Came here for a pedicure and was not impressed. This is one of the worst pedicures I've received by far. The whole pedicure took about 10 minutes. My toes were not cleaned underneath. The gel paint job was sloppy and instead of removing the excess paint she dried them and filed off the edges of the nails at the end creating the paint to chip and have a rough texture on the edges and sides. The whole processes seemed extremely rushed and the lady who did it kept reinforcing nice the color looked to distract me from the fact that it was done poorly. She even said "you take good care of your feet" as if to justify the fact that she didn't do the standard steps that are done when getting a pedicure. read more

I have driven by the place quite a few times and thought "Diva nails, yes I'm a diva". So I checked it out on a Thursday evening. I was a walk-in and was able to be seen fairly quick even though there were other clients with appointments. The place itself is open, and welcoming. You don't even feel like you're a few miles away from Gentry Way. My nails were gross and super short because I do nothing to care for them, but I was comforted with the reminder that is the whole point of getting them done. I had ugly nails and now I have cute Barbie looking nails, shout out to Vick for not judging and doing a fabulous job. I've included a photo so you can see how cute my gel manicure is. Try to get in a nail appointment once a month but let's be honest that doesn't always happen, kind of how I should eat healthy, yah.... Anyways I somehow ended up with some extra time on a Sunday and hadn't been to a salon around that one month mark. I have a spot I go to normally but they are not open Sundays so it was time to venture out and see if anything was open. Got there and there's definitely some traffic. Almost back to back appointments, and again, this was a Sunday. I feel some places can be more quantity over quality. Anyways I got the head gal I think. She had one of the coolest machines I had ever seen, when taking off the gel with the dremel, there is a fan in the light shining on your nails that vacuums the dust into it never having that problem of dust all over the place!!! Genius!!!! The over all product look fair and although it didn't last as long as my usual spot, it got the job done. ‍ read more

I went in to get a gel manicure. All is going well until the last starts making comments about my body and how I should become a model, and that I have the perfect body, and a nice body. My nails are uneven and are different shapes. When I went to check out I waited for about 5 minutes and a different lady stayed seated and eventually had me zelle her, instead of just running my card. I have gone here a few times before Covid, but the experience I had and all the comments that were made, I will not be returning. read more

I love this place so much! That I had to make two reviews! I went to another nail place in town, and let me just say I didn't get the best service or nails! I practically RAN back to Vick and she fixed them super fast and super easily! I super appreciate it Vick! Thanks so much!! read more

I have finally found my nail person, even if he doesn't realize it yet. Haha Today was my second time coming here, and I will definitely be a regular. Vick is amazing! Not only are my nails beautiful, but my overall visit was great. With previous experiences, I'm usually staring off into space and never mutter a word to the tech, other than what I want done. With Vick, I was laughing the entire time! I honestly can't wait to go back in for my fill. Vick is #1!! (: read more

So I make an appointment for a Saturday at opening. I believe it was 9am. They were closed at 9:05 when i got there. After waiting a few minutes a lady meanders through the parking lot and casually unlocks the door and opens up shop. Ok no big deal.. I get in and she doesn't say two words to me then grunts to a (dirty)station and says a sit. Okaaay. I just wanted to get my damn nails painted with gel polish. I pick out a color and she gets to business . Then she asks if I want sparkle. Well, sure why the hell not. I like a little sparkle so I say yes. She puts it on the first nail and I justt am not feeling it so I ask her for a different sparkle that actually matches. She huffily grabs the bottle and continues on. She finished and up I left her with a small tip and I go about my way. Now, not even a week later the nails are peeling and look like trash. Horrible customer service and horrible nails and a dirty shop . Skip this place and go anywhere else. read more

I originally deemed it three stars, but I upgraded after a staff member came rushing over to offer me flip flops when she saw I needed to put sneakers into leave. Would say 3.5 stars. I had the $40 deluxe pedicure. The massage was great and unrushed, and I thought the hot stones were nice. But the callous removal was almost nonexistent. That's why I get paid extra for the deluxe, so I was disappointed to leave with the same rough heels I had coming in. There are also no fans/dryers, so you're left with needing extra time to air dry. Staff is courteous and friendly, and the shop was clean. Overall, I think I overpaid for what I got, but it wasn't bad either. read more

Do not even try the gel manicures here. After the first day one nail was already chipped and now after 2 days almost every nail is chipped! They look horrible. These are gels, which at other places have lasted 2-3 weeks and I didn't even get one full day of them looking nice. This is was my second experience and the first wasn't any better. I will not be coming back here. I cannot believe how bad they look. Only two days and they look this horrible! read more

