Still the best donuts around, period. BTW, I had heard years ago that these folks supply a major specialty market in town!! read more

Master Donuts - The BEST! - Donuts Near Me - Springfield, Oregon

Best doughnuts I've found on a consistent basis. I had a latte with my pastries and it was well made. Love this place.

Amazing, large size maple bars! So soft, fresh and not greasy. Prices are great as well! Can't wait to go back and try other donuts.

We stopped into this spot this morning to satisfy a sweet craving and it did not disappoint. They have a great selection of classic donuts. We got a chocolate bar, chocolate old fashioned, apple Fritter and a dozen donut holes. Everything was fresh and tasted great. We really liked that nothing was too sweet, like some donut spots make things. They do sell out of specialty things (like we watched the apple Fritters dissappear while we were there). And they only offer Cruellers on the weekends. The staff was friendly and efficient. They did a great job of managing the folks inside as well as in the drive thru. There is a decent sized parking lot - just use caution getting out onto Mohawk - traffic moves quickly there. There are a few spots to sit inside. They offer coffee and Espresso drinks as well as. They have a deal that if you buy a mocha you get a donut for free! read more

I bought 7 dozen doughnuts to share my appreciation of the team at WVCI. Masters doughnuts had them ready on time and neatly boxed. Those doughnuts were awesome and appreciated read more

Possibly the best donuts in the area! Never overly greasy, the different varieties are always well stocked, and service is friendly. This location also has a drive-thru which I might hit up the next time. Also, I don't know if it's an all the time deal, but when I was last in they had a sign up for a free donut with purchase of a mocha or latte. :) read more

Their maple bars are so good!! Especially when they're warm. We've only been here twice but will definitely be back more often!

Best donuts in town! Always fresh, and friendly and fast. Have never been disappointed.

Was there at 5am and was given 4 old, cold donuts. Almost $6 for two glaze and a small choco. Originally went there for a Bavarian cream, but they did not have one . Also, there's a place for a TIP on the receipt! They made me wear a mask during Covid. They lost my business now. read more

This is the most underrated donut shop in Eugene and Springfield. Look, it's not super fancy, it's not that original, and the coffee is ho hum. But their donuts are so "okay" that it makes them kind of amazing They are standard donuts, but compared to all the other shops they are lighter , fluffier, tastier and just better. Normally I would give a place that is good but amazing four stars, but honestly these good people are so straight across that they totally deserve a five star rating. read more

I have been going here for many years. They know my order when i arrive on Sunday mornings. I've never met a donut i didn't like. Especially the buttermilk donut. Goes great with a small coffee. read more

Really the best classic donut place around. Great, friendly service ( just SO nice - not over the top, just good people smiling and being friendly). Fair pricing. Best maple bars in Lane County. Year after year, my favorite. read more

If you love the yeasty and fluffy types of doughnuts (original glazed), then this is your place! Their doughnuts taste super fresh and are so satisfying. I've been to their other location in Springfield and the doughnuts at this location are fresher and tastier in my opinion. In all of Eugene/Springfield, I would say their original glazed doughnuts are the tastiest to me. Too bad they're a bit far from where I live, but it's probably a good thing! If you ever find yourself in the area and you're craving a donut (or a dozen, no judgement here), do yourself a favor and check out this delicious donut shop. read more

This cold morning a hot latte and donut sounded good. Wrong place to get one. The latte was luke warm. The donut stale and flavorless. So disappointing! read more

I get Master Donuts for the office about once a month and realized I haven't reviewed them! Not only is this a super convenient location, every person that I've interacted with has been so nice and friendly! The donuts are great; I would love to see some more options. Will definitely continue coming here :) read more

These donuts are to DIE FOR. The cake donuts are so light and airy I can't believe I'm eating a cake style donut!! I usually prefer the regular dough but holy smokes this place blows them out of the water. This place is definitely underrated in Springfield. The employees are always super young girls and I love to see the hard work!! The place is clean and smells great!! I just wish the drive through was a bit bigger read more

They have such great donuts. But all the chocolate frosting on all the donuts was watered down. It was very thin on the doughnut and very thin tasting. Only half the taste of regular chocolate. I have only been here a few times so I don't know if that's recent. I don't think I want to return there. read more

This place has fantastic doughnuts and nice staff. Only 1.25 for a giant chocolate bar too. And so delicious and still warm.

