I recently booked AMZ TV Mounting to hang a large painting in my stairway, and the whole experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. Before the appointment, I went out of my way to make things clear and easy: I sent multiple photos of the painting itself and multiple photos of the exact location where it was going to be installed. I specifically told them several times that this was going in a stairway, so they would know what kind of setup and equipment might be required. Based on that, I expected a smooth, prepared visit. Instead, the technician arrived under the impression that he was there to mount a TV. That was the first red flag. After some back and forth on-site, he then told me he couldn't complete the job because he "wasn't prepared" to install the painting in a stairway. This was exactly the scenario I had described in advance and documented with photos, so there was really no excuse for the lack of preparation. The end result was a completely wasted appointment and wasted time on my end. I rearranged my schedule, sent all the requested information ahead of time, and still ended up with nothing done because AMZ TV Mounting didn't read or act on the details I provided. Got 83'' TV mounted for $150. I already had mounted a 55'' tv on wall mount They said it would cost $99 for just taking out the old TV and installing new one. That was fine. But the new tv was huge the wall mount had to be moved. For that i was charged $50. Which i think is ridiculous. I was not happy with the extra charge. read more

I got outdoor plug installed from Farhad. He was very quick in responding and gave a ballpark estimate for time and gave me a few options on how I would go about getting it done. We went over few different options and he gave me pros and cons for each and helped me choose the right option. He had to run a very lengthy wire from an existing outlet out to where the gazebo is and he did a really great job running the pipe from the location. Super clean job. Mediocre quality service. The tech did not seem knowledgeable enough to understand that TV mounts are rated per TV weight and size. He came with the wrong size mounts and was insisting on using them. I also had a mount already purchased and wanted to try that as well and he ripped the box open in such a way that made it problematic for me return it. In the end, luckily, we were able to put TV on a stand (which was my plan to begin with) and didn't need a mount. He didn't connect all the needed wiring and the company wanted to charge another whole visit, just to take the TV out and connect it. In the end, I managed to it myself. read more
