This was connected to an existing co-ax connected to a powered, Archer 4-way splitter. Resetting one television for available digital channels revealed 150 channels via the 46 miles to Sutro Tower from south San Jose, of which 75% were later hidden. THIS IS A FIRST!! I have NEVER rated a biz the same day of service, but John's work really warranted it! Reached out to John (owner of TV-Installer.com) yesterday. I also reached out to several other highly rated TV installers, but everyone was super busy due to the holidays and said they could not squeeze us in until after Jan 1. John (also busy!) managed to get us in, so we went with him. The very next morning, he arrived at our door with his able assistant, Rocket the Dog, tethered to the van ready to get to work: John, not Rocket ;) BONUS: My daughter and I got to visit a lot with Rocket on our lawn during the installation and fed some banana and p'butter which obviously was enjoyed (see pix). Such a wonderful dog!! John spent the first solid 5 mins explaining to us his process of installation to educate us. Once he saw we had a flat screen TV, he recommended his next level service of installing the TV so that it laid flat against our family room wall. What a concept! At our last house, the TV sat a few inches off the wall, but we just thought that's how all TV's are mounted. John told us, "you paid a lot of $$ for that flat feature and you should be able to enjoy it as such." John did all of his crazy measurements to ensure the TV was centered and positioned at eye level for comfort (which required that he take into account that we have a remodel planned and the floor will be raised about 6"). Then just a short time later, our flat screen was up and ready to go! John then spent time showing us how to connect our speakers, etc. (see pic) Our speakers were not avail yet as we had just moved into our new home a few weeks ago. John is very skilled, friendly and quick! You will not find a better TV installer in the Bay Area, for sure! Second time using John to mount a couple TVs. They turned out great again, he's a true professional.

We found John on Yelp and was also referred to him by our shutter installer. We needed 4 TV's to be mounted on walls including one on our slate overmantel. John said the slate was a difficult drill and it was loud, but it turned out perfect. He was able to route his own HDMI & ethernet cabling through the existing brushed wall plates on 3 of them, but had to install a brushed wall plate on one. He easily installed the 3 TV's on the sheet rock walls. He used 2 of his slimmer mounting brackets on 2 installs and 2 tilting brackets on the others. We mounted 2 Apple TV's behind 2 TV's and one italkBB on the side of a 3rd (for better remote interaction). We will get some furniture soon to hide the wall plates. John was excellent, he was able to come out in 3 days and install my new TV. We had an old bracket and 55 inch tv set up that needed a new heavy duty bracket to hold a Hisense 65inch tv. I considered doing it myself, but I am so glad I did not attempt it. The Hisense had a tricky bracket and our existing set up had some challenges.
