Great service, great selection, and a shout out to Susan for her service and expertise!

Absolutely the best framing store! They are so kind and do such a beautiful job. They help you pick out the best options for you and are very patient while you decide. I travel a lot and wasn't able to pick up my order for a while, but they were so accommodating and kept in touch with me. I won't go anywhere else for framing in San Jose :) read more

Morita's did an amazing job with framing my two dog show ribbons. Between picking out the matting and the correct frame the experience was amazing. I'm so thankful for their great work. In fact I'm about to head back with more ribbons for them to frame for me. read more

Always takes time to do it right. Morita has a great eye and I love how even the most ordinary print becomes something special.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Hmmm.. I have to write more for a Yelp review. They provide good results.

Thank you so very much Morita's! We painted a bunch of hearts to frame and Mortia's was so fantastic to assist us in suggesting to use small plastic spacers so we could have a gap between the artwork and the glass. We are so HAPPY. Thank you! read more

Morita's Picture Framing - Framing Near Me - Campbell, California

We've used Morita's for a variety of framing from family photos to artwork. They do a great job every time! I really appreciate their guidance on what frames will work and look best. Always kind and patient and you know you're going to get a product that will enhance whatever it is you're taking in to them to be framed. read more

Morita's has been framing pictures for me for the past 6+ years. They have a remarkable collection of frames and she has the knack for picking out the perfect frame and matting for every picture that I have brought in to her. The prices are very reasonable for the service and quality of the workmanship. The first group of pictures she framed for me were a collection of 150-year-old delicate water colors that needed to be stabilized. She first referred me to an independent art conservator who worked on the Hearst Castle collection and she did a phenomenal job doing the conservation work and then they went ahead and framed them. I have them hanging on my stairway and I am always getting compliments on them. She has also done my college/grad school diplomas, the menu from French Laundry from my first date with my husband, and other pieces over the years. Highly recommend! read more

I was very pleased with the way that the proprietor at morita's framing handled these very special objects to me. I have long been wanting to frame my grandfather's World War II medals. The person at the shop took great care and understanding exactly what I wanted and when I arrived to pick it up, it was of the best quality that I could have imagined. They took their time to do things with a lot of care. I can tell they are very conscientious about their work. I was extremely hesitant to leave these precious metals at Aaron Brothers Art framing after reading their horrible Yelp reviews and speaking to their inept staff. I am so very grateful that I found this wonderful gem. read more

They always do excellent job albeit take their time doing it, which is ok with me. Got an ancient Japanese painting and a couple of papyrus paintings got custom frame with outstanding results. Highly recommend them! read more

Wow. Wow. Wow. I lucked out by following the advice of the other Yelpers' amazing reviews! My husband and I recently got married, and we decided to have an important wedding-related document/piece of artwork framed. We generally prefer to go to mom and pop stores rather than chains, so we did a Yelp search and found Morita's. We visited on a Saturday several weeks ago, and I had some ideas of what I wanted to try with our artwork. Susan completely understood what we were looking for and was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the store's selection, as well as what would work best to show off our art without overwhelming it. We tried probably 50 different combinations of frames and mats and after about 2 hours, we decided on one that we thought would really work. *click* The store was clean and well organized, and they have a huge selection of mats and frames. They asked for a 50-ish% deposit and said that they were running about 3 weeks out. I was so excited to see the finished product that I called before their promised 3-week delivery window, and sure enough, it would be ready the next day. I got a call this morning and went right over -- 16 days after our first visit. When Susan unveiled my framed art, I believe I actually let out an audible squeal. It looked amazing and completely exceeded my expectations. I'm really picky, so that's saying a lot. I cannot recommend Morita's Picture Framing highly enough, and I know that next time I have something important to frame, I'll be taking it here. Note: Please note that this level of quality work probably costs more than taking your artwork to a local chain. However, you're paying for it to be done the right way with high quality matierials, and you're paying for professionalism and framers who have a great eye for what will make your art look the best it can possibly look. Well worth it in my opinion. read more

Had an over-sized charcoal piece framed here. These are tricky because you need a space between the glass and the canvas, and you need the canvas pinned in the middle, not just on the edges. The young lady and her mom were really helpful in finding the right frame. They weren't just helpful in getting the right frame and glass but they were friendly and nice as well. It may not seem relevant but I think it's vital. From the way they treated me, I knew they would handle my art with care and would do their best on the work. They finished the framing in three weeks and it looked wonderful. I couldn't ask for more in a frame shop. read more

Here is an example of how going the extra mile makes all the difference in the world. I work for a well known and highly collected artist in Las Vegas. We have a collector in the San Jose area that had an issue with their framing and needed it replaced. After speaking with Susan I found she was very knowledgable and more than willing to accomodate our needs. She was provided the collector's information and reach out to him to make the arrangements to switch out the damaged frame for the new frame that we shipped to her. She has followed up with me every step of the way! The prject hasn't even been completed and I can already tell you the work will be flawless and the end reslut we be exactly what I needed. Knowing that you can trust some to handle your needs from afar is always a gamble. I don't feel this way with Morita's, I know I will use Morita's for any future framing needs! read more

We have been using this business for years and always come away impressed with the "old style" concern and craftsmanship by the staff and/or owners. Can't compare them to any other framing establishment in the area as "why go anywhere else?". Their prices are reasonable and the staff are super patient and helpful. read more

