I kept trying and after 2 years , its a fail every time. They have inflated balloons every morning but somehow are always out of helium to blow up new balloons. NOT TRUE! IS this a franchise policy to keep the workers on the floor even when you show up when the doors open and there is nobody else is there...Would love to ask them.....????? Not their fault, and I feel so bad for them, as this is always the answer I get. We are out of Helium.....Hmmmm???? However, 2 other stores in Concord always seem to have helium for the Balloons that are not already inflated, and are very accommodating and helpful. If this is a store policy, they are missing out on the fact that balloons are just one of the many items I need to purchase for every event I host. Dollar Tree will still get my $$ as the staff is cool and the party favors I need are great value...Just not here.
