Excellent pizza, online experience is awful. We have ordered there for years, but I think we have to sadly move on. We spent about an hour trying to figure out how to order and apply our coupons. Mobile and web apps are worthless. After an hour of trying to place a $75 order that should have been $50 with the online deals and coupons, we gave up and ordered elsewhere for $35 dollars at a pizzeria that actually applied coupons. read more

Honestly I had a GREAT experience at this Marco's. They had a drive up window for pickup which I loved for the convenience. The kid at the window was super helpful and got me my food promptly. The pizza was delicious. I love their crust. The CinnaSquare was a MAJOR hit with my group. All my friends love Marco's and this experience hit so hard. Marco's is by far the best inexpensive delivery pizza in town. The food is good and you get a lot for your money compared to other places. My only complaint is that during busy times (which seems to be every evening), they outsource many of their deliveries to DoorDash. Some of those drivers are fine and others are terrible. We had one dump the food on our doorstep without so much as knocking, and it was cold by the time we found it. You can't complain to the store because they don't employ the drivers, and you can't complain to DoorDash because you didn't order the food through them. I wish there was a way to select that you don't want a DoorDash driver, even if it means waiting longer. read more

I had it at a party recently not expecting anything mind-blowing, but was really impressed and decided it was my new go-to. We ordered delivery over the weekend and they had a couple discounts/deals going on. We got a large half n' half pizza and a small cheese pizza. We ordered online and got email updates about our order. Delivery came in the amount of time that was originally estimated. First time at Marco's won't be our last! We were in the neighborhood and starving, saw Marco's, and hopped online to check out the menu. We immediately found a coupon for the pepperoni magnifico for just $9.99. I placed our order, went in to pay (I wanted to use cash this time), and the person who helped me was quick and friendly. She said it would be ready in just 10 minutes! I waited in the lobby, which was clean, and listened to the lady who made my pizza singing along with the radio, which I enjoyed. There was definitely an umami richness to it that I am unsure how to describe. Something about the way their cheese was all melty with the tender steak was just so yummy. I had a little trepidation ordering because across the board Marco's doesn't have great reviews, but took the dive anyway. I came to pick up my pizza AFTER the pickup time and the girl at the register said that my pizza hadn't even been started yet. I told her the email says "promise time" and then gave me a time to pick up. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said "that's just a computer, it doesn't take into account what's going on here. Then told me it would take another 10-15 minutes and I could wait. So I got my "20 minute pizzas" after about 50 minutes. Don't put a promise time if you don't intend to fulfill it (male it an "estimated time") and don't roll your eyes at a customer and show no sympathy or apology. Making it right. I ordered pizza from this establishment (we've been ordering from here for years) and we understand that mistakes happen. I ordered the usual: 2 medium pepperoni pizza but when I got home to my surprise, I had a cheese pizza. I called them and immediately they made it right. They have new people and totally understand the struggle business go through when they have to train new people - that said, they made me a happy customer once again and credited my account. Rennan came to me one day and said to me in his strong Serbian accent, "Comrade, you must go to the new Marco's Pizza." This magestic pie consisted of two pepperonis, Old World and Classic and olives (of course) with Marco's Special Italian Seasoning. I had never had Old world peperoni before and man was it good! The crust was excellent. It tasted so soft and fluffy like it was molded by angels. The price was relatively average. The service was great! Everyone in the pizzeria smiled and said welcome. Reheat-ability was great as well, It maintained it's soft and fluffy nature which is rare in Pizza. Overall I would give this Pizza a 9 out of 10. I recommend that everyone tries it at least once. I called Marco Pizza and asked if I could cancel the order, the guy who answered me the phone didn't know the answer, but was very kind and ask me a minute to ask his manager, in a minute the Manager was on the line, very kind, very open to listen to me and immediately told me that my order was cancel. Honestly in this time where local business are fighting to make money and keep their employees in their jobs, I recognize the kindness of this business to a customer. Color me surprised. I've been seeing this pizza chain popping up all over the valley and since they're only a quick walk away, I thought I would give them a chance. I like my pizza very traditional and well done so I can get crispy toppings and I was glad they were able to accomidate me. Unlike a lot of other chain pizza places, the pizza wasn't dripping in grease and the dough didn't have a grease line in it. They put a lot of cheese on it, but it's seems like it might be higher quality than your local Papa Johns or Domino's; at least it tasted like that to me. If pizza isn't your thing, then they have a ton of other options from sandwiches to wings, all reasonably priced and pretty solid. I'm glad I tried these guys out, if you have one around you I suggest you give it a try. read more
