My husband and I went here fo lunch. They were short staffed. They only had two people working, and when we got there, one of them was in the back prepping for an event. Once the other person did come out it was still tough for the two of the to manage the lunch rush alone. They were hustling, but they needed more people. My husband and I both built our own. I like that they do unlimited toppings. The pesto was great. Their Diet Coke brew was good. The inside was clean. read more

We come to this restaurant all the time and they have 10/10 customer service! My grandma loves that she can make her own pizza.

I had a hankering for pizza because I saw a Dominos while I was getting my car washed. I think to myself "Dominos is neither quick nor good." Then I consider Little Caesars because at least it's quick. As it so happens, my drive took me here so I stopped in. It was midday on a Thursday, so the place was dead. However, the two girls working the counter were delightful. I asked for pizza by the slice, which they don't have. What the do have is fresh made personal pizzas in a legit pizza oven. I got the Mad Dog and added jalapeños and honestly, pretty great. Will probably go back. I chose to-go because I feel weird eating in empty restaurants, but the lobby was clean and not unpleasant. The only reason it wasn't a five star experience is because I reserve my five stars for things that stun me in a good way. read more

I am absolutely appalled. My fiance and I went go grab dinner tonight and we're craving pizzas but my appetite is completely lost now. I am not one to complain about the service or food, but this was crazy. We went in and their tall male employee began making our pizza and burped on mine twice. I texted my fiance about it and he noticed he was definitely high on some hard core drug. At first I didn't notice it, I was just weirded out that he burped on the pizza he was making for me. Then after I looked closer, he kept flinching and opening his eyes and mouth really wide as if he was tweaking out. I asked him if he was okay and he was talking really fast too. I used to work at HMHI in their detox center so this was very familiar. We had to walk out and didn't even get our pizzas. He was obviously high on hardcore drugs! We love mod pizza but are extremely disappointed with this, and I will not be going back to this location now. Mod, do better please. That was just gross. Close your mouth dude, that was very unprofessional. read more

The food here is really good. There are a lot of choices for different variations of the pizzas. The wings were really good as well. Although I ordered a hot honey barbecue. And they were not very hot. They basically tasted like just barbecue wings. But it was still fine because they were good. The restaurant is decorated really cute and it's a fun atmosphere. The staff were all very nice. read more

The food was great! The service was awesome, they were very nice. It was cool being able to pick your own toppings!

I'm a big fan of MOD - for those who aren't familiar it's primarily a build your own individual pizza chain where you pay once price for as many toppings as you'd like. This location lives up to the MOD name. Tasty pizza, fast and friendly service, and a clean interior. I'd recommend checking this place out if you haven't before! read more

My husband and I hadn't been to Mod Pizza in a while, upon entering I couldn't help but notice it was extremely cold inside. when I ordered my build your own pizza the young man didn't put very much cheese on it so I asked him for extra cheese on top. He told me he couldn't put more cheese on it, I said I'll pay extra for the cheese, he said "my DM is right there I can't put more cheese on it". so I went to pay for our meal my husband had the same thing happen on his pizza. Then he told his co-worker that I had asked for more cheese (like it was a crime), right in front of my husband, then realized we were together and said "no disrespect " well it was disrespect. I wish I could post a picture of my cheeseless pizza. I spent $40 , next time I'll go to The Pie read more

MOD offers an array of crusts, sauces, cheeses, meats, and veggies for customers to create their dream pizza. You pay by the pizza, not by the topping, so feel free to load up if you're feeling it (although I've made the mistake of going overboard with toppings before at another location, and it didn't end up tasting great, whoops!). The pizza is cooked in front of you and served hot, and all the toppings I've ever tried seem fresh. MOD has pretty good pizza. But in complete honestly, in the age where build-your-own-pizza chains are becoming the norm, I don't think I can tell the difference between MOD and others. This location in Fort Union is convenient, but I don't visit because it's to die for. read more

MOD Pizza - Pepperoni pepper pizza - Fast Food Near Me - Midvale, Utah

First time having MOD Pizza. Had red sauce, olive oil, garlic, basil, mozzarella, feta, pepperoni, black olives, purple onions, mushrooms, and spinach. I forgot to ask for a few things because I was nervous. The sauce is a lot sweeter than I'm used to and tastes more like regular tomato sauce rather than pizza sauce. The pizzas aren't in the oven very long so the toppings aren't cooked very much, which I was a bit disappointed by. The crust isn't my favorite type of crust, so I'd probably rather just eat pizza somewhere else if given the option. read more

