Communication was top notch. Within minutes of messaging this company, the owner (Dale) got back to me with a quote and we had an appointment confirmed within the hour. The crew (Fletcher and Gabe) showed right on time. I appreciated that they gave me an hour window (not some 4 hour window) for their arrival. The crew was thoughtful and professional when hanging my large art piece and putting up some access lights too. read more

Dale and his team are fantastic. We had a HUGE mirror that needed three people to hang. After initially installing, the weight of the mirror caused it to settle out of level. Dale sent a crew right back to adjust it; now it is perfect. Work was high quality and everyone was very nice. Five stars!!! read more

Dale and his team are fantastic and professional. I have used them for multiple installs over the years, He even sent one of his more experienced installers for complicated installs. Dale responds right away to queries and address concerns in a timely manner read more

I highly recommend Accurate Art Installation for your next hanging project. They not only hung our large painting beautifully and safely (four point install), but were also able to install a medicine cabinet mirror. They charge by the hour, but were very efficient with their time and thoughtful with how they worked. read more

Thank you so much Dale and your fabulous staff who did an amazing job putting my mirror on the wall after it just about fell down from a previous installation. I can't say enough good things about all of you who helped me. It's very important to hire the right company to install a very heavy mirror or piece of art. All I can say you are truly the very best! I will recommend you for any difficult art or mirror job. Thank you so much again for giving me peace of mind on my installation! read more

Great service ! Dale got back to me within an hour to schedule the time and day of the appointment. All of them very polite and professional . Very reasonable price and time,Thank you. Tip- if you have an oversized piece like we did- use extra cushions and coverage to avoid scratches on the walls, staircase or furniture-Gonzalo will gladly accommodate . Happy to find this company- will now call them for the next project. read more

We've called Dale many times in the past for assistance in hanging heavy over-sized pieces and he does not disappoint. They are a pleasure to work with, from appointment scheduling thru installation. They take the extra step of checking alignment and adding hardware to withstand tremors! Today he sent Rudy and Raymond to hang over 20 pieces. Five of them were heavy and a challenge since they were required above stairs. Dale came out to help them with a smile. They were very professional as they contemplated how to get the heavy pieces up so high above stairs. They summoned their inner "Spiderman" and managed to get the job done. Whether you have a big job or small job, call them if you want the job done right! read more

We are very pleased with everything--from the appointment set-up to the actual artwork installation. Dale, the owner is forthright and communicative. He followed up and through with all my inquiries. And he coordinates fast! I contacted him on Thursday looking to set up an appointment for today. He said to call him by three on Friday to confirm availability. He messaged me Friday morning confirming that the 3pm-4pm appointment window was open so we book right away. Then Saturday, came, right about 3.45pm, Raymond and Isaac showed up. The nicest, most courteous we've met. They were very organized, gave honest opinions when asked, and worked fast! They also explained everything they were doing and did a walkthrough with us when the work was completed. They put clay stabilizers to secure the artwork pieces to secure in place and prevent them from shaking or falling in the event of an earthquake. Very professional. We could tell that they were very knowledgeable with artwork installs. They originally came to install three sizable pieces in our dining area, but they wound up installing a total of 11--a large and very heavy mirror and a plastic round clock included!! Thank you for the stellar work! We are very happy clients. We look forward to the next opportunity we can work with Dale and his team! read more

Really amazing work! Easy, flexible schedule! They were able to get our new artwork up perfectly in minimal time! Reasonable rates, well worth it to have a professional hang your beautiful pieces! Big thanks to the team!! read more

These guys are the very very best! They are professional, on time and the work they did in my home is absolutely perfect. I had 50+ photos and no idea how to even begin to hang them so I relied on yelp. Dale replied to my email within an hour of my sending it and was able to do my install the following week. Two installers showed up at 830am (as promised) and I literally had 50 framed photos laying all over my hallway floor. I simply told them the 2 photos to start with and within 2.5 hours the guys had not only designed the wall but had every photo perfectly hung. About 1.5 hours in a 3rd installer showed up and helped finish up the hanging. All the installers were incredibly nice. Cannot say enough kind words. This was a pretty special day for me because I had been collecting and framing family photos for over 18 months. I'm glad I trusted these guys with my precious memories. read more

