Nowhere else charges an extra $1.75 just to make your pizza into pepperoni instead of cheese. This is not an unusual request. The pizza is fine. I called Papa Murphy's in Union Square in Sandy Utah and inquired if they honored $10 Tuesdays. The worker answered yes and I then gave him my order. When I arrived to pick it up, Aiden charged me $14.75 which included an additional topping even though there was only one topping on half the pizza. He said they honor $12 Tuesdays dispite the fact I had been told $10. It would have been ok if I had not been told the wrong price. Three employees stood there, two of them young men, so one of them wasn't honest enough to admit he had misquoted the price on the phone. If I owned this pizza shop, I would tell my employees to honor the quote given even if it is misquoted as in my case or at least offer another dollar or two off to try to make up their error. I'm not quite sure how to feel about this location. I came in last Friday for a salad and a cheese pizza. I found the facility fairly tidy and the environment positive.. for the most part. A few of the employees were very kind and some weren't. The nice girl that initially helped me out didn't stop smiling for a second! She asked how my day was and was just overall wonderful customer service! As I made my way down to the register the lady at the end was incredibly rude, she didn't say a word to me as she was ringing up my food, she was mumbling under her breath as I was grabbing my food. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away from the cash register. I later got their names from one of the gentlemen working there (Sid), the kind girl that initially helped me is named Grace and the lady that rang up my food is Faith. I overall like this location, order from it frequently. Just need better leadership staff! read more

Good fresh pizza. Love the thin crust, my husband like the original crust. Be careful to check your toppings. My husband hates olives so we switch them out of bell peppers when we order the cowboy (which is every order) and they always forget. The flavor and size is good, and I don't mind cooking it myself. My husband doesn't like it (not like he ever is the one cooking, though) it literally takes 10-12 min. But you get to control the crispness.... I like a crispy crust. Yum. read more

That was not the case we got fresh pizza that cooked to perfection in about 15 minutes. Papa Murphy's is great. Take and bake, probably the least greasy pizza I've had in a while. I had a coupon for $9 for a gourmet and thought the papa's favorite was one, but it wasn't. The guy behind the counter asked his manager and they said it was ok. Definitely a good hookup! Normally $13, I got it for $9. Despite it being busy, our pizza came out pretty fast. It was very tasty: pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, onions, and olives I believe. We got the large, it fed my brother, sister and myself. Although it'd probably feed two hungry people with a healthy appetite. I could have eaten more. It was stacked with ingredients and freshly made. They allow you to order pizzas on Yelp, alongside other places that actually cook them before delivering. Nothing in the Yelp order process says that the Pizza is uncooked. So, last night they delivered a raw pizza to a hotel room. The driver knew that we were not expecting what we were getting, because he basically shoved the pizza through the door and ran down the hall (yes, he actually ran). He didn't even wait for the cash tip I had my hand. It would've been very easy for this outfit to call and let me know they were not what I was expecting, But apparently they don't have those sorts of ethics here. Steer clear. read more

Literally the worst customer service. I called because I had order a chicken bacon artichoke pizza and there was no artichoke on the pizza when we got home. I called and the guy was so completely rude on the phone and said there was absolutely nothing he could do unless we brought the pizza back. I'm not going to drive 10 mins back to this location. Lats summer when we were just to lasy to go out, and too lasy to cook (average once per week), this was easy and painless, and quick. I believe all around any Papa Murphy's is great. They are just really nice and the quality is great. I love it mostly for the fact that it give you the ability to cook it the way you want. I just ordered pizza from papa John's just to try their pizza and I needed delivery but it was the worst decision I have ever made and it will never ever live up to the quality that you guys provide. read more
