I also had them do a new cat6 run and they did a great job with that as well as patching up the holes from older cables. My overall sense is that Carlos is fairly capable and experienced but either his team or him are not as careful as we had damages to our finished wood toe kicks and our lacquer cabinets looked like they had been dragged over nails as they were being assembled. I didn't appreciate that they made 0 mention of it at all and I had to point it out. As the homeowner, I essentially had to baby sit them for 5 days through the install since it felt like they were incapable / unwilling to read the kitchen cabinet installation instructions in detail and I caught several mistakes early on during the cabinet assembly that made me hesitant to leave it unattended. Carlos's attitude was particularly bad through the entire experience as well. Always made it seem like we were inconveniencing him or being too nit picky even if we caught some mistakes. At one point, he even threatened to quit after the assembly but before the installation simply because he had underestimated the complexity of the project. We did have a 1 day delay due to some plumbing / electrical issues but that's pretty typical as far as kitchen cabinet installations go AFAIK. In the end, they were able to get all the kitchen cabinets installed, albeit with a lot of effort from my end due to the more custom nature of the project. The price was affordable and the work was solid (minus the scratches) but for me the bad attitude wasn't worth it.

Additionally this was an install and out of here job for them...nice folks but not as professional and neat as advertised. They did not clean up afterwards (left open boxes, dust and debris right on the floor) along with a few mistakes made with the installation but they did patch it up. I was genuinely concerned they might damage my TV and I ultimately had to call an actual professional installer afterward to fix their work. The small amount you might save is absolutely not worth it. I would strongly recommend going with a reputable professional instead.

I hired Kevin to run cables behind the wall for my 65-inch LG G-series Gallery OLED TV and to mount…read morea mirror. Kevin arrived alone for a job that should have involved two people. During the installation, he had me hold the TV while he was trying to get the hinge in correctly, since this TV mounts flat against the wall. As a petite woman, I was physically supporting a large 65-inch television above my shoulders during this process. Not only is this TV extremely heavy, it is also a high-end TV in the $2,000+ range. This is not a situation where a paying customer should be acting as extra labor. If I were going to wing it with someone holding the TV, I would have just asked a friend. I paid $500 for a professional service and was not prepared or expected to physically support a large, expensive TV during installation. If a second person was required, Kevin should have provided one or clearly communicated that to me in advance so I could prepare appropriately. On top of that, he made several comments like "you should go to the gym more," framed jokingly. This was not a friend helping me out. This was a paid professional service, and those comments were inappropriate. Kevin also did not have the correct washer or hardware for the specific mount I was using. While I am not a handyman, I could visibly see that he was improvising with washers that were crooked and did not look secure. I expressed concern and asked if he could order the correct parts and come back, explaining that this was a very expensive TV and I wanted it done properly. He repeatedly assured me not to worry and said it was totally fine. It was not fine. Six months later, the washer hinge has come undone, the TV is now lopsided, and I have had to pay Best Buy an additional $200 to come and reinstall the TV correctly on top of the original $500 I already paid. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism continued beyond the TV installation. During the mirror installation, Kevin argued with me about the exact placement instead of listening to where I wanted it. He ultimately mounted it at the height he preferred. While it looks fine, it is worth noting that he is over six feet tall and I am five feet tall. This is my home, and placement should have been my decision. What truly shocked me was what happened next. After finishing the mirror installation, Kevin attempted to clean the mirror by spitting a large loogie directly onto it and wiping it with a washcloth. I genuinely could not believe what I was seeing. If that were not enough, after he left, he sent me an unsolicited text message telling me he thought I was really sexy and asking if I would be interested in dating him. I was completely shocked by this and found it extremely inappropriate. To summarize, did Kevin get the job done in the sense that the TV was mounted in the moment and the cables were run behind the wall. Yes. But was the work professional, durable, or done correctly. No. I had to redo it. I would not recommend this service, especially for high-value installations.

He was complaining that my $300 mount was more expensive to remove & install. Then, he couldn't transport it in his van full if stuff. So, my roomate & I had to bring it down on my flat handtruck and put it into my suv. We brought it to the new place and he helped to hold the TV as we wheeled it in. Then he said he couldn't install it on my wall and we had to spend an extra $50 to buy this cheap mount that doesn't move side to side..etc. Then he offered to take my expensive mount & I said No. I only paid him $350 so he would leave. It was terrible. I'm having another company come in to install MY original mantel mount for $150.

If I needed to purchase a full motion recessed mount, what type of box we needed...We ultimately agreed that the regular mount with a recessed box would suffice. He was very professional and made sure to mount both TV's exactly at the height I requested. I've had several guests compliment us on how nice the tv setup looked. When they were done installing they did a great job cleaning up. I would highly suggest James and his team for any TV install. His quality of work was amazing and he had a great price as well.
