Well hate to say it but this place gave me the worst food poisoning I've ever had. Would not recommend going here! Long line as well.

If you like a little dose of good old fashioned Jesus preaching with your chicken, then this place is for you! I kid, I kid, but seriously, Chick-Fil-A is pretty tasty. I'm always afraid I will burst into flames when I walk into one since I have the double-whammy of being an Atheist and a gay-marriage supporter, but it's not happened (yet). No matter what your beliefs, we all come here for the chicken! This location is clean, fast and the employees are friendly (as is the norm at most Chick-Fil-A locations). I love the simple chicken sandwich -- a lightly breaded, fried chicken breast on a plain bun with a dab of butter and two pickle slices. Yum! Their waffle fries are so tasty but since I've been low-carbing it for a few years, they are only an occasional treat. Watch out because kids LOVE (and I mean LOVE) this place. They are drawn to it like moths to a flame. Therefore, it can be ear-splittingly LOUD, especially on Saturday afternoons. This place is always closed on Sunday. read more

Never eating at this location again. I've had problems here the last few times I've visited. Lazy employees, lying employees, incorrect orders or just downright gross people working here. I've never visited a CFA with such dysfunctional people working there as this one. This location might need a change of management. read more

Although Chick-fil-a was PACKED they served out food to us quickly and with a smile I love the chicken sandwiches from Chick-fil-a and their chicken strips--their their fresh lemonade is also delicious! Took my mom out for a quick dinner to get a chicken sandwich. After waiting In Line at the drive through, we headed home only to discover we had the wrong order. We turned around and headed back to the store. The Lobby was closed so we had to wait in line again at the drive through. At the window they didn't even apologize for the mixed up order. They just swapped out the incorrect items and handed us back the bag. I'm disappointed in the customer service provided to us at this location. read more

Every time I go here the food doesn't taste very fresh. The fries are soggy and over salted. The employees aren't very friendly, they always seem like they are just in a rush and don't really talk to customers and if they do it's with an attitude. By far the worst location, I'll always avoid going here and drive to another location if I have to! read more

Worst Chick-FIL-A I've been to in a long time. They're lacking all the friendly, can-do attitude you normally find at the franchise. They're also abominably slow. This location is absolutely horrible first of all I ordered a chicken biscuit with no butter on the biscuits and they gave me butter on the biscuit with no chicken. What kind of chicken and biscuit does it come with the chicken?? And secondly I ordered 2 4 count minis and they only gave me one!I am absolutely furious because this restaurant does not answer the phone! I've been trying to call them for almost half an hour and no response. I'm never gonna go to this location ever again. I am absolutely furious. Service is always super nice & friendly. This location is normally super packed, especially hiring lunch and dinner hours through the drive thru. As far as getting my order correct it's a hit or miss.. sometimes I find they're in a rush so my fries aren't as ordered (well done.) For the most part I do enjoy this location! read more

