This is a very solid Dollar Tree located by a busy street and a busy freeway. I got what I needed and was in and out. There are scanners in the store that allow you to check the price of any item. The little white girl, GenZ, Gen Alpha, on aisle number one at 1:45 on December 7 was a bit of a biased, racist little witch. I watched her be so accommodating and service oriented with the little white girl buying Christmas ornaments who spilled glitter all over the area. She cleaned up and even offered the girl some hand sanitizer to wash the glitter from her hands. When it was my turn to bring up my single item, a gallon of water, not only did she fail to acknowledge me, she didn't even look me in the eyes. Her attitude was so sour you could taste it. But I knew it was coming. As I waited for the person before me to finish their business, and the cashier began to wipe down the counter. She didn't look at me. She didn't acknowledge. I was standing there. She didn't say she'd be right with me in the moment. She seemed to be immediately repulse by the fact that I was a black man. Mind you, I'm 60 years old. Granted am I younger days I was probably a bit more intimidating but now I am more of a big teddy bear. She rang me up, she never said thank you for coming. She didn't ask me about the receipt or anything like that. She just got rid of me as soon as possible and soon as the next person showed up behind me, she immediately greeted them. She did so in a way that it seems. She wanted me to know that she deliberately didn't greet me, as if I wasn't worth it. Dollar tree better get more cognizant of the people it hires and of their poor customer service. I am on a mission now to reduce stress in my life and not react to stupid bias like this. But we are in an age where behavior like hers will not go unchecked read more

Your place for all things spooky and Christmas already! Open on Christmas Eve and it was packed with people needing last minute stuff or stocking stuffers. I found disposable table covers but no red or green, white and purple, pink or yellow : I always buy more than I actually needed. Also festive bows and door hanger decorations, I saw popes getting disposable ovenware, cards, candies and chips. Quick and courteous cashier service. I noticed they only had two people but the lines were cleared pretty quickly. Of course prices are over a dollar each now but still a good buy for that one day in November Thanksgiving, Christmas in December or New Year's January when entertaining guests means you run out of cutlery and plates quickly! read more

The customer service person at the register was rude. Some young white girl who obviously was never taught basic courtesy skills. Don't come to work if you don't want to be there. This person never acknowledged the customers that came to her register. I said hello and she never responded, but preceded to ring up my goods, and then never said your total is "X." She just stood there. I had to ask. She had the nerve to speak rudely at me when she finally opened her mouth. What a disappointing experience. Dollar Tree needs to consider who they employ and who they have at their registers. They'll loose business with her in their store. read more

This dollar tree is the best I've been to I think! We'll organized. Super stocked. Lots of inventory. Lots of cool toys and educational material. All your kitchen and household needs. Lots of summer toys. Lots of candy and packaged foods (no veggies) but frozen foods as well. Freeze pops. Wasn't crowded on a Wednesday at 11am and staff was nice. I'd definitely recommend. Oh gift bags and cards. And lots of organization baskets. Also cheap dining wear - like those plastic serving bowls for company and even some plastic Tupperware (those big bowls can be pricey). I don't think I've ever spent more at a dollar store (everything is $1.25 here unlike dollar general but they do have $5 frozen foods). They even had fairy wings and a boa for the kids. And masks. My kids will have a fun camping trip after shopping here. read more

I was on my way to my niece's birthday when I realized I had forgotten her birthday cards at home! So I kept an eye out for CVS or Walgreens or the like, but no cigar. I was probably a quarter mile away from their house when I spotted this place, so I pulled in. This might be my first run at a Dollar Tree and I can honestly say it was a good one. The store was clean and organized. Very little clutter anywhere. And yes, I had no trouble finding the greeting card isle. If I wasn't in so much of a rush (I didn't even have time to take pictures!) I would have liked to have explored the store a little more. There's one of these closer to home. I'll most likely check that out first chance! read more

Dolla, dolla bill, y'all Who knew foldable pop up laundry baskets have been marked up so much? I was looking to purchase some foldable pop up laundry baskets as a poor man's way to dry leaves from my moringa tree (which I grow in the backyard) to turn into powder. I recall them being widely available for a buck or under before. Going to Wal-Mart, I noticed they were $6.49! WTH?! For a cheap & flimsy thing that cost pennies to make? My beloved 99 Cent Store only had the cylindrically shaped baskets, which weren't good for the purpose I needed them for. Perhaps Daiso or Dollar Tree would do the trick? Why Dollar Tree over Daiso? Convenience. I was shopping in the same plaza, so Dollar Tree it was. And praise the universe, Dollar Tree came through for me! Enough foldable pop up laundry baskets to fulfill the heart's content. I quickly snatched up three, along with a 2-pack of mesh strainers for when I render grass fed butter into ghee, all for only a buck each. Service was good. This Dollar Tree is cleaner & better organized than the other local ones, which are clusterfricks & that's putting it mildly. Parking is in a private lot, with 30 min parking directly in front of the store. Dollar Tree is located to the left of Crunch Fitness. My heart will always be with 99 Cent Store, but Dollar Tree helped me accomplish my mission. It's always in your best interest to save money, so Dollar Tree shouldn't be poo-poo'd as a destination for your weekly shopping rotation. Recommend! read more

