The person said to make it easier he would need to drill some holes to help hide the wires. He asked if we had paint and said he could patch it. Next thing you know we have a 5"x5" hole in our fireplace along with holes in another wall. The patch was left unfinished. He said he had a paint brush initially and then later said he didn't. Pretty sure he was using a paper towel. Then told me I should paint it in an hour. Called their office and Nikki told me their team doesn't do paint or patching...ok. Why say you can? She couldn't tell me when someone would be back out and never called me back. So we have a mounted tv but now we need a professional painter to come fix the botched patch. Not to mention I spent 30 mins cleaning up after they left.

The pathway they created for all the wiring took them a great deal of effort, but it's almost invisible, both inside and outside the house. Their team worked tirelessly to make sure everything was installed well while maintaining the esthetic of our house. Asking for small adjustments, like lowering the TV after the first installment or removing older cameras, was never an issue. FSTG-DREAM-PRO 10G Cloud Gateway with 100+ UniFi device / 1,000+ client support and 3.5 Gbps IPS routing. was quoted as $999.99 when it retails for $379 FSTG 10Gbps SFP+ Direct Attach Cable (1meter) was quoted at $29.99 when it retails for $15 OvrC Pro Lifetime License + Hub, non-locking barrel connector power connection type was quoted as $999.99 when it retails for to $199 *note this is only available to authorized AV dealers but a 5x mark up is insane I asked why and was told it was small business markup and was told quote "It includes sourcing, shipping, platform fees, payment processing fees and more that our clients may not originally consider. The raised price also covers our regular remote network maintenance, ensuring your network continuously runs at peak performance following the conclusion of the project. A large portion of business model is our post-install support and efforts to create peace of mind for our clientele regarding our systems." However on that quote was also a $70/mo service plan that was supposed to cover the aforementioned post-install support. I asked about the double charge for support and asked if I could bring my own equipment and they ignored my email So this company is SUPER SHADY and please review your quotes and google any equipment that they tell you that you need because 1. you probably don't need it (we ended up fixing the internet ourselves) and 2. they are probably overcharging you. Just run the quote through Claude or ChatGPT and ask if there's anything concerning in it. It will do all the research for you.

There isn't anything he can't do around the house. Call him for anything related to handyman work and he'll get it done for you. Again, his prices are very reasonable! ==================================================================== I called a few companies in the Fremont/ Newark area and most were quoting me in the high $300s to just hide my wires. I went with Andy because his price was the most reasonable. Andy is amazing and I highly recommend him to mount your TV and hide the wires. He is prompt, professional and such a nice guy. He spent a few hours working on the TV and as I observed him I noticed how clean he maintained the working space. He laid all of his tools on his own towel and had a vacuum to clean as he worked. At one point, I asked him if he knows much about garbage disposals b/c mine was making a funny noise for a few days, he quickly brought over his flashlight and looked down the drain. It turned out there was a toothpick in the drain which was making all the loud noises. lol. Also, he noticed my front door dead bolt wasn't turning all the way closed, so he fixed that as well. Andy is a pleasant guy to have in your home and I would hire him again in a heartbeat! He's been doing this for over 8 years and it shows in his quality of work. One tip, if you need long hdmi cables and don't have them at time he arrives, he'll provide them for you, but he will charge you. The prices were very reasonable. I think it was the price he actually bought them for, just make sure to ask him about it when he quotes you.
