So popular that theres not much ability to clean the tables. Id recommend having some spray/towel out so customers can wipe it themselves. We got the chicken plate with hot lemon dressing and the hot chicken wrap. The half chicken plate came with 2 sides and a pita bread. One thigh, one breast and was tender. The sweet potato was roasted well and soft. The sauce is quite sour and more liquid, they do provide smooth garlic butter on the side. There was so much sauce, that was what I mostly tasted. The potatoes were soft. The pita bread however, was kind of lackluster and flat (cold). I think having the softer kind in triangles would help with soaking up the sauce, the kind they served feels more appropriate for a wrap. Definitely opt for a takeout box if you mean to take it back as the sauce can definitely get messy. The hot bird chicken wrap is a better way to get the mix of flavors and pairs really well with the sauce. The wrap outside is crunchy and inside is flavorful. Not as sauced as the plate. The chicken was overcooked and ended up a bit dry, which was disappointing since that's the main part of the dish. I also wish they were more generous with the garlic sauce because the plate really needed that extra flavor. Portions felt a little small for the price too. Overall it was an okay experience. This place is busy, but the workers have awful customer service. I walked in around dinner time and there was a line out the door. That's fine, we waited in line and as we finally got into the restaurant doors, the workers asked us to move the line to the left side of the register. We obliged. As I'm waiting in line with three parties ahead using the self-service tablet, the cashier returns and starts taking orders for people who walked in way after us. Why would you move the line to the side and let new people who just walked in cut the queue? It made no sense to me and actually pissed me off because if I had just stood in the center and ignored his instructions, I would have gotten my food out faster. They need to hire more workers to regulate the foot traffic and take orders to accommodate how busy it is. The food took a while to come out and I ended up browsing the mall for a while returning to pick up my order and it still wasn't ready for a few more minutes. The food was decent, but not worth the long line, long wait, and negligence of the workers letting other people cut the line. I'll stick to Chicken Maison. Reminiscent of a lemon chicken but with other perfect spices that penetrate deep into the meat. Seating is a bit crowded so we sat at the large communal table outside. It was a beautiful day, they provided shade, and there were NO flies! The chicken does not arrive hot. I understand that to keep all that rotisserie output hot would mean it would keep cooking until overcooked. It is warm enough though. The drinks were very good, the lemonade is tart and slushy.
