I went through this drive thru for breakfast before work and had a great experience. I was in awe of the views the whole time I waited which wasn't very long since they moved so quickly. I got the hash brown scramble burrito with chicken and really enjoyed it. Normally, I get the egg ick with fast food breakfast burritos, but for some reason, the combo of the chicken and hash browns inside make the egg totally bearable. It's so yummy. Service is a joke. Waited 20 minutes after arrival for order placed on app before leaving home. Asked when I arrived for order was told they were working on it. Went out for a late night snack drive (as a hostage who had to drive & pay) and had to stop here instead of where we originally intended to go (...they had slightly shorter line...didn't realize there were these many hostages at night!?! ^_^ :P ) But the line moved pretty quickly and the person taking the orders was very calm and efficient. You can just tell that Chick-fil-A is a nice Christian family owned company! I like their policy of getting peoples name on the order so they know which order is yours when you get up to the window to pay and collect your food. It's like for a moment in time somebody cares about you in the day! Refreshing experience! The food is also awesome and the kids ate it up before I can get great pictures. My grandson wanted a "Happy Meal" from Chick-fil-A. We went through the drive thru, and made it home, only to be in horror from all the grease dripping off the chicken nuggets, and fries. All that was in the bag was a small bag of potato chip fries and 6 chicken nuggets and a toy that was a small box of questions to ask at the dinner table which was disappointing to a toddler that can't read. How can this be healthy for a toddler? At least McDonald's offers Apple slices. I won't be bringing him here to eat again, I don't care if he throws a terrible two temper tantrum. I went to chick fill a like I always do, I always receive pretty decent service and get my order right. This time around was not the same, I ordered 2 number 8's with the chicken wrap meal. When i got to the window the guy was not that nice and when we got our food we drove away, when we opened the bag to get out our food I realized the wraps were not in the bag. Instead we got chicken nuggets, I was pretty disappointed since we had gotten charged almost $13 for our wraps each. We normally love Chick Fil A. We were at the Jazz game yesterday and went today to redeem our Chick Fil A reward for the opposing team missing two fowl shots. We get there and they won't give us the reward. They said because we couldn't pull it up on the app they wouldn't give us it even though we had tickets to prove we were at the game. I used to work here and the quality of the food was never great but it's recently gotten worse. Food seems very old like it's been under a lamp, the fries are half full now? What is up with that, a large is a medium. The people are nice except a select few (teenagers) that seem reluctant. I do get the long lines and the people on here complaining put themselves in that position by getting in the long line. read more

WORST LOCATION EVER. I love Chick-fil-a, but half the reason I go there is for their service and efficiency. This location is absurd. Their drive through line is an absolute mess, they don't have anyone out there managing the line, and the line blocks other businesses (when the could easily have the line go in front of the restaurant). They are SO SLOW and half the time something is wrong with my order. Today the employee taking my order was the crankiest teen with the biggest attitude I have ever met. This is by far the worst chick fil a I've ever been to. We live closest to this chick fil a but will continue to drive an extra 5 minutes to the farther one because this one is so awful. Slowest drive thru ever despite the line not being that long. Guy on the drive thru coms wasn't really paying attention and we had to repeat each item of our order 3 times. The fries were cold right as we got them and we're stale like they had been sitting out for a while. Chicken was fine. Every time we've been there we wait at least 20 minutes in the drive thru line and the food seems subpar to other chick fil a's. Don't recommend this chick fil a. This is the worst Chick fil a in the state of Utah. Their lines are always extremely long, and the wait is forever (which is not known for chick fil a) I'm not sure why every chick fil a I have ever been to had a great line system except for this one. The service is also garbage compared to the others I have been to. When I crave chick fil a I drive to the one 20 minutes away from me before I go to this one. I would like to share my experience with the management at the Chick-fil-A location at 1088 E Fort Union Blvd. This has nothing to do with their food or service which I've always found to be good. My daughter went to work at this location shortly after turning 15. She was hired at $8 per hour and told that after 90 days she would have a review and be considered for a raise. Within the first 90 days she was a great employee and was even asked to help train new employees. The 90 days came and went, no review, no raise. In the meantime, her best friend was hired at the same location and my daughter was tasked to train her. We discovered that her friend was hired at $9 per hour. Long story short, over the next 3-5 months more kids were hired at a higher wage than my daughter but still no review and no raise. As her father went twice and met with the manager and was told they were going to give her a review. Another month went by with no review and no raise so I went back and spoke with the owner. He apologized and said this was one area of their business (consistent reviews) they really needed to work on. He promised he would give her a review right away. More time goes by and finally after almost 8 months of employment she was given a review and told she would get a 30 cent raise. She continued to work for about another 6-8 weeks but the 30 cent raise never went into effect. So, after almost a year working for Chick-fil-A my daughter resigned and took another job. I'm writing this now because even months after she quit it still upsets me. Chick-fil-A prides themselves on being a great company with great benefits and incentives for their employees and being a "Christian" owned company. I don't think this is standard practice throughout the company but rather an issue with the ownership at this particular location. My advise to parents with teenagers looking for their first job? Chick-fil-A is a great place to start but perhaps a different location with different ownership were they actually care about their employees like they say the do. read more

Why must they keep messing up on my order? I promise, no crazy demands, minus this or extra that... It was a simple no. 2, with lite lemonade, which is what I always get. What's so hard about that? Instead I get a 3 piece chicken tenders with cold, soggy fries. And how dare I tell the manager they messed up on my order? The stares I got from the man and woman and the plaid shirt (managers). There is a certain fervor and fanaticism that surrounds Chick-fil-a. It's not over-the-top obnoxious, but it borders on that feeling. I only mention it, because I just don't get it. Objectively, I see it thus: there is the food, and then there's everything else. Based on the food, I think it's about average. On par with other fast food, which can range from horrid to passable. The food here is fine. Some of it is terribly disappointing (pretty much any kind of sandwich) and some of it is passable, a la fries. So how do you take markedly middling food and make something out of it? It's the "everything else" category. They get the details right here. Parents love this place, and for good reason. The play area (although unsupervised kids will be the death/injury of your children) makes for great kiddy allure. The corporate directive seems to be to reach out to locals, so they often do outreach with local organizations and communities. And can I get an amen for having a stepstool in the bathroom so moms and dads and big brothers don't have to lift up their kids and awkwardly help them wash their hands? I don't ever make a special trip to come here, and I'd probably choose a few other places ahead of it. But if it's in the 'hood and the closest place to eat, I wouldn't avoid it.