Called in on Saturday afternoon to see if they could help hang up a super heavy mirror that I had purchased and was delivered on Sat morning. I had two guys arrive in less than an hour after emailing them with the details, who were really quick, polite and professional. They also helped hang two other paintings, and overall I'm very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended. read more

Professional, friendly and fast to book and easy to pay online. Great pricing for expert white glove service. I had an idea of where I wanted a large painting to hang and I am so grateful Christian and Roger talked me into another placement. Fast, professional work, don't waste time doing it yourself! I emailed the shop at 8am, by 3:30pm the same day, my large artwork was on the wall. Why did I try and hang a large, unwieldy piece on my own - well, that's something I won't try again. Don't hesitate, use these guys. You'll be happy you did, and so will your walls! read more

Fantastic work! Very pleasantly surprised. Historically, I've always hung my own art which typically takes days for me to do. I have 60+ frames (from glass, to wood, to canvas, and other special pieces) and measuring and aligning took a very long time to do myself, particularly for gallery walls where having pieces visually aligned and evenly distributed is very important. I've always done this myself, frankly because I didn't want to pay someone to do something that I was able to do - especially since I believe that I'm pickier than most and I didn't trust that others would care as much to make things "perfect" as I would. However, I decided to splurge this year given my lack of time and sought professional help. I was so very impressed that I will never go back to hanging art myself again! Dale (the owner) was extremely helpful when I cold called him, and more importantly very responsive to my many questions over emails and texts. He took good care of me as a first time customer - no hidden fees; affordable, reasonable and straight forward pricing. Dale even personally came over to make MICROSCOPIC adjustments for me days after the initial job was done. Christian and Raymond were the experts who originally hung up my art. They knew that I was price sensitive and they worked very quickly (but still professionally and accurately) to get it all done within 4 hours. Very professional and friendly guys offering great service. I'm particularly picky and luckily for me, so were the guys! No sloppy work, very meticulous. I have 3 gallery walls / clusters and every frame was perfectly aligned and distributed. Loved their work. Highly recommended - especially to interior designers, stagers, and others who may need this type of professional service. Quick tip - to save a little money on gallery walls - you should lay out the design on the floor prior to the team coming in. Saves a lot of time (= money!!) at the time of the installation. read more

For several years, now, I have been putting off having several large mirrors hung for feng shui enhancements in my home. I finally decided to get serious about finishing up the loose ends and getting the mirrors placed. I had been working with Dale's pop reggae band, Dub FX for a while and found out that Dale also owns Accurate Art Installation. Since Dale Mungary, owner of Accurate Art has always been very professional, dedicated, and reliable in his business dealings with Dub FX www.myspace.com/dubfx over the past 15 years, I was really surprised and taken aback by the nasty review I saw someone had placed on Yelp about Accurate Art Installation, as it contradicts every interaction that I have ever had with Dale. Wondering about this huge discrepancy of service perception, I asked Dale if he would gather some testimonials from Accurate Art Installation clients so that I could accurately review the service level and make a valid decision based on multiple reviews. After reviewing the following testimonials provided by several of Dale's clients and since seeing several examples of the finished work that Accurate Art installs, I feel more than 100% confident in employing Dale and his team to hang the pending items in my home. "I have done business with Accurate Art for 5 years and I am always thrilled with the results. As an Interior Designer working on high-end residential projects, it is imperative that my clients receive only the best quality and service for their installation needs. The Accurate Art staff is knowledgeable in many areas of art and window treatment installation, and always conduct themselves in a highly professional manner. I hire only the best in the industry, and that's Accurate Art." Linda O'Brien, IIDA Owner/Principal Designer O'Brien Designs "Our company has used Accurate Art Installations for many years, during which they have completed dozens of high profile restaurant and hotel projects. We have nothing but high regard for the professionalism and expediency they have shown to both our staff and our clients. We highly recommend their services and would not think of going elsewhere for our installation work." Barbara Best-Santos Principal, Best-Santos Studio "I have worked with Dale for many years now and depend on him and his team entirely to get my artwork installed in our senior communities. They do great work, and in a timely manner. What I really like is that Dale and Paul have an artistic eye and can work without my input, if needed. I couldn't get an install done without them!" Donna Younger Interior Design Hi Dale, "I have worked with Accurate Art for several years now, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is always reliable, accommodating, and consistent in the quality of their work. I highly recommend Accurate Art for installation projects large or small." Jennifer Strongin, Art Consultant "Working with Accurate Art Installations over the years has been a great experience. They are reliable, professional, talented, and it's always a pleasure to work them. Their work is beyond reproach and my clients are consistently thrilled by the results. I highly recommend this company." Robin A. White, ASID, CID Robin White Interiors www.robinwhiteinteriors.com "Dale and the guys at Accurate Art are just as they are named, "accurate"! They handle and install artworks with care, precision and accuracy. They are pleasant, agreeable and always willing to help. I can count on Accurate Art to get a job done with the professional skill needed for my business." Carol A. Dabb, Art Consultant "My interior design company has employed Accurate Art on many occasions through the years. I have always found them to be responsible, quick, on time, and very knowledgeable. I've even had them hang a large custom metal sculpture that needed a commercial lift to be raised into place. I only need to show them where the art is to be located and they will position it correctly. I would give them the highest recommendation." Jacqui Adams of J. Adams Interiors, Los Gatos "To all in need of perfect art installation: I would recommend Accurate Art Installations as a highly competent company for art installation. I have been working with Dale and his team for over four years with stellar performance. They are sensitive to the needs of an artist and her art as well as sophisticated to the nature of the client and their professional surroundings. Please contact me directly with any other questions you may have in regards to this impressive company." Sincerely Teresa Camozzi The Camozzi Art Studio read more

