Update: I popped in from my barn literally in my boots and riding breeches for a late lunch, working with my horses works up an appetite! This ginormous BLT was every bit as delicious as it was huge! The bacon was crisped to perfection, I didn't even feel too sorry for the pig, ok maybe a little but just wow! The flavors were over the top! It was served on house made sourdough bread, as if that wasn't enough... they fried the bread oh my goodness it was PERFECT! I also had a tasty iced coffee with brown sugar and pralines it was so good. I love how it wasn't overly sweet, I want a nice treat with caffeine not diabetes. It hit the spot. I appreciate that they have oat milk or almond in addition to cows milk. If I can't say enough nice things let me add that my server Brandy was very kind, attentive and if I were her boss I would be very happy because she's the kind of person you want to represent your business. Me and some friends went for brunch. Service was amazing. From the perfect chai latte to the Hibiscus Ginger mimosas I had. Then, the food was delicious. We shared french toast sticks as an appetizer. They weren't overly sweet. They came with butter and syrup. I ordered Steak Frites. The steak was perfectly cooked. Every dish we had was outstanding! For appetizers, we tried the lightly fried squash blossoms stuffed with ricotta (yes, squash blossoms - don't knock them until you try them!) and Hope Farm sal. Both were outstanding! For entrees, we had the braised Waygu short ribs with Gouda grits and peanut ragu (melt in your mouth texture and SO flavorful!) and yellow grouper served Japanese style with mushrooms (good for what it was but not my wife's favorite). For dessert, we had the XO cake (think LOTS of chocolate - terrific!) and butterscotch crème brûlée (as good as that flavor is unique!). We went for brunch and dinner in the same day. Brunch: 1/5 stars. Waiter was MIA. Food took 50 minutes. Even in spite of that, we were done eating and waited another 25 minutes for our check and latte (ordered to go and didn't come to go, and they did give it on the house which was nice), but ended up asking a different waiter for our check bc ours seemingly forgot about us. The free latte made us give them a second chance for dinner. Dinner 5/5 stars. Excellent food flavor profile. We made the mistake though of not realizing there were two separate sides to the farm for dining with different menus- one is brunch and one is lunch...oops. Also when you enter property to the left is dinner and event side and to the right is coffee and breakfast .They don't have a sign for that so kind of confusing. Dinner Dinner was amazing . We got a few appetizers which were basically main course but cheaper option and one main . We were extremely full but had to get the bread pudding because it sounded amazing! Everything we had was so yummy! I was very impressed with the oysters as they were yummy and the cheese was perfect on top. The only thing i could say they should fix is the expresso martini but i'm extremely picky about them . This one straight up tasted like expresso and nothing else in it . The cup was warm to which is sad . My favorite was the braised short rib as it just had all the most amazing flavors in it. The squash ravioli was a bit salty and i was unable to eat it. I would go back and eat more oysters and try new things definitely. Such a cute outdoor patio and the bathrooms were nice. Music was a tad loud but i liked it because it was live. Breakfast Breakfast was very empty but im okay with that. sat outside and the patio once again was amazing ! They had all there fresh herbs which was fun to spot out. Random date night; last-minute decision to make a reservation for an early dinner. Arrived a little early with expectations to sit at the bar, but we were seated at our table without a hitch. They don't offer my favorite Cabernet Sauvignon, but I was offered another option to try. It wasn't bad! When my first glass appeared to have debris floating inside, it was quickly replaced and I was offered a paper coaster to keep anything from falling inside again. The Root Beer Old Fashioned was tasty! The focaccia bread is made with cheese baked into the top. When we asked about ordering this without the cheese baked in, we weren't accommodated. The server informed us "all focaccia is made with cheese in some way," though this is incorrect. It may be a nice addition to the bread, for those that can eat it, but it was disappointing we were willing to wait longer for a bread made without the dairy. We both ordered the 8 oz. Tenderloin entree. I kept the meal prepared as is; the tortelloni was substituted for Brussels sprouts for his. Both our filets were...bland. I was thankful for the truffled caciocavallo tortelloni to have something with some flavor for each bite of meat. There was ZERO seasoning on the beef. I was shocked. The same was true for his tenderloin-- bland as ever. The meal was good, but it didn't knock my socks off. I really expected better. It's not that I won't be back, but it's no longer one of my favorite places to eat. The drinks and ambience are lovely, but the food wasn't what I expected this visit. Such a shame. read more

Noticed on the final bill we were charged $70. This same wine sells for $15.99 at our local wine store. Ridiculous markup that is insulting to diners who know fine wines. Also noticed they were offering a selection of red and white wines for $10/glass. I asked the waitress which white wines were offered. She mentioned a Chardonnay and I ordered that. On the final bill, I was charged $18 per glass instead of $10. It was late in the evening and we didn't want to dispute in front of our guests, but the more I thought about it, the angrier I got. Our final bill for four people was $600. Astounding. And most of it was due to liquor up charges that were made without our consent. I will not be back unless the wine prices are adjusted to reflect the quality and there are no upcharge surprises read more
