All the food items for dinner that we ordered was good, and was not disappointed. I was underwhelmed by their cocktail menu, but my husband thought it was good. So, it was a matter of opinion. The drink I ordered was the "Blue Roan" and it tasted like a fruit punch. Which I was not anticipating with a cocktail that had Bourbon as a primary ingredient. A "punch" flavor is more expected with a Rum cocktail. It wasn't inherently bad, I just didn't especially care for it. So, my husband drank some of it. And, his first drink- that had a rye whiskey almost had a "Mezcal" taste, I didn't like otherwise I would have switched with him. Also, his 2nd drink that had a "Peanut BUtter bourbon" I tasted it, and tried to have an open mind, but it wasn't great in my opinion. The cocktails were trying a little too hard, I think they should have a few classic drinks like a mint Julep and focus on doing it well. I also wasn't impressed by the dessert menu. Compared to how well their food is, the $18 for the skillet chocolate chip cookies was a bit spendy. This restaurant is new, going through some growing pains, and I can't wait to see how it looks with a little more time!

I engineered every remaining bite to recreate it. The sausage itself is worth ordering on its own. It was light but rich, beautifully seasoned, and an absurdly good addition to the Spanish eggs.
