Greek omelette, side of tzatziki, home fries and blueberry pancakes with real butter.
Laura R.

Stopped in for a late breakfast while passing through this area. Everything on the menu is available all day. Parking lot is busy - go slow and watch for pedestrians. Main entrance is accessible and bathrooms are gender-specific. Staff were friendly and seated us right away. Jackie answered all of my questions and took good care of us. Hubby had eggs, sausage, home fries and pancakes. He ate all of it! I had the Greek omelette with home fries and blueberry pancakes - real blueberries and real butter (no real maple syrup). Jackie suggested tzatziki with my omelette and it was delicious. I don't think I can ever have an omelette without it again! The blueberries were a bit chewy but the pancakes were great. I would order plain pancakes next time. We had time so decided to stroll through the adjacent store. There was even more restaurant seating in the back and the front half had some nice jewelry, ornaments, scarves etc. I bought a necklace for a friend and took it back to the restaurant to ring up. They provided tissue paper and a nice box. We would definitely stop back again when in the area.

Hungry? Head here for major quantities of good home cooked food. Dropped in with a party of 4 on a Sunday around noon and was promptly seated and was impressed with extensive range of the menu. Two of us had the Irish skillet but we could have shared one. Giant plate of hash browns, topped with homemade corned beef hash, accompanied by two pancakes and three eggs. This was designed for leftovers or the offensive line of the Browns! Dad's perch dinner featured freshly fried fish and chips and was also a heaping serving. Come hungry and go home satisfied. Prices were more than reasonable!

Sorry to leave a review like this, very disappointing experience. My husband and I visited the Bedford location on this visit to Ohio. We did visit a different location a few years ago and that was good. Not sure if both locations would have the same experience now. My husband and I had a weird vibe from the moment we walked in. The young lady who seated us was expressionless, no welcome, no smile. I ordered coffee and when I asked the same young lady if she could bring some creamer, she went and grabbed a handful, and without saying a word she just threw it on the table. Since there were no creamers on the table when I ordered coffee our server should have noticed and offered it. Our server was nice, however, there was a little confusion with our order. Not sure what happened, she appeared to be an experienced server because she took our order without writing it down. She asked if we wanted home fries with our meal and we said yes. My husband's order was incorrect, another nice young lady fixed his order, however, we both noticed we got hash browns and not home fries. We inquired with our server about the home fries, she explained that she calls them home fries, however, the truck delivered hash browns and they serve what gets delivered. That's understandable, however, it would have been nice if she explained that from the beginning. The food and service was very subpar, toast was cold and the hash browns had an unpleasant aftertaste. Unfortunately, the food just didn't taste great. Maybe they're substituting ingredients, not sure.

The classic French dip. This is one of the best sandwiches on the planet.

The Dolphin a one of those restaurants that pop up on hidden places to eat blogs. The ambiance is definitely dive but the food is amazing. The French Dip is knock.it out of the park delicious. The soups are always homey and comforting. The salads will blow your mind. The staff is personable and sweet. It's a place you want to take Grandma to for mother's day.v

Three of us had a nice breakfast at the Dolphin on a Saturday morning. We were seated and waited on promptly, and they have a diner type menu. I had a three egg vegetarian omelette with rye toast, and everything was good. My friends also enjoyed their breakfast and the coffee. Definitely worth a stop if you're looking for breakfast.

The Happy Hour menu had a nice selection of light and non-alcoholic beers, special drinks and some wine. My Pinot was $5. The only food item for Happy Hour is the flatbread of the day. Today the choice was Margarita with pepperoni. $7 got you a large flat bread, enough to share. I ordered from the main menu the Bubba Gump shrimp wrap with one side. Was delicious. French fries were good. I took half home. Service was a little slow. We were glad the orders were taken at once, the food arrive all together and we got separate checks. Was very enjoyable.

First visit to Capriccio in Solon, and it was a pleasant surprise…read more We tried a few different dishes, and everything was done thoughtfully and well. The eggplant parmesan appetizer was cooked just right--the eggplant itself was perfectly tender, not mushy and not underdone, which is harder to get right than it sounds. The pizza was excellent. Well-balanced toppings, and I especially enjoyed the chunks of garlic and the balsamic glaze, which added depth without overpowering the rest of the flavors. The pasta was also spot on, and the added grilled chicken was nicely prepared--well seasoned, and a good complement to the sauce rather than an afterthought. What really makes Capriccio appealing is that it's a comfortable, neighborly, casual spot, conveniently right next door to where we live--exactly the kind of place you're happy to have in your neighborhood. Special thanks to our server, Lovell, who was friendly, attentive, and helped make the evening even more enjoyable. Overall, a very solid first experience. Good execution, flavorful food, and a menu that feels familiar but done with care. We'll definitely be back to try more.

I call on the phone and they already know who I am and what I like to order, salmon rice bowl with no sauce. The service is top-notch. We had a 20 minute wait which is totally understandable on a busy Friday night as a walk in. We sat and waited for our food. I was so hungry, I forgot to take a picture before I tried my food. My catfish dinner was fried to my liking, the fries are fresh cut and so delicious. My hushpuppies was delicious. My family tried the polish boy and the steak Philly and we all ate in silence. I didnt get a dessert this time, because self control but next time, I'm going all in...lol. Great job Teedeez!
