I had some strange issue with a GCFI outlet that would trip even after replacing it, and Alex had immediate availability with a very reasonable rate to troubleshoot and repair the issue. When we inspected the outlet, we couldn't really replicate the issue - he even tried his high powered devices and couldn't get it to trip. This lead to a potential conclusion that maybe the tankless water heater hookup might be the problem. Overall, he said the way I did the replacement was fine and said he wasn't going to charge since there was no work to do; instead, I did have an unrelated job where I wanted a new circuit installed to support a high-powered AI PC - we talked about where / how the circuit would be installed and the rate to do the work felt reasonable to me, so here's hoping Alex can help install a new circuit instead. read more
