I took my kids to the unveiling of the new Bella Cena gluten free crust so the place was absolutely packed. After getting our free sample slices, we decided to get in line and order pizzas. My kids got the formaggi pizza and I got a gluten free viola. I am noting for celiac people (and maybe this will change after all the complaints last night during their trial run) that there was blatant cross-contamination going on. Also of note- regular pizzas are about $10 but the gf is about $15 which is a huge price difference and will definitely deter me from going back. But we all did love our pizzas. I love this place! It's in a great location with outdoor seating as well. The line usually can get long but moves pretty quickly. The caprese pizza is excellent. My other favorite one to get is the margherita napoli, it's so delicious. My husband got the ferrari, it's on their secret menu. It has a lot of meat on it which he likes. While this place is known for their pizza, I have been eyeing the Catana salad for months and I am so excited that we finally got our hands on one! It is one of my new favorite salads without a doubt. The perfect ratio of sweet and savory! ⁣ ⁣ We also tried the Salsiccia pizza and it was delish. Found this place by chance while looking for some pizza during a hotel stay in Sandy, UT. They have a few different locations around the SLC metro area but are just a local franchise at this point. In short, probably the best fast casual pizza I've ever had. I couldn't believe how affordable it was either. The quality of ingredients seems to be top notch and everything is just fresh and delicious. Our kids loved it too which is always a good thing. We'll definitely make this a routine stop when in town for skiing moving forward and I'd love to see them expand into other metro areas out west (this place would slay any of the similar chains currently in Phoenix for one thing). read more

This is the second location we've been to and the cottonwood heights location makes much larger pizzas. The pizzas are always so fresh and delicious as well. This location is MUCH faster then the other locations we have been too and the staff is more on top of orders and customers coming in. One of my favorite pizza places on the area, however inflation has really gotten to them. Prices have increased by like $2 per pizza, and have shrunk. Pizzas do come out burnt a lot, but they are very kind and will always take them back and remake them. It is a little messy inside, but still one of my top picks for pizza. read more

Being from the east coast we have a lot of Blaze pizzas, and I would say this spot is similar, though not build your own, but I would say Limone is much tastier. We ordered the pepperoni pizza and the caprese and they were both very good. The caprese had the perfect balance of balsamic vinaigrette, cheese and basil. I'm not usually one for Neapolitan styled pizza but they cook it just the right way with a good amount of crisp and the crust being crunchy and a little burnt on the edges. I was very excited to try the Caprese Pizza, because I just love Caprese in general and it did not disappoint! It was such a light and refreshing taste. I know pizzas are usually a hefty meal, but the olive oil base, garlic, five cheeses, red onion, sliced tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, balsamic glaze and basil just tasted light and airy and heaven in my mouth. You're just going to have to give it a try. I also added chicken on top of it for the extra protein and the chicken was good. Ok from a pizza standpoint I'd give them 4 stars!!! I tried the special burrata pizza with a basic red sauce, arugula, red onions, balsamic reduction on top with a nice big serving of burrata in the middle - really well done. The acidity of the onions balances out the peppery-ness of the arugula and the burrata was super tasty. We also got a Salsiccia and really enjoyed that one as well. I'm not a huge fan of olives but it was just the right amount that I was ok with it. We also got a kids cheese pizza and surprisingly loved how flavorful it was even just cheese! The crusts on all the pizzas were just the way I liked them - mailable but crispy and thin. Here's where I docked the stars - cleanliness. Boy oh boy I understand that you're busy on a Friday night but the bathroom was a disaster. The water pressure in the sink was so extremely powerful that when I washed my hands under the water it sprayed all over me AND the bathroom. The dining area was also a mess - obviously someone had spilled something (a salad or something) and no one bothered to clean it up - so after paying you would just step over a giant pile of muck. Not my favorite atmosphere to eat in but the pizza was good none the less. Probably won't go back to this location. read more

Good pizza but the strangest staff. We go there every week and have for over a year. Same employee and they never remember anyone. Every time you get "please wait I'll be with you in a minute" even though no one else is around so you stand there awkwardly while they ignore you. Their is some new younger staff that seems to be more polite but the male manager is just very unique. I took a star off for less than great customer service. Great modern style Neapolitan pizzas, fantastic salads, bevvies and the atmosphere is enjoyable and friendly. When it's warm enough the outside patio is very comfortable.