Came here on a whim looking for a particular binder. Went to 4 different ones prior. So my review is about customer service and how the store manages their inventory. I believe they unload once a week and if you ask them for anything that's not readily in stock on the shelf, you won't get it and instead ask to come back on their unload day. Apart from that the customer service is generally helpful and willing to walk to to the isle you need to be to show you where the items you're looking for is. So these two positive I can note. The 1 star deduction is for the lack of someone cleaning up their shelves. They tend to leave things as is without tidying it up often so that can make it disorganized and I can say this because coming here 2 times in the week I realize the mess is still there and untouched. read more

Love this little Dollar tree for quick party favors and gift bags. Quiet and clean inside with helpful staff that are easily found. I have purchased dozens of mylar balloons in here for parties and unlike $0.99 store they don't charge extra for the helium. Toys are not so great but if you need to fill some gift bags for a 3 year olds party, this place is your desperate friend. Office event? Holiday pot luck? Plastic platters and dishes are ready for your here. Disposable if things get crazy at your party or if you are so inclined, take them all home to wash and store. Normally about half of the stuff I bring to a party comes home, especially if what I bring needs to be cut. Also great for BBQs, picnics and trips out they have tons of smaller than normal size stuff that are larger than travel size but not so huge that you feel bad about tossing it if you have to. They also sell garage sale signs and poster boards for all your home sale and project needs. Good stuff !! read more

You get what you pay for. I mainly come here for one-off things I need for a party (plastic utensils, streamers, chachkies). On this visit I was on the hunt for disposable tablecloths for our son's birthday party. I was in luck as they stocked both round and rectangular tablecloths and I needed both. Great place to come for small stocking stuffers around Christmas, or decorations that you don't want to shell out a lot of coin for. They also sell helium filled balloons at a fraction of the price you'd pay at Party City or other party supply stores. Located in the same shopping center as the L.A. Fitness. Fairly easy to get in and out quickly. read more

This store is clean and neater compared to other locations. They carry many products that are in better quality and are neatly organized in the shelves. The items are in the correct isles and are grouped together with the same products. Many of the items are unopened and sealed from their original packaging. It is easier to spot what you are looking for along with knowing the price as the prices on deals and specials are clearly labeled. This place is great for one time use party supplies. I always buy my gift bags, tissue paper for gifts, and themed decorations as most of these items will be thrown away after use and no point in paying big bucks for them. Great savings on helium balloons - I get a bunch of those as sometimes they have deals on certain holidays. They have decorations for every holiday celebration. A great bargain to buy are Christmas cards and little decorations if you have to give a lot of presents for company work parties. Be aware, sometimes their helium machine is broken and they can't sell balloons until they are fully stocked again. Staff is okay, I only make interaction with them when paying. When you are doing a DIY and not sure how to do it, get your basic supplies here and not worry about paying a huge amount compared to actual craft stores who charge double. Also, a great spot for picking up last minute snacks as they have many selections of well known brands of candy and chips. This area is safer at night than other dollar tree stores as it is surrounded by shops that closes later at night. read more

This Dollar Tree carries all the same stuff as any other DT store, but for some reason, this one seems nicer and cleaner (maybe it's newer??). Came in here for 4th of July decorations - - I ended up covering three 8' tables, made centerpieces for each one, had scattered decorations on the tables, even found hanging (light up!) paper lanterns for the tree in my backyard, and bought water guns and lots of bubbles all for $31!!!! Awesome-ness. Lots of parking right up front. Overall: I will be back. This may become my DT of choice!!! read more

A friend introduced me to Dollar Tree last year. This place is way cleaner than any of the 99 cent only stores and carries stuff that is of (slightly) better quality. What do I buy there? Cheap gift bags that aren't ugly, 2 for $1 greeting cards, discounted snacks, and holiday decor. If you see something you like, you better snatch it up cause it is difficult to find the same thing twice. I bought a few vases here for a party. I had to check out each one to be sure there were no cracks or sharp edges, which many of the ones I left behind did have. Despite having a few flaws (bubbles in glass or not all the same exact height), they worked out well. No one noticed once the flowers were in them & because they were only $1, I didn't care if the guest took them. I also bought a few $5 gift cards here to stuff into greeting cards as emergency gifts. The only reason I'm taking away a star, doesn't have anything to do with the store, but with the parking lot. The lot is shared with the L.A. Fitness gym next door and the lot can get crazy. There are always spaces with time limits reserved just for DT shoppers, but sometimes it can be hard to reverse out of those front spaces because the gym goers are driving by so quick to make it to their scheduled workout sessions. As long as you don't walk in thinking this place is comparable to Target or Walmart, you'll do fine at Dollar Tree. Cheap items at cheaper prices. read more

I loved this store except the long line. On June 8 around 4 pm, I stopped by to pick up some items and there're 2 lines opened. I saw a second register open with only one customer, so I moved to that line from the 1st cash register. When a cashier saw me, she told me to get someone else to help because she's closing for her break. So, I went back to the original line I was before. A minute later she called other customer and said her line is open. I looked at this beautiful blonde young white lady cashier and said to myself how racist she is. If I see her again, I will not let her help me. Just be aware of this person when you ho in. read more