I had a massive mirror from Z Gallerie that I needed to hang so I decided to contact Accurate Art after reading all their positive reviews. Dale did not disappoint! He was quick to reply & schedule an appointment with me, showed up on time with an assistant, and they got the 130+ pound mirror up from my garage and onto my living room wall within a half hour! Now that I know who to call...I no longer have to shy away from big pieces of wall decor/art! read more

I cannot recommend Dale (and Carl) enough. He was responsive to my inquiry, called to let me know when he was on his way, arrived exactly on time and completed the job and stayed true to his estimate. I appreciated his advice on some items that we were unsure of, took his time and never rushed us in making a decision. My expectations were exceeded and I will use him again. I would never hang my own art, pictures, or mirrors again. They are also both very personable people with great attitudes. read more

Fantastic service. I called up this afternoon and Christian showed up at my apartment an hour later to hang up my artwork. He did an excellent job, so at the end I asked if he could also mount our bedroom nightstand to the wall (since our toddler keeps pulling out the drawers and practically tipping the thing over). He was able to do this quickly and effectively as well, and the total price was very reasonable. Thanks, guys! read more

I highly recommend Dale and Accurate Art! Dale arrived precisely on time and created an amazing collage wall of family photos for our family room. Dale and his brother are amazing. I highly recommend them for not only doing a spectacular job but also their degree of professionalism. I was referred to them by a designer to hang art in our new home. Dale has been out 2 times in the past few months and both times they were on time or a few minutes early, and hung my art with amazing precision and speed. The last job was a bit more tedious requiring a TALL ladder to hang 2 large pieces. They were in and out in no time, leaving my art beautifully hung AND clean. Dale made sure there were NO fingerprints or smudges left on the pieces (which is great since they are about 10 to 12 feet off the ground and not easily reachable. I want to keep buying more just to work with them again! :-) read more

I'm an interior designer and Accurate Art has been my "go-to" for over 6 years of installations. Wow! These guys were GREAT! Cannot say enough about Dale and his coworker Gonzalo. He arrived at 10:30 on the dot and had great suggestions of the placement on some pieces I wasn't sure where I wanted them to be hung. They were even kind enough to take the empty crates and cardboard that we had our oil paintings shipped in. Obviously I was very impressed with their service already, but when they offered to frame two of my prints with door to door service I was simply blown away! If you need artwork hung, look no further! Accurate Art is the way to go. read more

I found Accurate Art Installation totally by accident. I purchased a very heavy picture that is 46x56 and had no idea how I was going to hang it by myself. I dd a search on google and they showed up on a "YELP" review. Once I read the reviews I gave Dale a call. I'm so happy I did, it was great. I called on Saturday morning and talked to Dale, he was able to get Chris and Patrick out that afternoon. Not only did they show up on time, they were early and even called me to let me know that they were on their way. Once they got to my house they were professional, helpful and very friendly. They helped me decide where to put the picture and even took away the large packing box. I will use they guys again and again and again. So happy I found them. read more

