If you're looking for "truck/car" tools you don't mind if they go missing, this is a pretty cheap source. A lot of Chinesium cheap stuff, but there are some quality name brand items mixed in. Don't miss going back into the warehouse area, lots of office/desk type furniture and items. One time they had surplus Civil Defense radiac meters (for Cold War collectors) pretty cheap. Lots of surplus SUV's out front, but most looked pretty used/inop. Might be good if looking for project parts.

Rossi the "manager" moves with no sense urgency every single time I come in there. She does not know how to consolidate her time at all. She is always to slow to get her job done, her junior employees around her are getting customers in and out while she's slowly analyzing merchandise before she scans the item. Three customers left while she held the line up two solve a problem that could've been explained to her coworker easily and she could've went back to her task. But she did not, she obviously stretched it out as to not get back to her job. She cannot complete her task without disrupting the flow of the store. I felt bad for the other employees around her.

Treasure City Thrift recently moved into my neighborhood, so I finally stopped in to see what it…read morewas all about. On my first visit, I noticed they had a nice mix of clothing, shoes, glassware, and home décor, so I came back this weekend hoping to browse the clothing racks. I struck out on clothes this time around--not because they didn't have any, just because nothing in my size was quite my style, condition, or price point. That's thrifting, though. You never know what you're going to find, and sometimes the best score is in a completely different aisle. In my case, I walked out with a pair of vintage shoes in excellent condition for only $5, plus several beautiful glass pieces for next to nothing. I'd call that a successful trip! When I drove by on Sunday, they had boxes and boxes of free items out front with people happily digging through them. It was way too hot for me to join the hunt, but once the Texas weather cools off, I definitely will. This feels like one of those thrift stores that's worth stopping into regularly because the inventory is always changing, and you never know what treasure you'll find next.

I was extremely disappointed because I found this place on social media talking about their "plus size selection" but when me and my friend got there, there was only three racks dedicated to plus size. And that was out of 50+ racks that they had. We went out out of their way to come here because of what they advertised on their social media. This place bills itself as a thrift store, but the prices are more in line with what you'd see in a consignment store. The aisles are very narrow in order to accommodate all the merchandise. They definitely have some collectible items, including some vintage stereo stuff. Inside you'll also find appliances, toys, furniture, tons of clothes, home decor, drum sets and electronics. They do offer sale prices on certain color tags which are likely the items that have been sitting around for a while. About half the space is given over to clothing and accessories, you'll also find three dressing rooms to try them on. This business doesn't just accept donations, they will purchase them as well. This thrift store carries a higher quality number of goods by far than your average Goodwill, but then again they are priced higher. Plenty of photos to peak your interest below.
