    Crappy burnt pizza

We were looking forward to our Philly cheese steak pizza. We got home to find half of the pizza burnt. It had two big bubbles that had just burnt with the cheese. It was terrible. I cant believe they took it out of the oven and thought it was ok to give to someone. It was horrible, what a waste of money

    a slice of pepperoni pizza

Just picked up what is likely the worst pizza I've ever had. It looks like it's been sitting there all day. Zero cheese. Mushy crusts. Over-cooked pepperoni. Even for cheap pizza, this is pretty terrible. When Little Caesar's is better, you know you're doing it wrong.

    Pizza p*rn.

On time, warm and cooked to the exact order. I don't normally get delivery, but I did this time and they were quick. Thanks .

Pizza was good. They were offering the large 2 topping for $5.99 this week. Killer deal, but they charge extra for chicken.

Our experience last night was decent, but there were a few things that could've been better. When we were seated, our table had enough silverware for everyone but not enough chairs, so we had to wait for that to be fixed/try to help the staff in figuring that out. It wasn't a huge deal, but it wasn't the best start. Service as far as the bar drinks goes was a little slow and felt inconsistent throughout the meal. We totally understand Utah's liquor laws are what they are, but it's so strange that our server couldn't scan our IDs or bring our drinks, I've noticed this every time I've been here. Instead, a bartender has to come over to scan our IDs and then come back again later with the drinks, which makes the whole process take too long. The biggest issue was finding a press on fingernail in the popcorn... The staff apologized and brought us a complimentary dessert, which we appreciated and thought was a nice way to make up for it. As far as the food quality goes, I would not recommend the salmon tacos. They're dry and incredibly flavorless. Which is surprising considering all the toppings they include. The description of them is deceiving. Overall, the staff was friendly, and there were some positives, but the service and a few small mishaps kept the experience from being better.

We were seated quickly on a weeknight, as it was pretty empty. Thankfully I'd read the reviews first and knew not to get a "personal" pizza- "small" is a more reasonable size for most people. It's thin-crust, wood-fired pizza, but nothing about the toppings, sauce, or crust stands out- it's just okay! And for the price and oddly formal-feeling atmosphere, I'd expect at least one standout ingredient- but no. Our group also ordered garlic bread, which was definitely worse than something you'd make at home- very light on the garlic, and needed seasonings.

Appetizers for the table. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer and it was okay. 2/5 Mozzarella Sticks that were good. 4/5 My wife and I ordered a medium pizza half and half. Half White, Alfredo sauce, Canadian bacon, caramelized onions, pine nuts, artichoke hearts and basil. It was really pretty good 3.5/5 Half Arella, caramelized pears, Brie, Gorgonzola, candied pecans, and arugula tossed in blue cheese dressing. 3/5 Side Caesar salad. 4/5 Surprisingly they both lacked a little flavor, with all those great toppings I was surprised. But the worst of the night was our server. I didn't catch her name. She was very quiet and refused to walk around the table to speak with us directly, or to serve our food. Instead she would ask the couple next to us to pass it along. There wasn't much room on that side of the table but the other side provided decent access to us. One couple didn't receive their salad, the appetizers came after the entrees were served. And the worst part of it all, I was doing the math in my head after we left and we were over charged around $10. What happened was the waitress included the gratuity, because we were a table of 8. But didn't tell us!!! She just handed us the POS machine, by passing it down the line, which automatically asks for a tip. It didn't show an itemized receipt or anything. Even though the service was really bad I included a 20% tip. Only to find out the tip had already been included, 40% tip for bad service! I felt it was disingenuous to include a tip without telling us and then passing us a POS machine that asks for a tip. It felt dishonest and like we had been duped or robbed and I won't be coming back. Others in our party felt the same way too. I tried calling the manager twice but they weren't in or available.

We did peep out some breakfast joints around the area the night before and Penny Ann's Cafe popped up. The reviews were good so we decided to head over after we grabbed gas. This joint is conviently next to Costco so we didn't have to venture far too find it. Walking in, we were instantly greeted by the hostess. We were sat at a booth by the breakfast bar. Yohe ( I know his name started with a Y) greeted us. There was a gentleman named Cesar that was shadowing him for training. They both grabbed our drink order while my mom and I were checking out the menu. I did creep out the menu the night before. You can not not be curious over these famous "heavenly hot cakes". When you add the word heavenly to hot cakes, you know they are going to be hella good! So for breakfast, I got the Big breakfast which comes with a little bit of everything. My mom got French toast that came with a side of eggs and bacon. My plate was no joke! I got a good helping of potatoes smothered in country gravy, a chunky sausage link, bacon, ham, eggs and 2 fluffy pancakes. I'm so happy I didn't get the toast. I was offered to have my toast turned into French toast and as much as I wanted to say yes, I declined. I had enough carb options with my huge stack of pancakes and breakfast potatoes. I knew the French toast would put me over the edge. My potatoes were perfectly cooked! Crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. The country gravy on top of my potatoes was savory and thick. I normally don't like sausage gravy but this one was really good! My eggs were fried hard, just the way I like them. My bacon was crispy. I do like my sausage links to be overcooked and I forgot to tell my server about having it overcooked. The sausage was hearty and big! It just needed a little more browning for my liking. I did have a couple bites of my ham, I was just super full to finish it. Now, the pancakes were topped tier! They were fluffy! Airy! Topped with a hefty chunk of butter. The pancake syrup was warm. The combination of everything listed above made eat bite of pancake magical. I ate half of my stack and had to tap out. I really could have finished that whole plate of pancakes but I know my stomach would be so upset with me on my 5 hour trip home. What I appreciate most about this joint is how clean it is! I love that the syrup containers, salt and pepper shakers, hot sauce, ketchup and creamers are all cleaned and put in the back after each table is done. It's amazing how many condiment containers are so dirty but not here. I feel safe using thier condiments here. Especially with my new kidney and having to be extra precautious with communal things, that was one thing I didn't have to worry about today. The service is great! The pancakes are legit good. The venue is clean and nicely ran. My meal was fantastic! I look forward to bringing my husband here in April so he can try the Heavenly hot cakes. He loves pancakes and I know he will love these ones. And I will most definitely have to have my hot cakes Dubai chocolate style! Truly a must try. See you in April!

And I'm really puzzled by the high ratings of this place here on Yelp. I had the sautéed beef, which is listed as "Sa Ti" on the menu, so when it was brought out and announced as "sautéed beef," I was a bit confused. While the vegetables were decent, the beef was tough and from the flavor was a cheap cut. The hoisin sauce was not thick enough and a bit too runny like maybe water added.(?) This also made the flavor weak. After the first disappointing bite of beef, I only picked at the vegetables. I didn't finish it nor did I ask for a take home box. In my opinion, looking over at the people at my table (I was at a club meeting), everything looked on the cheap side. They all seemed to enjoy their meals, though. The portions are huge, so you'll get a lot of mediocre food. The service was OK. We were a large party of about 45. They knew beforehand we were coming. We noticed that even though our table was first to order, we were one of the last to get our food. One person at our table got her food significantly later than we did. There was one table that still didn't have their food when we got our checks. Water refills were never checked and neither was my soda. The Dr. Pepper was good... 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