I purchased several pieces of art for my new home and had no idea how I was going to hang them. I called a friend of mine, who is an interior designer, and she recommended Dale Mungaray and Accurate Art Installation. From the moment he picked up the telephone, Dale was nothing but professional and friendly. He set up an appointment with me over the phone and when he came to my home, he took the time to lay out the work and help me decide where it would look best. He explained to me what he would be doing and took great care with my new pieces of art. I was more than satisfied with the services he provided and will recommend him to everyone. I gave Accurate Art Installation a perfect rating in 2009, & want to again give an exceptional rating to Christian & Chris in May, 2016. They worked so quickly & had great ideas on how to hand 2 paintings which was somewhat difficult to determine the right answer. they looked at other paintings I had hung myself & made some great changes and reinforcements. They are also very reasonable & do not overcharge their customers. I recommend them highly! read more

Dale's team just completed the job of installing 15+ pictures on the wall. The 2 person team of easy to work with, professional, offered guidance and listened to my wife's requirements. I have used Accurate Art on several occasions in my Bay Area home. Dale and his team are superb. They've installed everything from large oil paintings to hanging wall panels (more than 150 lbs). Doug and his guys are great I called to schedule for him to hang a very big and heavy mirror I was lucky enough for his to come the same day

Accurate Art was brought into my home by my interior designer, who uses them for many of her jobs. We've had them hanging mostly window coverings. I have a brand new house with really nice casings around the windows and was worried about making lots of holes in my usual attempt to DIY, and need to reposition things. Dale and Carl have come to the house several times to get all the window coverings in, as they've been selected and made slowly. They've been courteous, professional, and kind. The first time they came, I had a broken leg and Carl offered to hang a few things in my kids' rooms for me - great offer, because I never would have gotten to it, and he hardly charged me anything for it. Very sweet, nice guys who manage the "honey do list" way better than I could, with skills way above simple hanging. So, my window coverings look great, my kids art looks great, and when I get to the point of trying to hang a wall of small pictures that all need to be level and parallel, I'll be calling Dale. I'm handy and can do lots, but they are clean, precise, and it's just easy. The price is reasonable and the conversation is always good too. I recommend them! read more

Today is the second time I've used Dale from Accurate Art Installation to hang pictures in my home. Every time he comes out, I learn something new about the proper way to hang art and I am so thankful that I called him rather than try to hang the art on my own. Today, he not only put up some framed art and photos for me, but I also had him put up bulletin boards in my daughters' rooms. One of these bulletin boards was actually four tiles (Pottery Barn Teen) that had to be hung flush with each other. When I looked at the "easy" instructions, I said, "no way!" and called Dale. He did a great job! Dale is always on time, courteous, friendly, and he knows what he is doing. He removed his shoes, cleaned up the areas he worked in, and took away all my boxes and packing materials. Everything he hung up looks great and it was effortless for me! I highly recommend Dale and Accurate Art Installation! read more

Dale is fantastic, reliable, professional, and always arrives on the job ready to install whatever it is I need hung. I own and operate a full service interior design business in Palo Alto, and have had Dale install everything from holiday trimmings, to mirrors, original artwork, wall sculptures, and even an occasional window treatment. His prices are reasonable, and he is so easy to work with. Having read a previous review about his service on Yelp, I completely disagree with the perception of Dale's assistant, who is not at all "sketchy," but experienced and knowledgeable. I trust these men completely and highly recommend them for all of your art installation needs. read more

We hired Dale for hanging mirrors in our house. They did an amazing job from the start to the end. What has really impressed us about Dale is his customer service and how well he took care of us after we ran into some issues. One of the bathroom mirrors fell off after 4 months of installation. We called Dale immediately after the mirror fell off the wall. It was a weekend but he returned our phone call withing few hours. He informed us that he was out of town but he would send his team on Monday morning. His crew arrived Monday morning and inspected the damage. The mirror's frame had been dented at several places so they took the mirror back with them and ordered the original frame that we bought from Aaron Brothers. Not only that, Dale's team inspected all other mirrors in the house and re-installed them with zbars, which is a heavy duty hanging bar without any extra charge. Thank you Dale for taking such good care of us. read more
