I recently decided to upgrade my security system since technology has come a long way in 10 years…read more California Security Cameras did the upgrade for me and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. A quality security system is truly invaluable when you consider the peace of mind it brings, and this is a company you can absolutely trust. The process began with excellent communication from the office before any work was even scheduled; they provided quotes in a timely manner that were easy to understand and fit perfectly within my budget. What impressed me most was that they use only quality equipment, and Israel took the time to review both what I needed and what I didn't need, which was equally important to me. Israel and his team can be counted on to show up right on schedule and complete the work in a timely manner. The installation itself is top-quality, with a lot of care going into strategic placement to ensure total coverage. Before any work started, Israel walked through the property with me and openly listened to my needs before deciding on the final camera placements. Additionally, they are respectful of your home and animals while working. they take care to close gates and doors when coming in and out which was important to me. Once the installation was complete, he tested the entire system, ensured all cameras were adjusted properly, and then personally went over how to use the system. I'm the type of person who asks a lot of questions about projects before, during, and after, and Israel and his team made sure that I fully understood everything before wrapping things up. If you are looking for a professional, reliable security team, I highly recommend California Security Cameras!

I had an idea of what I wanted to do and they helped me realize that my idea would be a fire hazard and a code violation. They suggested a safe way to do what I wanted and I am appreciative of their knowledge. The tech got everything installed and working without issue. The second time, the same tech came out to do some electrical work. He installed some exterior outlets and added some conduit to an area that was out of code. Everything works as expected and looks clean. He was knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done. They did an entire low voltage wiring revamp for us and installed a network rack for our WiFi and whole house security cameras. I received a scheduled call within 24 hours. The next day, they had a very capable consultant named Sultanat who came to the house to review everything with us in great detail. After Sultanat scheduled it, the 3 person team showed up in a timely manner. They were very respectful of our home (wearing shoe covers, cleaning up after they came in) and went above and beyond to make the low voltage wiring work properly. It was not easy or clear how they'd ensure it was highly aesthetic. We'd had several folks come out before who said hiding the wiring couldn't be done, but they went the extra mile and made it happen. Thanks Wiztec!!
