Found ProTV Mounting through Yelp. I opted to go with ProTV since the owner James was quick with responses and provided input based on what I was looking for. I was debating whether or not to mount both TVs (one in the master, and one in the living room, but opted to just do the living room in the end). I had a 77" LG OLED TV that James and AJ helped install. They showed up on time and brought all the necessary tools for mounting and clean up. The entire process took a few hours as I wanted the wires to be hidden in the wall. At the minimum, two 10ft HDMI cables should be on hand before the install to save time (to connect the sound bar and other HDMI devices). The only hiccup we had was after the TV was fully mounted, I noticed damage on the border of the TV right down the middle. When I noticed it, I brought it up and James mentioned he thought it was a defect from manufacturing. I don't mind it, but I would have liked for the slight damage to be pointed out by the team as a final check before letting me know the job was done. Ultimately, I was contemplating returning the TV to Costco and replacing the TV, but I thought it was too much work + time to do that and getting the TV remounted. Since there was no damage to the actual screen (just the border), I sharpied the portion in, and it seems to be holding up. Even with the hiccup that I noticed after mounting, I thought James did a good job on the install and mount. I would be curious to see if there was a way to check the quality of the TV before mount, but makes sense that you can only check it in full since the TV is screen down during the unbox process. The biggest waste of time and money. I usually am not one to leave reviews however, this was one of the most unprofessional service experiences I've ever had. Communication was sloppy, the appointment felt rushed, and the work itself was careless and poorly executed. Not to mention the handyman was giving attitude and had poor manners. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsatisfied with his service. There was zero attention to detail and no real concern for customer satisfaction. I was left dealing with issues that should never happen when hiring a "professional." If I could leave 0 stars I would. We've been really taking our time with putting up a new tv we had purchased during Black Friday sales. We already had an old 55" that we've placed on a stand and it was a good temporary solution but we've been wanting a larger tv for our space and decided on a 75" Samsung Frame. If you know this TV it's pretty awesome. Okay...this isn't an ad for them, so let me continue. We thought we would do the mounting on our own, but after some thought we decided to go with professionals. In short, we were so glad we went with ProTV Mounting Solutions. James was a pleasure to work with. Him and Abraham (sp?) were prompt, well equipped, professional, and informative. They definitely made our living room space perfect for our new tv. We would highly recommend him for any mounting work you'll need in your homes. T H E L O N G S T O R Y My bf was busy in trying to make a list of companies to reach out to. I used trusty Yelp to find tv mounting companies in our area and found the highly rated folks as a short list for him to get started. He reached out to the list of folks and added his own to receive quotes and ask them questions about the process. So keep in mind, many of what I'm about to say here is from his point of view and mashed with some of what I saw in the minimal amount of contact I had with them. During his conversation with James, my bf found that was informative, well spoken and straight forward. He sounded knowledgeable specifically with the Samsung Frame and its special one connect cabling. He also had good insights for options on how to conceal the wires inside our walls. In the end, we went with ProTV Mounting. Scheduling an appointment was really straight forward. We called James, he provided the next available day they had and after a short back and forth, we were able to acquire a Saturday morning install which worked well! The day of the appointment, he texted us an hour before our scheduled time asking if it would be okay if they came a bit early as they were done with another appointment early. Of course we were okay with that as we were already awake and rearing to go! They came with shoe covers which is great and of course masked up because you know....COVID. They also came with a work blanket, but unfortunately our new tv was a bit larger than that so we had to improvise with an old fleece blanket we rarely us and it was perfect. It took about 1.5 hours, which included measurements, drilling/cutting the wall for the wires, placing the mount and of course mounting the tv, leveling it, and hooking everything up to make sure it was working. Price was roughly average. It wasn't the cheapest and it wasn't the most expensive of the quotes we received. They accept at least check or Venmo and we provided a check after the work was completed. In my minimal interaction with James, he showed great passion for what he does. He beamed with pride when he told us a story of one of their customers who finally was able to stop watching their tv from their floor as he was able to mount it from the ceiling. No other company wanted to help her out as there were no studs on the walls on top of her fireplace. What a creative solution and makes me want to know how it looked like in the end! He also mentioned he does sell TV and components like sound bars etc. as well so we could consider getting a sound system with him in the future. We're quite happy with the end result and would not hesitate again in the future if we needed other mounting work to reach out to James and his team. read more

Just like the previous reviewer, I had an older TV that I had sitting on a stand, finally decided to join the 21st century and have the dang thing mounted. I reached out to ProTV after doing a little bit of due diligence after buying my TV mount and reached out via email. I don't believe the gent I was conversing with introduced himself but he was extremely responsive, so I decided to roll with it. In the end, scheduling was a breeze and everything we needed was established without hassle. We had a 9am appointment and was pleasantly surprised that my man, Abram even showed up about 10 min early, PPE and all. Abram was professional, explained our mount and our options and got straight to work. 25 min or so later, he was done and my wife can once again resume her crippling Animal Crossing addiction.
