Hour after our food should have been delivered I called to for an eta. Centerville dominos then was nice enough to share the blame with me cause the dominos app timeframe wasn't accurate. After a twenty minute phone call the gm jumped on to tell me i am on a no deliver list from 3 years ago when I swore at a deliver driver, which I would never do, even though we get delivered to on our movie night...TWICE A MONTH. This place is run by morons. They come to our house almost weekly because my son orders it. Yesterday the inept driver says they can't find our address. Ever heard of gps? So my wife calls the manager and he says he can't do anything to make it right but remake the order fresh and he'll waive the delivery charge if we come get it. Wow! That's real customer service right there! My wife takes my son to get it and it is a joke inside with a bunch of teenagers in there screwing around and one that keeps running back behind the counter. This is my favorite Domino's EVER!! The staff here is so friendly and efficient, and not to mention the food is always great! I've also noticed the quality has improved recently, the store may be staffed with new managers that are doing a great job! This is our first time eating Dominos in a couple years, maybe 4 years. I ordered online. When I came to pick it up he let me know the middle of the pizza stuck to the screen and would be a mess when we start to pull it apart. We ordered Brooklyn style so it was stretched way thin. He was concerned about the mess and offered to make a new one. I was curious, thinking it would be fine and asked to see it. I thought it looked fine, delicious, actually. I'm sure if it were an employee with lack of integrity, they would have just passed it off and let us find out the hard way. I took him up on his offer. Be said it would take 15 minutes but I didn't care. I'm cool with waiting, especially when someone is offering you better quality. I was really impressed with him. Also because he seems to be the only one running the show. Phone ringing here, another beeping there, juggling this and that smoothly and then offers to make another pizza on top of it. He did it with no charge and apologized. The pizza was very good! We will be back! read more

Extremely displeased with the way my problem was handled. Ordered 3 pizzas online and planned to pay with a brand new $25 gift card. When I went to this location to pay for the pizzas I swiped the card like a credit card and it subtracted the amount (nearly $25). The young man working the cash register said something had gone wrong and that he'd have to enter the payment himself, at which point I scratched the metallic strip off the back (he saw me do this). After he did it himself it took the remaining $1.04 off the card. For whatever infernal reason, this was the only transaction recorded. The young man asked two different superiors to come help him with the problem and both insisted that it was impossible and that nothing like that had ever happened before. The second (who I'm assuming was the manager) told me to call the number on the back of the card. I did, but all the number was good for was checking the balance on the card, which at that point was zero. I went back to the manager, who again insisted that things like that have never happened before and that I'd just have to pay for the pizzas with my own credit card. When I told him that the cashier had seen me scratch off the metallic strip (which would already have been gone if the card had been used) he told me that it didn't matter if he'd seen it and that I'd just have to pay. I agreed to do so and said I'd just work it out with customer service later. He responded that if I couldn't "offer more evidence" than I'd given him then they wouldn't be able to help me. Ultimately I did send customer service an email. They responded that the store was locally owned and that they'd have the franchise owner contact me. A week and a half since receiving that e-mail I still haven't heard anything. Not expecting to. read more

I walked in tonight at 6:25. It took over 5 minutes for anyone to take my order...finally one of the delivery people helped me, but struggled getting it right in the computer. A 3 topping, $7.99 special, double sausage and mushrooms was suppost to be 15 to 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I spoke to the one and only young man who was making everything tonight...not one other pizza maker. He literally ran his butt off keeping up with tons of call ins and lots of others who were there waiting for their orders. He looked down the long order list and said it would be another 15 to 20 minutes...he hadn't even got to my order yet...by this time I was a bit more than perturbed...I finally got my pizza at 7:25. As I looked in at my pizza before leaving, the older gentleman standing next to me, looked at his plain cheese pizza that was supposed to be a supreme topping pizza...I told him good luck...he thanked me!!! I don't know who's managing this place, but someone needs to help these young people learn some customer service. It seems to me that a person who walks in and is waiting should get preference over call ins. The employees are so busy taking calls that they can't take care of their customers that are waiting in the restaurant!!! This place is a joke! The pizza i ordered was not cooked enough and was stuck to the box. My family and I could not even eat the pizza. I called the manager. He was NOT helpful & rude and acted like he did NOT care. He also refused to comp me for a pizza for a latter date. I will take my business to Papa Johns even though I am out of their delivery zone. First the good news: Their driver's have ALWAYS be prompt, courteous and super friendly! Now the bad news: The last time I ordered a pizza for delivery, it arrived in a box with a soggy bottom. I could feel the wet cardboard on my hand as I carried it into the kitchen. When I opened the box to see what was going on, the entire bottom of the box was soaking wet. Which meant the pizza crust was too. Gooey is a better word for it. Two pieces were consumed and the rest went in the trash. I called the store and was very nice about what had happened, not demanding that they compensate me, just that they pay closer attention in the future. I made sure to tell them that their drivers are great and we've never experienced this before, but I felt they should know right away so they could pass it on to their staff. The gal apologized profusely and said, "We owe you a pizza! Next time you call it's on us!" I told her that wasn't necessary, but thank you nonetheless. Fast forward a few weeks....I ordered a pizza and mentioned the discount to the guy on the phone. He said there was no record of it on my account and that maybe I used a different phone number or something. I was like....ummmmm, I ordered it online and I only have a cell phone. He wasn't hearing what I was saying or more likey he didn't care. $28.00 later......no discount. I e-mailed the Dominos Corporate office and explained the situation. I received a call a few days later from the same gal who I spoke with the first time. She again apologized, had NO idea what went wrong etc. etc. and they owe me a pizza! OY! *facepalm* Fast forward to tonight: I've ordered a pizza online. In the space where you can leave a message for the driver I simply said...."Tell Mgr. last chance to make it right"..... Ordered a pizza, pasta, and parmesan bites. Ordered marinara and ranch with for the bites, paid a dollar for the extra dipping sauce and got neither. I tipped the driver 5 bucks before I checked. I could call the store and complain and then 30 minutes later we might get our marinara and ranch but by then either the food would be gone or cold. read more

I ordered and our food got to our house with practically no toppings on it. I spent $30 on specialty pizzas (1 being a gluten free small and the other a large hand tossed deluxe feast that was anything but a feast) to get barely any cheese on a garlic bread product. When I called the man told me I can have a large 1 topping with my next order. I spend $30 ($35 if you add tip I payed the guy to drive my pizza 4 blocks down the road) to get no topping pizzas and a free invincible 1 topping pizza. As a pregnant woman that needs more nutrients then 3 mushrooms and a tiny handful of pepperonis throughout a large size "deluxe" pizza I am very disappointed. I am glad that ordering online has made ordering convenient and easy but isn't their some way to actually get what I ordered to look remotely similar to a picture like on the web page that shows promise of meat and veggies?
