Stopped at this place because their prices seem reasonable and well their reviews, went on to test the waters to fix the woofer pop on my truck, she was in a accident and the body shop did a sloppy job when repairing the side of it and sealing the blow thru holes, they quoted $100 to relocate the amp from the back of the truck to under the seat, the "technician" just unscrewed the amp threw it under the seat and used a framing bracket to secure the woofer, while smoking a cigarette, I could have done that and made it cleaner. I bought 2 Mackie mixers from them three weeks ago. The volume slider on one of the mixer would give out a static noise really bad. I took it back to them, and jose test it and verified that it was defective. And all he could do for me is give me a phone number so I can contact the manufacture and for me to mail it out. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... NOT HAPPY WITH THESE GUYS... And the guy upfront jose has missed out on two sells from me. Just because of his answers to my questions... who ever the owner for this store is is loosing sell daily because of this guy...I've been there three time and two of those times he has said stupid remarks as to if I ask how much is that one he tells u the price and follows it with but that is difrent level.. or naw those are expensive. I can't believe that they have him in the front.. or another one is aww naw you. don't need that..lol waow.. what a guy... well they just lost my businesses. Went in today to grab a 1/4' to 1/8' headphone adapter and the employees were kind enough to let me have it for free!! I always support this business whenever I can instead of going to guitar center. They have very steady cables that have lasted me a while now so and they have a wide variety of great PA speakers. Some brand new microphones and mic stands that are very reliable as well. We spoke to the owner, who then passed us to his son Yusef whos the Car Audio specialist. He gave us all of the options, from cheaper to more expensive, but we wanted THUMPS! so he gave us the best option possible. We got a great deal. New Pioneer Head Unit with Apple Carplay with double-din casing, 4 Alpine interior door speakers, Alpine 5 channel Amp, sub box with 12" Alpine BASS Subwoofer. Installed at a pretty good price.