This is our favorite donut store, as my nephews Collett. We have been going here for over a decade it's very close to our house but even if it wasn't we would travel as far as we need it to. We love donuts and we tried the donuts all over Eugene in Springfield and this is the place we keep coming back to you. The bear claws are my husband's favorite. I love the chocolate bars and the Boston creams. My nephews love the chocolate bars donut holes and whatever else they can get their hands on. We like to go early every weekend because they can't sell out of our favorite donuts fast they are very popular spot locals love them try them out they are delicious read more

It had been a while since I have been to this location. I forgot they have a drive up. Master Donut is the only place that can make a great maple bar in my opinion. I don't eat them very often, but when I do I will have one from Master Donut. We stopped here on a weekend to get a maple bar. I think it would be even cooler if both locations had the Thai food in them. I would probably stop in this location more. Since I am a Thai food junkie my heart remains at the other location. read more

The donuts here are always delicious! The chocolate raised are my favorite. Stopping by here is a must every time I'm in town. The service here is always amazing and welcoming every time I've stopped by. They also take covid precautions seriously. Make sure to stop by early since they do sell out due to popularity!! read more

So good. Best maple bars in town, always fresh and delicious! Don't forget to add on some donut holes too

Yay!!! They got rid of the 3 very angry employees and have hired such great replacements! I love their donuts always but am happy to be returning as a customer since they are back on point with great customer service! I sm so pleased! read more

So good Apple fritters are wonderful also. We need to go again soon, last time we tried to go they were closed. I am guessing it was possibly a problem with someone not showing up read more

Their customer service is not very good multiple times they have messed up our orders and refuse to make corrections in it arguing with us saying that we didn't order something or we didn't pay for something will most likely never come here again do not recommend this place read more

Although the donuts are 5 star, the service is one star. Been getting donuts at Master Donuts for workplace for about 20 years. Donuts consistently awesome but service is horrible. Thinking the rudeness of employees is passed down from owners attitudes since this has been a consistent problem. You would think the owners would correct this issue. Guess what servers? You would get more in tips if you were nice. read more

The donuts are amazing and definitely BEST IN TOWN!!! And they have recently got new staff members and they always are giving their service with a great smile! I am looking forward to going back soon! read more

Just got our normal order of twists, apple fritters and Bavarian cream. When we opened the box at home, we noticed right away that the glaze was different. It's a lot shinier than it used to be. It doesn't flake like it used to and now it sticks in your teeth, and it doesn't taste good at all. I'm not sure why they changed the glaze, but we'll be looking for a new donut place now because we threw almost all those donuts out. I'd give master donuts a five star review in the past but not if this is the new normal. read more

I don't know what y'all are talking about "poor customer service" the ladies there were very nice and welcoming! I bought the cinnamon crumb cake donut and the donut holes with a chocolate milk, literally amazing combo. Will be coming here again for sure! read more

Maple bars here are REALLY good! Donuts are fairly priced, but seem to have lack luster employees read more

This donut shops has some really good tasting donuts and the staff are very friendly. Donuts are large size and if you there fri-Sunday they make French crullers those days only and the are great. No disappoints here be sure to check them out. read more

Sad to say, the reviews are right....been coming here forever and after the last drive thru experience, decided to order inside from then on. It was no better. Everyone used to get their donuts here, I just don't understand the attitude and won't have my children subjected to it again. I'll be happy to spend money with people happy to see me and tip them! read more

Love their donuts, lots of the classics done very well. Good low prices and usually pretty hoppin in the morning. I've never had their coffee but they offer deals sometimes for their menu. Donuts weren't heavy (as long as you eat only one) and they bake them fresh right the read more

I went in to get donuts and the girl was very rude. Didn't smile and was very intense. She doesn't seem to give a shit about her job or helping customers the way they should be helped. I know this is a hard time for everyone, but I expected to be treated better than that. I will not be back. I hope her boss gets this and understands how unprofessional she is and rude to her customers. read more

Absolutely the best donuts I've ever had plus they have the ever elusive Cruller donut but best get there early as they go fast. The staff is so friendly. Fantastic!!!! read more

I haven't been in years, but I stand by my rating. My sister lived near Master Donut for years and I'm still angry that she lives three hours away. I don't want other Oregon doughnuts--I want Master Donut's tasty, fresh, made-with-love treats. read more

My family and I have been customers of Master Donuts on Mohawk since it first opened. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?!?! The staff is rude (complaining to each other about a drive through customer in front of other customers), the place smelled like something was burning, and the donuts are abysmal. They sold me burnt donuts and when I got home I realized they shorted me one in the dozen. Absolutely ridiculous! Seriously, I wouldn't advise this normally, but if you are considering purchasing donuts here stop, go to a gas station that has donuts in a case that have been sitting for 12 hours and buy them there. You'll deal with friendlier people, have donuts that aren't burnt and you'll actually get everything you paid for. read more

This doughnut shop is simply my favorite. The doughnuts are super fresh and delicious. Quick service makes this shop super convenient to stop at before work. My coworkers love the doughnuts too!! read more

The best donut place in the PNW!! I'm originally from Eugene/ Springfield area and everytime I visit I have to stop by and say hi and grab a crueler! Staff is great and always friendly! Great family owned establishment read more

Don't waste your time trust me!! This place used to be the gem of Springfield now it's anything to save a dollar and cheat donut lovers!! The chocolate bars use to be rich and chocolatey now there's barely enough chocolate on there to even call it a chocolate bar plus the drive-through is rude and they always try to rip you off they've ripped me off to many times!! If you need the dollar so bad just raise your prices again!! Don't give people back the wrong change and hope they don't notice and then when they do you roll your eyes I'm done with once use to be my favorite place I will never go there again!!! read more
