Ordering online so easy. The food was ready and hot when we arrived. The place was so clean and the employees were fantastic.

This is one of the best Domino's that I've ever ordered from. Sorry that I haven't taken pics but my partner and I have ordered from here twice and they've been awesome! I've ordered pizza twice in recent months from this franchise and used a coupon or took advantage of the advertised discount. Each time, there was a very thin layer of tomato sauce, very little cheese and razor thin slices of pepperoni. In addition, they skimped big time on all other ingredient toppings. I learned my lesson, no more Dominos. read more

Every time I come here for carryout, this place is so busy. There's usually about 4-5 people doing something - one on the phone, other making pizza, someone on the register. Good business. XD There's a person named Chris that makes the best pizza here. Even though this is a fast food chain, this Dominos makes some of the best tasting pizzas I've tasted in Ohio. :D My husband and I have ordered from this place for the few years we've been in Dayton and every time, it is such a satisfaction! Stopped in last night to pick up my order. Was cashed out quickly and only had to wait a few minutes for my order. They seem like a well oiled machine, everyone was working. Placed and ordered which I never received. 50 min into waiting for my order called this place to check in the status and waited on holder over 15 min. Decided to hang up and call back one guy place me on hold, some one else answered and had no clue of my order said I never ordered. Now an hour an 30 min trying to just see if my orders is still going to sent manager says I have no order placed with my phone number and I ask what he is going to do about it since they charged my card (Domino's 2360) and says sorry you number is not associated with any orders. Tried to order online, charged my card twice. I called to get it corrected and was told the money will eventually go back into the bank "whenever" and my order never went through. Fine whatever. I placed the order again over the phone with a very rude employee, he charged my card a 3rd time charging my bank over 50 dollars which over drew my checking. I went to the store to figure out what is going on because I'm not paying for 50 plus dollars of pizza I didn't order plus an over draft fee from my bank and was pretty much told there was nothing they could do. So now I'm left to wait it out and see if I get my money back and hope I'm not charged a 30 dollar over draft fee for their mistake. Also couldn't tip the poor delivery guy because they charged me 3 times. Just order Pizza Hut. It's better anyways. read more

Just awful pizza. No real flavor. The crust is terrible, like chewy cardboard. This is even for their new and "improved" pizza. The only good thing going for them is price. I would give zero stars but wouldn't let me....... I have never had this bad of service from a restaurant ever and then when I called to see where my pizza was after over an hour they said it was on its way then never came so called and asked for the manager which was a mistake not only did he lie and try to say it was because I put in my address and phone number wrong which I didn't.... but that was not the excuse when I called the first time it was they would be there any min, if I had a manger running my restaurant that had talked to a customer in the way he talked to me he would be fired, I mean the manager compared me not getting my pizza to something about not as bad as having cancer..... hopefully the owner finds out who is representing his/her business before he runs all his/her customers away. it's sad we liked Dominos but will never order from this one again! read more

This location always gets it right and they are always fast and friendly. The food is always hot and delicious. We always have special orders and they have never gotten an order wrong. We usually get our food delivered and the drivers are always pleasant and friendly. The two or three occasions we have picked our order up at the store it has been clean and the staff has been very friendly and quick to help us. Everytime I order from this Domino's the pizza is fantastic! My family and I love it. It's always made just the way I wanted and the workers are really friendly. I think it's stupid they now charge you for garlic sauce, but maybe that was a corporate decision. Other than that, no complaints! Great food. read more

I loved the new pan pizza when they first introduced it. But what happened?? First it was baked till crust was crunchy crisp and topping were just lightly browned. yummy. Last 3 ordered were so under baked the crust was doughy and raw tasting and the cheese barely melted and no browning on pepperoni . Only thing I can figure is they have speeded up the ovens to crank out pizzas faster. Awful. tried to bake in my oven but then tastes like left overs at premium price. If I have to bake them myself I will buy frozen and its about the same taste half the price. Way to go Dominos....get something right then screw it up. Not a good marketing move.