My bridesmaids and I were on vacation for my bachelorette party when we were need of nails for my wedding next weekend. We came across this shop on yelp and it did not disappoint! Victor did such a great job with me and my best friends nails in such a short amount of time!! I was blown away and am so in love with my nails. They will be a great addition to my wedding. I wish I lived closer so I could make this my salon but I guess I'll have to drive 3+ hrs to see him (which would be worth it for me lol) thanks again victor for the great nails and suggestions of what to do around town! :) read more

I had a scary experience with the owner. Natalie is very aggressive and gets in your face when you question her. I've been going to Natalie for 5 years. Each time she's slowly seem less passionate about what she does. I've steered away a few times because of her customer service. Last month I went for a full acrylic for for my toes and a pedicure and was told Natalie is on vacation but someone else can take me and was charged $55 given I kept the original pink shade from the acrylic. This was fine I didn't mind going to someone else. Today I called and asked for Natalie once again and scheduled an appointment. She was 30 minutes late and had someone else work on my pedicure and wait until she arrived. Once she arrived she recommended I only do acrylic on my big toes and the rest natural as she said it was cheaper "$10.00" and quicker for her. I said okay and proceeded. When it came time to pay she charged me $51.00. I began to question why it's only 4 dollars cheaper where she immediately made it into an argument and started yelling at me. I kept repeating that this is why I always call and ask for her and she hands me off to other people when she dosent show up so the price difference is confusing. She came over the counter and started yelling in my face. I've never had someone be so aggressive with me. She threatened to call the police on me although she was the one yelling at me and kept getting in my face as I was trying to calm her down. Definitely sad to see her act this way over so many years. I'm not sure what's going on with her but i won't be going here anymore. That was scary and confusing. If you do not like what you do just don't do it. She used to be my favorite. read more

This place is a WASTE OF MONEY!!! I had an appointment for Saturday and by Sunday my gel polish was coming off got it fixed Sunday for it to do the same thing in the matter of hours called back Monday for them to tell me to come in Tuesday so they can fix it since it's the same nails and keeps happens. Well I went in for her to keep doing the same thing just taking the polish off and repainting it being aggressive and cutting up my fingers. So I asked her what do I do for the 4th time when this happens.... the owner response " it won't because I think it just got cooked to long..." if thats not the stupidest shit I didnt ever hear. Why do they paint nail by nail and put the whole hand goes it so all your finished nails are getting all that extra light time and those nails are fine everytime. If you want to bleed and be told a different price each time, this is definitely the place for you. (The school did not ruin my nails, I picked at my nails ). I went here after I didn't have enough time to wait next door, this place was able to take me right away. I went back a couple times and every time I was nicked/cut and my cuticles were destroyed. The rest of my nails not to bad . The next time I went in same thing nails look decent but instead of $30 like the first time it was $35. The next time I went in for the same thing $40? Then when I tried to say something I was made to feel like an idiot. It's a bummer because this place is so close. I will never go back here, as you can see from her comments, Natalie is very argumentative and not customer service oriented. I would rather go anywhere else but here, I feel sorry for your employees if this is how you talk to a customer! read more

The nail tech(an older man) I got was way too rough and kept hurting my fingers/nails with the nail file even though I did let him know he was hurting me he continued to be rough. If you want a rushed pedicure with an attitude, this is your spot! They were busy and Van literally spent 15 minutes on my feet/toes.

Did a really nice job on my nails for my wedding. Staff is super nice and friendly! This was my first gel manicure and they were patient with all my questions and trying to explain what I wanted. I give up. Maggie was my tech several times as I prefer to stay with one tech Today I had Kaylin.... Same generic experience. Sweet people. Good English. Love the location. They lack attention to detail. I seem to only have one coat of polish. As I have a regular pedicure . I come home and usual add another coat that evening or within a day or so. They really have so many positives, good atmosphere, location, nice people.... However they don't seem to have a passion or be detailed with their work. I'm so sorry to say, my friends and I, " after this afternoon" ... 4 of us will be looking elsewhere . I would really like to stay with Diva Nails. My friends who turned me on to Diva....are sad to have to move on too. I hope this review will benefit Diva, I believe they have much potential and would love to be a long time client. I would be proud to refer to them. I too am in the industry and hate to not give them a positive review. I wish them the best and hope to return as a long time client someday. Please add a review to better their business as the is so much competition out there. I believe they could better their service and have an amazing business read more

