Such great service! Waiter was kind, and food was severed quickly. Ambiance is the typical bar / outdoor restaurant. Great spot to grab a quick bite at the bar, or table service. Plenty of bike rack spots, or you can also walk from Robert Moses Field 5. I can see this being a popular spot for the Kismet vacationers, but also possible for the Robert Moses daycations. Definitely will be stopping back here again when we are biking through kismet!

I would not get this again. But the Greek salad was amazing!

There are not a lot of restaurants to choose from in Kismet, but I will say this is one of the better options. I'm a lobster roll aficionado; it's not summer for me if I don't have a good LR. I am saddened to report, I was not a fan of their lobster roll, in fact it was the worst one I tried this whole summer. Apps and drinks were perfection. Restaurant vibes are good too. I would absolutely come back, and try another entree. Calamari was on point ! They have events during the week that seem cool to check out.

This is such a great place to hang out. It's casual and friendly and the food is great! I had the sushi which was absoutly delicious! Our server Christian was awesome! He was friendly, funny and so easy to talk to. He made a great experience even better, and we could all tell he loves what he does. This is definitely the place to check out for a nice casual lunch. Dinner is probably just as awesome, but we haven't tried it there yet. Maybe next year.

Sushi "in-crust" tasted like deep fried sea salt. Holes in outdoor tables allow food to spill through on your clothes. Waiter spilled soy sauce on my daughter's boyfriend- no manager addressed it. Opened up leftover boxes to find someone else's leftovers. I. Will. Never. Return.

Great spot with delicious food, drinks, and service! The general tso's cauliflower is SO insanely flavorful and it's more than enough for two people to share. The birria tacos are also really yummy and melt in your mouth. The sauce is packed with flavor.

Ok, so they got rid of my 2 fave dishes!! the Tuna Nachos & Lobster tacos Tonight we had the fish tacos, fried cauliflower, fried calamari, the tuna balls, crab chips... But I miss the tuna nachos and Lobster tacos!

We had a great time here. We took the pedicab from Robert Moses and walked a few blocks. It's a beautiful neighborhood. We ordered a lobster roll that was 10/10 with fries ( crispy and flavorful) Drinks: Rocket fuel was phenomenal and margarita was ok( maybe my least favorite item). They had live music, we were sitting by the water on a beautiful day. Our server was attentive and nice. Can't wait to come back.

Arrived on Saturday night. Made reservations for group of 8, they sat us right down timely. Apps were delicious, nice portions. Ordered the duck wings, a tad spicy, chicken wings, fried calamari and the mussels. Onto dinner had the sushi tuna roll, decent portion and fresh, Cod tacos, poke bowl yummy the grilled cheese short rib was not good. Would not recommend. Everything else was delicious. The fire island rocket fuel drink love it.. def recommend if you like Pina colada similar with a zing. Overall a great experience.

Food was good, view was good and our server was fantastic! She make our dinner a lot of fun. It was easy to book and they were thorough with confirming even asking where we wanted to sit and explained where the best view was. Will def go back

Finally got to fire island. Took the pedicab to Kismet for $10 a person. The pedicab runs all summer and on the weekends until November. Kismet is the closest town and you can also walk there from Robert Moses , a 2 mile walk (30 minutes). Walked around town and came upon A couple restaurants and market. Went into DIVE Restaurant. Great place with lots of seating options. You can sit indoors in air conditioning, in the covered porch on the side or up front outside. Has a good menu with vegetarian options. The tuna nachos were excellent as were the drinks . Service was just ok but adequate. Very enjoyable experience

On Fire Island the weekend after Labor Day, looking for dinner on a Saturday night. Made a quick reservation online, seated outside on the porch because inside was very loud. Had the Steak Noods, very nice portions of each ingredient; linguine with chorizo and clams which was pretty spicy. Nice atmosphere on the patio.

The food and cocktails are so good, and the service is excellent. Among other things, get the Nood salad. It is perfect on a hot night.

We came in for brunch but had missed the cutoff time. That wasn't a problem for them at all. They took the lunch menus back, handed us the brunch menus, and said, "Please order. We'll take care of you." Even something as simple as the breakfast potatoes stands out. They make them several different ways, and you can clearly taste the freshness of hand-cut potatoes compared with the processed ones that simply come out of a bag. There are a lot of choices out there, but we have found that at many places, the food can taste processed and not particularly fresh. Zest was a refreshing change. Give Zestlongisland a shot! When we arrived, we sat at our outdoor table for at least 10 minutes without being acknowledged by any waitstaff. Once our waiter finally came over, we placed our entire order right away. I mentioned that it was my milestone birthday and later asked if he could take a quick photo of us, and he simply said no. He also barely checked in on our table throughout the meal. The busboys, however, were wonderful--attentive, friendly, and honestly provided the best service of the evening. The menu was very heavy for the summer. Ordered the filet and it came with Brussels and mashed. We live on Long Island with the best produce. Lean into the fresh summer veggies. The lobster tail was so salty. It tasted like a salt lick. There also seemed to be an issue with the outdoor tables, as at least three glasses broke during our dinner. We spent a significant amount of money and chose The Lake House because we wanted to celebrate a special occasion. Unfortunately, nothing about the service made the evening feel special. For a milestone birthday, it was incredibly disappointing. I don't think we'll be back.

It was delicious! This time, I reserved a table for four, including guests who were up to an adventurous evening. The place was hopping! A Friday evening fun atmosphere and a beautiful bar that reminded me of a Paris restaurant. We were seated at a great table with banquettes in a corner of the front dining room. Our waitperson was excellent- energetic, informed of the menu, friendly & interactive, I believe her name was Shamira. We received great recommendations for dishes on the menu accommodating certain preferences. Following Cocktails - from the usual order of Scotch, to the " Crimson" spicy, indeed. The "Wanderer" imbiber said she could sip them all night. I, being mostly just a wine drinker, ordered from the "unusual wines" - a delicious white wine from Languedoc named "Picpoul De Pinet, Feline Jourdan", which paired very well with both courses. Based on my enthusiasm we all shared a bottle with our Main Course! Total alignment. We shared Caesar salads, which were excellent. Everyone enjoyed their selection of a main course: Halibut with corn risotto, Shrimp & Grits with spicy red sauce (just right spicy), My dish was Mussels in ginger & lemongrass red Curry, paired with grilled bread for soaking up that sauce, Yum!; a Whole Red Snapper with Mole sauce for my husband - most adventurous diner of the evening! We stretched ourselves to order two desserts: Crème Brûlée and Goat Cheesecake! Sublime. On departing the Restaurant, we were thanked for dining by the Proprietor, Wesley. We had an inspiring conversation about Bridgeport's future. A memorable evening.

Drinks first: my slightly dirty martini was made exactly right. My friend went with cosmo and it was equally on point. Whoever is behind that bar has their act together. Then the food happened. We started with grilled bread with an EVOO, agave, and chile dip -- sounds simple, ate like a statement. The char on the bread, the heat and sweetness of that dip. Good sign of things to come. Main event: shrimp and grits. Guinea flint grits, spicy red sauce, sage, stock. I don't say this lightly -- this is one of the best things I've eaten in a long time. The grits were creamy and rich, the sauce had real depth and heat, and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. The whole bowl just worked on every level. Dessert: goat cheesecake with pistachio dust and berry compote. Tangy, creamy, not too sweet, and that pistachio dust on top was a perfect finish. We cleared the plate.
