The outdoor seating was so very comfortable with a unique sort of panache that I would love to have at my neighborhood coffeeshop. The raked gravel was a nice touch. This place is cruel and heartless the fact the owner chucked cold water on a homeless women while she is sleeping behind a truck to protect herself from the cold he had the nerve to go up to her and chuck cold water on her clothes and face while it was 5 degrees celsius outside and she didn't have any more clothes to change into and being wet in that weather could cause someone to die and he had the nerve to SAY IT WAS HER FAULT! she didn't do anything besides sleep after the shop was closed and she was out of anyone's way that man is pure evil and doesn't deserve any business. i saw the video of a person from this establishment pouring water over a homeless person in the winter. i called to ask what they may have done to correct this horrible conduct. they found nothing wrong with their actions, and had no problem admitting it happened. i feel terrible for the homeless person, and feel if the person who did this was not charged, they should be. if this person had water thrown on them by a homeless person, i'm sure they would press charges. as one who works with food, i would imagine everything they make takes like hate! ugly people. read more

So this is, by far, the best donut in Eugene! They may not have a bunch with cereal encrusted on them or some other form of madness but they do have what we all look for in a humble donut shop: fresh, decently priced, and well made donuts. All served to you by a friendly staff that appears to like working there. I think they could step their coffee game up, but that's REALLY looking for something to complain about, as it is adequate. Anyways, forgo the BS places like VooDoo and keep your eyes on what's important, the product. read more