I made an appointment over the phone on a Monday, for an appointment the same day at 10:30. When I called I asked for a 10 am appointment, to which the lady said she could do 10:30. I was understandably okay with this however she did not ask my name or phone number which I thought was weird, but chalked it up to its COVID and things are slower all around.. I understand that calling the day of is not ideal, but I had the whole day, so any time would have been fine. When I arrived, another woman walked in right behind me and said she also had a 10:30 appointment. There was only 1 technician there. The technician, whom I assumed to be the owner, since whenever the phone rang it went to her personal cell phone, spent the next 15 minutes texting trying to get another employee to come in to help her before she started on either myself or the woman following me into the salon. She had over booked herself. She started on my nails and when I asked for French tips she told me that my actual nail was so messed up that she couldn't do a French tip, adding that if I "really wanted it" she would do it but it would look bad. She told me that she would just put a color on my nail instead. This is after she already had started putting clear tips on my nails, instead of the white tips for French tip that I had initially asked for. I haven't had acrylic on my nails for over 3 months, my nails were completely clean of prior abrasions. She didn't clean or push my cuticles, didn't measure my nails hand to hand after cutting the tips, and didn't buff after sanding. Then, when she was done she told me to wash my hands: perfect. But never asked me if I liked anything until she saw my unhappy face. At which point, I've wasted an hour and 15 minutes of my time for nails that look a week grown out.Mind you, this whole time the woman who walked in behind me was waiting for the technician who was apparently on her way and had to call in late to work. When I went to pay, I payed with credit card and even though there was a place to insert a tip, I was asked point blank what the tip would be. This is not a professional place of business. I would not and will not recommend. read more

No, no, no. My number 1 concern is cleanliness. Feel so bad leaving not a nice review but I should have read more reviews before booking. Called and made an appt. for 11am. Got there at 10:53am. They weren't able to let me sit at a table until 11:25am. She didn't wipe anything down or clean anything and didn't come back over for another 5-10 minutes. I figured she would clean when she came back over. She did not. My fault for not leaving then. The longer I sat there the more I realized how dirty everything was. She then used the same tools on me as she did on others and the UV light for gels was horrible. See pictures. She did a fine job on my nails but after looking closer I think they are going to chip quickly. Which is frustrating due to the $ and the fact that I live 3 hours from a nail salon. I felt so uncomfortable I did not stay for the pedicure and to 1 hour nail appt has turned into a 3.5 hour ordeal. read more

I had a gel pedicure on 7/2/21. The pedicure seemed rushed and lacking services that other salons have offered for a $50 pedicure. At home I discovered that the right foot had a shiny finish and the left foot had a matte finish, which went unnoticed at the salon because the tech had covered my feet with cuticle oil when she completed the service. Both feet had what I would call a burn from being over processed with the curing lamp, and my skin felt burned for 2 days. I do not know the name of the tech, but she had long hair and was in her 30s maybe. read more

First let me start by saying there is another DIVA NAIL SALON less than one mile away. Make sure your at the correct location! I had already called and spoke with someone. I went to get a soak off and pink/white full set. I normally get Gel when travling but chose acrylic instead because I'd never been here before. What drew me here was their reviews on google and yelp. All reviews weren't steller but they could fit my parking needs, so I went. Over the phone cost was going to be $55 which is around what I normally pay so I was fine with that. I got there and they greeted me, advised them what I wanted and that I called. They were not busy so they got to me right away. The lady took a look at my nails and said we should just cut them off because your nails underneath are weak. I explained to her over 3 times excatly what I wanted her to do. She's like if we do soak off it will be EXTRA I said yes $5 so total $55 right? She replied yes, ok so that's what I want. She goes and talks in their language to another lady, (owner). The other lady comes and asked me to sit in her chair, I did. I had to then re-explain everything to her then we got started. I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE DISCONNECT WAS BUT YOUR IN A *SERVICE INDUSTRY* when a customer tells you what they want you can either provide that service or not.... TOATL COST $60 this place will nickle and dime you $5 extra for cuffin shape..... ok maybe thats some Reno ish,..?.. They lady was on her phone most of the time, which I could have done without. Oh yeah i think white is a little high up but its ok because I wasn't really paying attention. I will update in 14 days to see how the nails are holding up. Oh yeah BTW, DUH..... I think anyone that gets their nails done knows that wheather your using Gel or Dip Powder your nails will be weaker than they'd be if you just left them alone to grow. I know this because I normally only get dip powder but after costly trail and error and little bit of nail pain I don't get it as much. Long story short I travel for work so I'm always in a different place. When I'm home in Texas or in Arizona I know people there that do good work on dip nails. read more

My first time coming here I wanted a pedi and gel fill. I was waiting/soaking for 10 minutes before someone started my pedi. My gel fill was done fairly quickly and nice. The second time I came back was a HORRIBLE experience. I waited 20 minutes for someone, whoever is supposed to be the best one there....she was going so fast SHE SLICED MY FINGER with the tool. Then she blamed me for why she cut me! After that she put glue and some cotton on the cut. After that mess I asked for someone else and all they did was give me a discount on my nails. It should've been free but needless to say I am never going back. I only went here because it's a 3 minute walk from my house. read more