I usually buy pre-manufactured frames at big chain stores, and then get custom mats made. I got several custom mats made here. This is an independent business with nice and attentive staff. I love going to places like this--it makes me a part (though probably a small one) of something local and unique. Prices seemed reasonable, but I don't do framing often so I don't have many other places in mind to compare to. With the personal service and local feel you get here, I will keep coming back for all my framing needs as long as I am in the area. read more

We were looking for a framing shop to frame a art done by my Aunt. It was an owl made of real feathers (feathers picked from the ground on roads, parks etc) which was kinda stuffed to give a real look. We saw this place and decided to check it our. The lady was very courteous and since I did not know much about framing, was very helpful in making me decide what to go for for my budget. Ultimately it came out very beautiful with the depth of the art showing so well. I will get a picture of that and post it. read more

This is my first Yelp review, and I signed up mostly so I could post about how happy I am with the framing work they did. I came here based on the recommendations of other yelpers, and couldn't agree more with all the positive reviews now that I've been a customer. I had 4 items to frame. 3 of them were oils on loose canvas I picked up on a trip, and the other was one done by my cousin which was on a board which warped in a bit. Susan was an incredible help and was very patient while I sorted through hundreds of options for all four items. She gave her opinion just at the right times and pulled a lot of great options from the wall I would never have thought to use. She got a great feel for what I was looking for. This was also my first framing experience. It was not an inexpensive experience by any means...I think I paid around $950 for four pieces, but the work is stunning and I'd go back and do it again in a heartbeat. She stretched all the loose canvas items perfectly and even managed to flatten the warped piece. You can tell by the backside of the frames what high-quality work it is. What I've learned in life is to wait until you can afford to do something right and buy higher quality. Don't waste your money at a discount store with cheap, boring, shoddy frames, and then have to correct your mistake 5-10 years later. Go to Morita's and get it done right the first time. read more

I am incredibly incredibly happy with my Morita's experience. They even were able to do a very very non-traditional framing (photo and border encased in acrylic) and were willing to call around for the materials to get it done. Everything turned out so well and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Support your local retailer and go to Morita's. read more

This year I received three posters as gifts and one as a Kickstarter reward. I figured I ought to do something to protect them and show them off. I found Morita's via Yelp, and I'm glad I did! We went with custom metal frames, the same style but a different color for each. I could have bought much cheaper frames and framed them myself, but they wouldn't have looked nearly so great, and I know these frames will last a lot longer. Possibly longer than I will! It's funny, I've been to the same strip mall to go to a pet store but never noticed Morita's Framing. I will definitely recommend them do anyone who wants professional framing done. read more

Susan is wonderful. She has a great eye and took all the time needed to help me to select the mat and framing for the oil paintings I've brought in to the shop. I've been twice and had three pieces framed. I am very happy with her work and would highly recommend Morita's! read more

Morita's is my new go to place after my former go to place closed (aka Phoenix). They are high-end and it shows. I had an original comic book page framed in archival fashion. They did a FANTASTIC job. Such a beautiful work. read more

Susan did a wonderful job of framing a collection of prints for us. From beginning to end, the experience was entirely positive. We found her level of professionalism, as well as her sense of aesthetics, to be more than a cut above the rest. As far as cost is concerned, this aspect actually compared quite favorably with other establishments that supposedly offered more economical solutions (especially when quality is taken into consideration). read more

This place is just great. Super good service and excellent prices. I live in Los Gatos but I come for framing. I took my son's college diplomas here and Susan was very helpful picking out the frames and matting. I came back for some art that I needed framing just before the holidays. Some how she got it done in time. I recommend Morita's for any framing you need. Much better service than the big box options. Keep our local small businesses thriving. read more

All of the lovely people who work here are helpful, kind and friendly. It was worth it to pay for my painting to be framed professionally, and the women who helped me select the framing were patient throughout the whole process. I will definitely come here again. Got a call that my painting was back, and when I returned to the store to pick it up, they clearly remembered me, my painting, where I work and what we talked about the last time I was there. A great experience overall. Highly recommend. read more

I was recommended to Morita's by another artist who told me their framing work is top-notch. I have been going there for about three years now and they always do fabulous work. I have had very large aluminum pieces I needed hung and they gave me suggestions on how they could attach a frame to the back without an outside visible frame. They have done small work as well and all was excellent work. This is a family owned/run business. Highly recommended! read more

Susan was so kind and really helped me to select the materials that would compliment a playbill I wanted framed for my bf's birthday. She suggested a few options, but never once did I feel like she was trying to up-sell me. Let's face it.. custom framing is not cheap. So if you're going to get something framed, why not get it done at a place that provides excellent service and an even better end-product? read more

With traffic in the Bay Area usually at a standstill, we have to be extremely impressed to drive from San Francisco to Campbell for picture framing. Morita's is THAT good. Awesome service! This is a great small family-owned business. We took in a couple pictures for framing as a gift. The owner was so helpful and really considerate of our budget. She even made suggestions based on the fact that it had to be shipped out of state. The finished product was done beautifully and in a timely manner considering we brought it in just before Christmas! I've already recommended this place to others, and will definitely use their services in the future. read more

disappointed, I was told to use morita's because they were better and worth the extra money. the frame fell apart and they will not warranty defective workmanship, product. all four corner came apart. they said to long out of warranty, I was told by them frames were life time, very disappointed, also it takes a long time to get response, another disappointment, poor customer service read more
