Food and service was very pleasing, we will definitely eat at this restaurant anytime we are in town.

Came in for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Service was fast and the inside was white washed very nicely...kinda like their going for a Firat Watch look. Wife got 3 pancakes, and should have only asked for 2. I had a spicy skillet. Onions, peppers. Jalapeños, ham, bacon, sausage and eggs on top of hasbrowns. At least that's what I thought I was getting. At first it looked like eggs on top of a shit ton of hashbrowns with a sprinkling of cheese. Then I realized the cheese, meat and goodies were mixed in with the hashbrowns. The order of eggs was a bit skimpy, but it was hot as a dickens. The coffee was better than gas station coffee, but not Starbucks. Lots of help on the floor and a reasonably basic menu. Nothing worth trecking across Cleveland for, but one of the better breakfast places in Brunswick, and probably the best place in the strip mall.. read more

What a great find! The Cracked Egg has been here for some time but I've only recently had opportunity to visit. My wife and I had the Greek Omelette and the Crazy Omelette. Both were very generous portions and quite tasty. The large side of hash browns (included with each) was more than either of us could eat but again, still very tasty. Doesn't hurt that they brew a great cup of coffee as well! We've visited only for breakfast but after this experience are sure to be back for lunch soon (and of course many more breakfasts to come)! read more

We went there for first time the day before Christmas Eve . The food was great, and so was our server. However , we walked in at 1:35 and they close at 2 so we ordered and ate quickly. The disturbing part was when one of the servers saw a " regular " walking toward the door and made a bee line to tell him they were " closed". Now it was 1:45!!! This old " Karen" like Mgr or server should be canned for that !!! The owners deserve more then that from staff. Closing at 2 doesn't mean punch out at 2:02. read more

Coco was absolutely amazing she was super nice and friendly!! I love this place. I love my family and I can tell that they love family too. I would recommend this place to everyone!!! Walked in a minute before 11 AM and it was about half full, 10 tables of 20 that I counted had people having breakfast. There are 20 tables and booths and five stools at a bar like seating. They must be doing fabulously because the next address over is freshly opened (actually just yesterday!) with adequate seating for approximately 80% of this current footage so they've doubled their seating. I see other ones around the state so it must be a franchise of some sort. I was greeted and seated right away by friendly hostess ---very pleasant. I took a while to order since the menu is huge for both lunch and breakfast. Got my diet cola, asked about popular items and servers favorites. Placed order for the Crazy Omelet ---three egg, onion, green peps, two cheeses, ham, mushrooms, bacon with hash browns and wheat toast!!! Holey jamocha shakes!!!! And I kid you not, it was out and back on my table in less than five minutes and was hot and steamy when it got there and stayed that way for five or six minutes as I carved through all this food. The portion was gynormous-a mundo --I dare you to try and finish one of these breakfasts. I brought a lot of it home but that said, that was breakfast at 11 o'clock-- I don't have to eat again till tomorrow. Business is very light open and clean. No lingering odors. Plenty of dynamite servers. The people seemed to be having great breakfasts, the coffee refills abounded and I sat close enough to people that I could hear that at least four other tables besides myself we're having their first visit here. The reviews when prompted by the server for how they were doing was the food was ridiculously good and hot. It's a little off the beaten path because it's a couple of miles away from I 71 but it is straight down Pearl Road past the DQ that's been there for decades!!! So if you're going down Pearl Road it's in a shopping center at the one end and is in a plaza that had quite a few stores maybe 30+ years ago which is the last time I was there at a wedding in the venue that is still there, call something different but still there. There's ample parking, startling food and it appears to be family owned. Have I convinced you yet!! Old hostess lady is so rude! Your only job is to be friendly and welcoming. Great food but don't think ill be coming back

My girlfriend and I moved here over a year ago and easily will say this is our favorite local breakfast spot. We usually go on the weekend for breakfast and have only had to wait about ten minutes for a table, even before they opened up their second dining room. The prices are fair for what you get. We usually get the breakfast plate with French toast, three eggs, bacon, and sausage for about $11 and coffee to go with it. It's very filling and usually takes 5-15 minutes to arrive even on the busiest of days. The servers are kind and attentive even on the worst of days. Our bill for two usually ends up being under $30 every time and I could skip lunch with the portions. I would recommend it to anybody locally who wants a quick quality breakfast. read more