07/25/17 3:50p.m. Wow just got home from Chick-fil-A after ordering a chicken club with no tomato meal only to find out they literally just gave me chicken, lettuce, and bun. No bacon, no cheese, no mayonnaise, etc. all the freakin best stuff that makes a good sandwich was gone like seriously and normally I will just say f-it and go on with my life. The food is usually always fresh and yummy. If you order your food special double check to make sure it's made right. They usually always serve the drinks oozing out of the lid to spill down the sides but this last time the young man at the window saw it was overflowing poured it out to leave my lid with coke still on it and down the side. Skip this location and go to the next.... like seriously. I keep thinking maybe I came at a rough time or when they were struggling but time and time again they are disappointing. The Drive thru line is ridiculously long and unlike the sandy (closed for remodel ) and Draper location they don't think outside the box and get people through efficiently. Honestly I've never been more upset with Chick-fil-A in my life. Normally I love Chick-fil-A. I love the service. But this location is AWFUL. I went over on my lunch break to grab something quick like you normally do at Chick-fil-A. Since I knew it was lunch rush I put in my order at 12:27 and my parking space number only a moment later expecting that there would be a little bit of a wait, but nothing like this. I got a notification on my phone at 1:15 saying someone was on their way with my food only AFTER the app said they hadn't heard from me in a while. They asked if I had received my food and then the notification came through. I waiting until 1:30 and still didn't have my food. Less understanding I asked someone for the manager and they told me they were "busy" so I went in to look for my food. When I walked in my food was sitting on the counter BY ITSELF in a basket and I went up and grabbed it. An employee promptly told me I wasn't allowed to grab it I had to wait in my car. I told her that I had been waiting for 15 minutes just for someone to walk it out after the notification, not to mention the time before that. She told me she "apologizes." And that they "were trying to get the larger orders out first so they wouldn't be cold." So my food had been sitting there since 1:19! The receipt with the time stamp on it. The fries were ice cold and soggy by the time I grabbed my food. They didn't offer to remake it. They apologized once. I'm livid. I want a refund because I wasted money on cold soggy food. read more

This is the slowest of the chick fil as in the valley- head to the south town one and you will get your food twice as fast. A few other pet peeves- don't have a tip jar for your drive through. Tips are for those who wait on a table, not for someone who is barely acknowledging my existence before handing me a greasy bag. I was very disappointed with this chick fil a. As a chick fil a employee I know the standards that the company tries to achieve. I did not see any of these tonight. I was waiting in the line for at least 30 minutes to get my order taken. Only for the customer service to be subpar. I did not receive any sort of greeting, my order was not confirmed with me, and I didn't know my total until reaching the window. Once reaching the window I received the same customer service I would get at McDonald's. My food was also so oily it ripped through my nugget box by the time I got home. The quality of food was good, but not the speed of service. I know this may be odd and specific but the window was closed on me after taking my payment and waiting for my food. At most chick fil as I am accustomed to the awkward small talk I've come to enjoy. read more

worst service I have ever received from this fast food chain. Server didn't return my husband's debit card so we had to return the following day to retrieve it. I was the only actual customer inside the location and i was ignored by 6 employees while they were all fixated on one employee clocking out and buying her own lunch. I wasn't addressed by anyone until after that employee (who was behind the counter) ordered her food from a manager standing next to her. Even then it wasn't until after another employee joined the line that they addressed me and only to tell me they would be with me soon but they took the employee behind me to order. I never thought I'd be complaining about horrible Chick-fil-A service, but that was easily the worst customer service experience I've had all year. Rude, uneducated, combative employees that ruined my Dad's birthday dinner there. Absolutely not 'my pleasure'. I ordered a Cobb salad, and when it was brought to us, I realized after taking a bite that I was given a Southwest salad instead, which had beans and spicy chicken instead of the bacon, egg, and carrots of the Cobb salad. No big deal I think, I'll just go and exchange it. Except for when I got to the counter to exchange it the girl demanded 'where is your receipt'... well we had opted out of the receipt when ordering. It's not like I had eaten more than a bite of the salad - I was clearly not just trying to rip them off. Then she just stared at me and asked me what she wanted her to do. At this point I get another worker and explain the situation. This new employee looks at my (clearly southwest) salad and says "that IS a COBB SALAD" extremely rude and matter-of-factly. So not only are you rude and giving horrible customer service, you're also a dumbass that doesn't know your own menu. Great. So at this point I point up at the menu and point out the fact that my so-called "cobb salad" is missing the egg, bacon, and carrots, and oh by the way, I must have brought in my own beans to put on the salad just to dupe them I guess. They finally realize that they're fighting a losing battle here, and storm off with my incorrect salad and tell me to "wait here". 5 minutes later I finally have my Cobb salad. Oh, and they also forgot the roasted nuts on my dad's superfood salad. Way to ruin what was supposed to be his nice Birthday dinner. I have refrained from writing this review but after multiple terrible experiences at this location it needs to be brought to the attention of management. The employees at this Chick-Fil-A are some of the rudest people I have encountered in customer service. After ordering here I asked for 3 chick-fil-a sauces for 2 meals. The Cashier handed me 1. After I asked for 2 more, he rolled his eyes and said "At that point you might as well buy a bottle". Great customer service. My food is either overcooked or they forget it completely. When you point out they forgot something in your order you are glared at and get the window slammed in your face. My last and final time visiting here I was picking up food for a co-worker. She had accidentally marked that I was at the location when I wasn't. When I went in to retrieve her food an older lady shoved the food at me before rudely telling me to not check in before I was at the location. When I apologized she rolled her eyes and walked away. I have been to multiple locations of Chick-Fil-A and this one absolutely takes the cake for the worst service and food you can get. I will go out of my way to not eat at this one any longer. read more

