They do good work but just have patience. Being 1 of the reliable and good shops around a lot of work comes his way.

This place is awesome! I take all my vehicles here. You do not have to worry about someone trying to over charge you.

I bought a late…read moremodel Honda hybrid from VIPRE, and have had decent luck with it, but the few times I brought it into them, the bill was always near or above $1,000. In one instance, they charged me $1,200 to replace ONE headlight, and they didn't even fix it correctly- I had to bring it back in because the mechanic hadn't replaced the "igniter". The other headlight went out 2 months later, so I took it to a recommended moonlighter mechanic- he fixed the set-up without fuss for $200, and a year later it's still running strong. I really don't think Shamit and crew are intentionally trying to rip customers off, I just think there's a disconnect between the management and the repair side of the business. And, if you get caught up in that "disconnect", it will cost you thousands of dollars. Shamit has never fixed this issue, so beware to the car owner looking to get a repair. Needless to say, my next used car will probably be purchased at VIPRE, but my repairs will be going elsewhere. Three stars: good cars, bad repair service.

I get this impression because of what I see when I'm in the waiting room. Service is scheduled well and there is never a long wait for repairs once you're scheduled. The finance manager Mike J. was very nice and made sure I was able to get financing that I needed, although I didn't have top-notch credit history. That's where the positive interaction ends. I purchased the car on a Sunday as is. Because the car came from the Baltimore location and it was after hours, I didn't even think I should test drive the car because I trusted Eastern's not to sell me a car with issues, however that is not the case. As I drove off the lot and hit one bump, the entire bottom of the car rattled. It felt like serious suspension issues, or something under the car. I did let Yanna P know the very next morning. After some back and forth for almost two weeks I was told my extended warranty was active. I was confused because I felt i didn't do anything to the car so what does the extended warranty have to do with it. Nevertheless, I made an appointment and have to pay $189 for the car to be looked at, and it appears I may have to fit the bill for the work that needs to be done if the issue is not covered. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE AS IS without test driving the car first from Eastern's. I put my trust in a dealership I thought wouldn't sell me a messed up car, but they did. To make matters worse, the transporter who drove the car from the Baltimore location never told Yanna P. about the rattling noise and possible issues before she gave me the keys, or if he did I was never made aware. In the end it appears everyone just wanted a sale with no thought of the consumer experience. Too bad, I was really excited about working with this dealership now that they have a service center, but instead I will try to deter anyone from going there. Definitely would recommend CarMax or Auto Nation since they do a quality check on cars they are reselling.

Waiting for an update? The promised tariff rebate check will be deposited anytime now. I live equal distance between dealers at this rate l will think about where l point my car in the future. DO NOT BUY AN ELECTRIC CAR AT AUTONATION…read more Upon entering you're not greeted. On a Tuesday afternoon the entire place was equivalent to a ghost town. No employees in the service dept on the side facing the street. All the employees are on the other side of the building. This location INTENTIONALLY blocks their charger to prevent customers from using it. Despite buying two Mercedes at autonation. The actions that happened today will definitely make me second guess ever buying another car from them. After finding an employee of the service dept to move the hummer EV blocking the charger. I pulled my car in to charge up. Then went to their customer lounge to sit down. The lounge was very very humid. Despite being around 82 degrees outside today. They do NOT have the AC running nor is there even a decent amount of air circulation due to the lack of open windows or AC. The water fountains near the bathrooms do not work. As well as the water machine near the coffee maker is out of service as well. Since the lounge was very humid. Insects started flying around due to the very humid environment. Overall not a pleasant experience. After an hour of waiting. I discovered the service dept cut the power to the charger intentionally for reasons still unknown so my car wasn't charging the entire time I was there waiting. The employees are nowhere near professional nor social. The ventilation is very poor due to the lack of air proper air circulation. The noise level is almost library quiet due to the lack of other customers and all the employees on one side of the building. It should be known despite receiving energy grants from the federal government most likely to subsidize the ev charger costs. This location constantly blocks their charger with gas vehicles despite grants clearly saying you must provide access to the public. After this experience. I have notified DOE Investigators personally to research all energy grants provided to Autonation across the entire U.S. If you buy a car here. You will experience very poor customer service. Overall. Probably NEVER AGAIN.

We first made an appointment and when we arrived, my husband waited over 2 hours for the attendant to tell him they couldn't see him that day. We drove an hour to Laurel because we had an appointment and we're treated like we didnt matter! My husband drove another hour and made a 2nd reservation at the Laurel location. When we came, we waited another 2 hours. Then when I went back to the desk to check the status of our appointment, they said they may not be able to see us today. They did not keep us updated , nor cared how long we drive to get there, and that we had an appointment. Once we walked to our car to leave, they decided to take the white couple that was awaiting behind us. We knew because when we started our car, we saw the attendant get them ready for a test drive. This was the worst customer service ever and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone. Very inconsiderate and no customer service! We told the Laurel CarMax location that we actually had a check to purchase a car with and didn't need a loan, and they didn't care. My husband and I ended up going to a dealership, making an appointment, and actually being seen at the time we made the appointment. We walked out of there with our car!

They inspected my car for a trade in. When I got home, I discovered they had not actually closed the hood fully!! Thank god I hadn't driven on a highway or at high speeds; it could have flown open! How can you be so completely incompetent that you can not even be bothered to close the hood!?! But, they had a car I was interested in. I got pre approval, an offer for my trade in, and made an appointment. Smooth so far. Everything went to pot -- literally -- when we arrived. We waited almost an hour for a salesperson. Some of this was on me, I got there early for the appointment. Still, telling me they wouldn't be available would have been nice. Even so, they were horribly late for my appointment. My trade in mysteriously dropped in value by over 75%. And, the worst part? We go to test drive the car, and it REEKS of cigarettes and smoke. An hour later, and I'm still coughing. No effort to clean up the smell was made, no indication on the listing, nothing. The salesman tried to tell us the last test drive must have done it: bull. It was that deep, set in, stale smell that comes from constant smoke. And they knew it -- all the windows were down when we got in, the only attempt to cover. What an absolute waste of time. Also, to add insult to injury, their wifi barely works, and the vending machine stole $3 from me.
