I had a very disappointing experience with a manager on duty named Priscilla. I've spent around…read more$500 at this location in just the past few days and came in tonight to purchase four pieces of art. I decided against one but later called back to place it on hold. When I spoke with Priscilla, who claimed to be a manager, she was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She told me she couldn't hold the piece in a sarcastic tone, and when I asked for her district manager's name and she responded by saying, "You can Google it." This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand. I ask that this situation be addressed, and that Priscilla receive additional training on professionalism and client service. A manager should represent the company with respect and class, not sarcasm and disregard. * Update: After going in today and speaking with Mabel and Sara--who had helped me previously--I received the level of customer service that should always be expected. It was phenomenal! They're both amazing, and truly set the standard for how clients, especially repeat clients, should be treated. Priscilla could definitely learn from their example. Short girl, pale, complaining about everything when I asked a question side and said I don't know. I asked for a drink with a splash, listen to me when I say this a "splash," of heavy cream, and she poured, "poured," so much heavy cream it's disgusting. I don't know how you are training these people, but the difference between, and I'm trying not to curse here, but this is the second time these people don't know what the hell they're doing, if you don't know the difference between a splash, and a Poer, I don't know what to tell you a customer is asking you for a very specific thing. I wanted enough to change the color of my coffee as I said. You poured almost an entire shot glass full of heavy cream into my coffee. Last year I bought plenty of items which included several Barber dolls and baby dolls for my nieces and they went bananas. This is a very friendly store. We were shopping for about 15 minutes to be told by the employees that they have been closed for about 20 minutes. The other person decided to check out at that point. I voiced to my husband I'm just going to put my stuff back and not buy anything because I was a little annoyed. At no point did an employee announce hey we're closed but we can go ahead and check you out. They just let us walk out after we put our things back and didn't say a word. Not great customer service. I guess the young employees don't really worry about not making sales.