Been here a couple of times. One time was great, delicious, and everything I want out of my MOD pizza. The last time we went there was someone already ordering in front of us so the employee asked what toppings we wanted and they would make it as soon as the person in front of us was finished. They wrote our order down and then we payed and sat down. Sadly, we got our pizzas and they were undercooked, cold, and my wife's pizza had the bare minimum toppings possible (see picture). Mine was so undercooked, I ended up taking mine home and re-cooked it (I assumed they wouldn't put it back in the oven after I had tried a slice). Lesson learned: make sure you WATCH them put the toppings on, and if it looks at all undercooked then ask them to put it back in the oven before you eat any of it! read more

Food is amazing but the customer service was horrible the worker gabby with a long brain was so rude to us, we waited around 8/10 minutes to be helped and we were not greeted in. Not many good reviews at this location. Not sure why? Our experience was pleasant. I didn't even know Pei Wei had left over 8 months ago and MOD replaced them. Come to find out that Pei Wei only has a single location left in Utah. Pei Wei is pretty decent IMO. Anyway back to MOD pizza. Love the decor inside with the tall ceilings and the well lit area. Much better looking than was once here before with Pei Wei as it was very dark. Can't say a single bad thing about the food or the ordering process. They loaded up the pizzas with ample toppings, the gentleman that cooked our pizzas asked if I wanted to try some toppings? I said "sure" and he put a tiny sample on each part of the pizza. The pizza was already bursting with flavor and those sauces just elevated it even more! Noticed that Five Guys had vacated and moved to where Dickey's Barbecue Pit once was across the parking lot. Hopefully another new restaurant moves in next to MOD Pizza. For sure will come back, nice convenient location. read more

The food is not bad but everytime I order to go garlic bread and put on the order the dipping sauce selection I get the bread but no sauce. Why put it as a selection if you won't provide it? Second time they have also not included utensils , again there is a box that is checked when order is placed. Oh they also have me 2 pizzas that belonged to someone else. Despite the long-ish wait in line, once we finally got to the counter, the process moved quite quickly! It was busy, so it was really loud in the store. Tried out MOD pizza for the first time, and when I walked in the place, I had the feel like it was a Blaze Pizza but here's the difference and why I liked it. My biggest complaint with blaze was that it was so floppy and almost undercooked so I asked is it possible to get a crispy dough but with all of the toppings that I like on my pizza? The woman said absolutely and so I ordered my pizza and she put my pizza in her oven. shortly after she pulled my pizza out she asked me is this how you want the bottom of your pizza and it was perfect when I took a bite it was a good flavor and crunchy like pizza was meant to be made. I was able to eat it with one hand bless. I think my only request would be a spicy red sauce. I love that it was great So good job to the pizza goddess who made it perfectly. And good Job to management for training your employees to cook perfectly without burning it.! read more

I've always been a fan ever since the first time I tried MOD in Bellevue, WA. It's always well-made, consistently good quality and of course, fast! On this visit, my mom and I shared a regular size Jasper and the Greek Salad. Both were great and I was surprised at how good the salad was! You just never know sometimes and they do a good salad. My only wish would be that the menu was a little more simple. Just a lot take in. read more

Employees here hate their job and it's very apparent. They refused to clean anything. They stood around and talked rather than help the customers. When they did bother to grace us with their attention, they tried to force us to make our order "to go" when we clearly wanted to eat at the restaurant. They stopped making our pizzas after putting one topping. We had to fight them to get the rest of the toppings on our build-your-own unlimited toppings pizza. They burned the pizza more than a char, it was burned. They had all day to stand around and scowl at the few customers who were there on July 3 2023 at 8 pm. If you're a hipster who doesn't mind being treated like shit and eating burned food in filth by all means go there. If not, please stop supporting this place, they hate the fact that you are there interrupting their conversations. Show them the feeling is mutual and don't bother going here under any circumstance. Unsuspecting non-locals will greatly appreciate it if you put this place out of business, so we don't accidentally stop here. read more