Been eating here for a while. Something is wrong with their supply or the way they cook the chicken. The grilled chicken is super chewy like rubber. I seriously recommend going to any other chick fila. This isn't just based on one meal too it's like this everytime I go. Weird how the manager or no one is stepping in to correct this, chick fila is usually ran at a much higher standard. Like you basically have to be a business guru to get approved for a franchise because corporate has such high standards so it's really weird that they're chicken is like biting into rubber. read more

Normally I really like this location.... I don't know what happened.... Yesterday, as I waited in the drive through, a homeless man knocked on my window and asked for money! I said no and ordered my 4 deluxe sandwich meals. As I got to the window, they said that due to the shortage, they couldn't give me 6 sauces with me FOUR MEALS. That first of all is ridiculous. I also told the person at the window that there was a homeless person begging IN THE LINE and his response was "he's probably just hungry". First... Nice big location. Now on to what really matters. They didn't explain how ordering works to us newbies... They added ice to our water cups which we couldn't fill ourselves. Not everyone wants ice water when it is 34 degrees outside. The sandwiches tasted good but they messed up the order on 2 of the 4 sandwiches. Of course we love Chic Fil A. Great chicken. Always well done. Good sauce options. Good for the whole family. The play place is nice and very secure, which I like. Great service. Just don't have a fundraiser here. They don't track who comes to support you. They just look at the amount sold on the same day during the previous week. If there is an increase, you get a percentage of it. It's not based on averages or who actually came. We had plenty of people there, but because it was raining, not many other patrons were there and the increase was small. Our organization made very little despite all the people who came out to support. Bummer. read more

Despite the tasty chicken that keeps me coming back again and again, I have to admit that Chick-fil-a's high point is customer service. I've never met a CFA employee who treated me like just another diner. Sentences include "please" and "thank you," smiles are on faces, and the service is super fast. The Fort Union location is the closest CFA to my house. I ate there a lot when they first opened, and I was curious if they level of customer service was as pristine as the day they opened with a giant line of fans who wanted to "Eat mor chikin." The outcome of my latest visit? YES! Sauces and refills were plentifully supplied, the fries were cooked perfectly, and my fresh peach shake was made without whipped cream (just as I ordered). They let me take a handful of mints!They even accepted my expired coupons! This CFA is the bomb. I'm glad it's so close to home. read more

After waiting in the drive thru line for 25 minutes I finally got my food. After pulling away, however, I noticed they had forgotten half my order. I pulled back in and asked for the rest of my order, and the girl at the drive thru was rude to me for some reason. I was totally nice about it - I just wanted the food that I paid for. Yeah, this happens with fast food, and I understand that. However, this is the second time I've had a this EXACT experience at this Chick-Fil-A. Obviously, I'm not giving them a third chance to mess up my order, and then treat me poorly for it. I give this Chick-Fil-A 2 stars instead of 1 because the sandwiches I've ordered have always been good. Just not the order accuracy or the customer service. read more
