty iced coffee with brown sugar and pralines it was so good. I love how it wasn't overly sweet, I want a nice treat with caffeine not diabetes. It hit the spot. I appreciate that they have oat milk or almond in addition to cows milk. If I can't say enough nice things let me add that my server Brandy was very kind, attentive and if I were her boss I would be very happy because she's the kind of person you want to represent your business. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience and decor were also very nice, it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say soothing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Even though it was an absolutely beautiful day I chose to sit my skinny derrière inside on the padded half booth because I had been outside all day riding and wanted to relax. The Barn at the Hope Farm is a lovely spot to grab a latté and a croissant or a little lunch. I recommend it for those of us who prefer gracious living and don't just eat to survive.

The food was very good! The amuse bouche was deviled egg with bacon. For the entree I had the crawfish Benedict which was absolutely amazing. The sausage and crawfish were very good. Also had the rosemary orange iced latte which was amazing. One con was that the service was very slow. The bartender was also our waiter so it took a very long time for him to check on us and we waited over 15 minutes for him to bring our check after we asked for it.

We sat at the bar...Ian was our bartender /waiter/mixologist/ foodie extraordinaire!!!! We had the two tequila cocktails, started with Brussels, rice balls-forget name, then split a wedge, and the chicken dish...which we were told would be mind blowing..:and it was!!! A few bites of a Baked Alaska...then a nice walk home. Soooo good! We cannot wait to come me back! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautiful grounds, and interior.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But the food was fantastic!!!! Very creative and so delicious!! Honestly Ian is as good as any bartender/server a restaurant could ask for! He could be doing this job at a 5 star NYC/LA/London establishment. We ordered a few times we would never have considered because of him, and his descriptions were spot on! Extra points for unique desserts like the baked Alaska! The mushroom toast was beautiful but was a bit off, maybe cold? But Hope Farm handled it beautifully. Can not wait to come back!

Me and some friends went for brunch. Service was amazing. From the perfect chai latte to the Hibiscus Ginger mimosas I had. Then, the food was delicious. We shared french toast sticks as an appetizer. They weren't overly sweet. They came with butter and syrup. I ordered Steak Frites. The steak was perfectly cooked. The chimichurri was a fresh, tangy compliment to the steak. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is also so beautiful. There's lots of natural light flowing through the windows and the outside area feels like being on the back porch at a farmhouse.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will definitely be back.

    Charcuterie board

Delicious!!! Love this place, the charcuterie board was very fresh and the royal red pasta is a must try. Their burger and fries are also very yummy. Drinks were great and our waitress was fantastic. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Loved getting to sit outside, enjoy live music and fresh flavors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 10/10 recommend.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]We visited The Barn at The Hope Farm for breakfast this morning and it was lovely.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were greeted immediately by a lovely young lady with a great hello. We both had the seasonal quiche and it was a nice portion with sautéed micro greens grown by them with a saucy spice! My cortado came with a pretty little heart and made me smile. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They play excellent laid back music that you could spend all day or work and listen to.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The weather was nice and we sat outside today and we will return.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Please drop in if you haven't already for a nice surprise.

    Cheers to oysters!

Upscale restaurant with the highest quality healthy food you can find in the area. I got oysters which were plates gracefully, and all of the staff was friendly and professional.

Favorite restaurant we went to while visiting the town of Fairhope!! Beyond excellent service both times. I had the summer salad with pickled blueberries, peaches, and a bruleed goat cheese wheel. My man had the tacos and we split the tiramisu. Absolutely phenomenal. We sat at the bar both times and the service is great. I can't remember the bartenders name but he's a tall fellow. We will be back next time we're in town!

While the tables are limited and the bar area accomodates around 10 people, the server to customer ratio is pretty high which explains the great service and everyone helps everyone. We arrived at 530 and one table was ready and two more freed up as we sat. Watching the food prep area was like watching fluid motion in action in a small space. Each person had their job, handing off from one station to another, a very efficient use of a very little space. The food, well, all very tasty, full of flavors, flavors that complimented one another and many textures throughout each dish. We started with beer and wine and an Antipasto Board - 2 Meats & 2 Cheeses, Warm Olives, White Beans & Baguette slices. Wow great flavors also with a little red sweet peppers and a fennel slaw of sorts, wow this was out of the park awesome. Next, we had the 3 bruschetta with tomato and Boursin cheese and also 3 with spinach, artichoke pancetta. Last, we had the Red or White Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, Italian Sausage, Whole Milk Ricotta, Mozzarella, & Crumbled Feta Cheese. We had this last time, and it was awesome as well. This place is a must stop, whether you live here or just passing through. While we also like the one in mobile, this place is a little more quiet and intimate. Definitely, will return.

It's in the "downtown" section of Daphne, which is pretty small but easy to find. It's parallel to Hwy 98 on scenic 98. Speaking of small, there are a couple of comfy seating areas, with couches and chairs, high-top tables, and a small bar. Upon entering we noticed the shotgun shake elongated space but it's very laid back and intimate with a nice atmosphere and vibe. Despite the limited space, they had a dude playing guitar and singing by the front door, nice and mellow too. There's a respectable choice of wines, but not overdone like some of the more pretentious places plus they have several craft beers, beers on tap and sparkling fizzy choices. Good news, if you're not a connoisseur you can also sample some of the wines, nice touch. We were greeted by Jessica, she rocked, and she guided us through the specials and all about the wines and foods. She took excellent care of us throughout the visits and made it a joy. While they had a bbq chicken slider being made that was not on the menu, and it sounded good, we got a flatbread pizza and the roasted red pepper hummus with pita bread and veggies. Both were outstanding, fresh, and a very good pairing for my sweetheart's wine and the stout beer that I chose. However, I regretted not getting their huge and inviting-looking charcuterie board, it's loaded full of different cheeses, olives, meats, and more, next time for sure. I got to meet quite a few people from our group, everyone seemed to enjoy their choices of food and libations so I feel pretty good that everyone enjoyed themselves and I look forward to doing it again real soon! Big shout out to Chace Yamagata for making it all happen, way to go!!!!!!! Bottom line: The atmosphere, friendly people, and great service, with creative and fresh food offerings and course the wines make this a really great place anytime. Chill time especially and I highly recommend chillin' here! https://www.lebouchon.biz/ https://www.facebook.com/LeBouchonBar

Entering the charming space reminded us of so many lovely bistros in France: the art, the furniture, the draperies. Our server, Henry, was so informative of the day's specials, and accommodating to our special requests. Sipping our wine, we could actually hear one another along with the background music (great use of textiles!) And then the food started arriving! First, the bread...a perfectly chewy French baguette with whipped butter. And then the pate. Heavens! And now I know they sell it to go! Is that carnal knowledge? So I am a gumbo snob. I make a gumbo yaya (caramel shade roux) that is amazing. My daddy, however, made a wild game gumbo with an almost black roux.