Probably one of the best pizza spots I've been to in Utah. Fresh ingredients and you can make your own pizza. Unlimited toppings at a great low price all day every day. Loved my pizza, got some red sauce, onions, peppers, garlic, salami and lots of cheese. Once it came out of the oven, I got a beautiful masterpiece, full of greatness. The size was perfect for lunch. Brick oven pizza cooked to perfection. Staff got all of our orders correctly and were very nice and attentive. I also got some of their lemonade and together it was amazing. If you're looking for a good personal pizza, this is the place for you. Price and unlimited ingredients that everyone can get their own pie. Meatlivers, veggies, cheeses only, etc. There are so many combinations, that you can't go wrong. Spanish version of my review: Probablemente uno de los mejores sitios de pizza en los que he estado en Utah. Ingredientes frescos y puedes hacer tu propia pizza. I came here one evening when it wasn't very busy. I had three guys working there when I walked in. I was debating on getting a normal pizza or the pizza I was thinking about getting I asked the guy that was about to make my pizza I'd it would be weird if I got it with pesto because it seemed weird in my head but also sounded good. He said, "no that isn't weird at all" and was extremely kind! He made my pizza to PERFECTION and everyone was kind and helpful during the entire process. Also, as a side bonus; they have tremendous Air Conditioning! The place was clean and many covid responses are in effect (such as social distancing and not being able to refill the same cup). My wife and I were in the area and have wanted to try MOD for a long time. We were greeted warmly by the 2 workers and they explained the process; which of course meant no charges for toppings. We both ordered a pizza from the favorites menu then added a few toppings on top of that. I've always wanted to try anchovies on pizza but it was a mistake this time, never again. The crust is ok and very thin so I imagine if you order lots of toppings will get lost in the heap of toppings. You can always pay more for a thicker crust. The crust was my least favorite thing on the pizza. The cheese is nice and stringy and tasted really good. The mozarella tasted fresh and of good quality, it was the surprise on the pizza for me. There is no need to get additional cheeses on the pizza. The topping are plentiful and the red sauce tasted good to me but I would have liked just a bit more. Since everything is free request a bit more sauce. Some of the toppings I got were mushrooms, spicy sausage, bacon, sliced tomatoes, and an anchovie. I think what made this location great were the employees. We had a great conversation with them. read more

Does the job, not traditional pizza. I was a little bit disappointed with the menu - the combinations on the menu were either unexciting or unbalanced combinations (all meat, or all veggies, not a lot of exploration in flavor). The menu also stated that all toppings were only a dollar, but there was no list of toppings on the menu. I discovered after getting to the counter that it is an assembly line set-up, which I think could be mentioned somewhere on the menu, or somewhere on the approach to the counter in their long, walled-off line. The sauce is put on after your pizza is baked, when your name is called up - I also don't recall seeing these on the menu. The pizzas themselves are decent, the crust is thin and bubbly - but does not really resemble a true pizza crust - maybe it's pita bread or a tortilla? The meat and vegetable toppings I got were ok, there's just enough cheese, and the pesto I chose was alright. There aren't different pizza sizes, just one size, you can chose a thin crust or slightly thicker - one pizza is about equal to a meal for one person. Open atmosphere, open and sort of loud, lots of seating for small gatherings, concrete floors. There weren't many people there when I went. Overall I would eat there again, but it's not my first choice for pizza. read more

I love these chains of pizza spots. However, I came in today to order a pizza and the worker did not switch gloves when prepping my pizza. We decided to give MOD Pizza a try for lunch the other day. The staff was friendly and service was quick. Their standard MOD 11-inch pizza is only $7.67 with whatever toppings you'd like. They don't charge extra for more toppings. Under $8 is a cheap lunch no matter how you slice it! The dining area was clean and inviting with large windows and sunshine. Overall the pizza was good. It was served up freshly prepared, hot and with good toppings. I think the crust was the biggest disappointment for me because it was so thin and didn't have much flavor. For quick service pizza, I think the nearby Pizzeria Limone serves up better pizza, with higher quality ingredients, and an excellent crust. Pizzeria Limone also has amazing chocolate lemon brownies. Just saying! However, Pizzeria Limone is also more expensive, so MOD Pizza does deliver a good pizza for a more competitive price. read more
