I wish they had more selection on designs but they are new in business. Victor is amazing and very personable. He did an outstanding job on my nails and I absolutely love them and I was in and out in 45 minutes tops for a full set read more

In town relaxing and decide my girlfriends and I needed mlm pedicures. Walked in off the street to a clean, well maintainted shop with no product odor. Only three technicians working, but the took us right in. As per usual the technicians chatted amingst themselves in their native language, but that didn't stop them from being veey good at what they were doing. In and out within an hour and very happy with the results. Thank you! read more

My gel manicure didn't even last for three days, my one acrylic nail I had her fix fell off in 2 days! Very disappointed

Decided to try a new place to get my nails done, and had an amazing experience. The salon itself is super clean & comfortable. And I got actual suggestions from Victor and ended up loving my nails even more. Definitely a place to check out, I'll be getting my nails done here indefinitely. read more

Diva Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Reno, Nevada

I'm in town for one day and badly in need of a pedicure. I called Diva Nails and they got me in right away, did a fabulous job! I even decided to get a manicure. I would highly recommend these sweet and talented ladies! read more

I waited 20 minutes or so but I was a walk-in so I wasn't expecting service right away. This place seems disorganized & cleanliness is definitely not their first priority she used the same file on me from the previous client, the UV light was filthy & wasn't wearing any gloves. However my nails did come out alright, this place is your average chop shop. I would not recommend unless you really need your nails to be done. She also didn't put any cuticle oil until I asked for it. read more

I guess I came to this place at the wrong moment, the employee who held me she was really rude she did my eyebrows really wrong her excuse was I don't do anything to the eyebrows I just clean it . Never go to this place again. I don't recommend it at all . read more

This is the worst nail place I've ever been to, I asked for ombré and the lady that did my nails said she couldn't do that I was so confused and said okay so I wanted initials on one of my nails she also told me she couldn't do it. Now i asked for coffin shape and I didn't even get the shape I wanted, some of my nails look a different shape than what I asked, she was so rough overall she rushed the whole time!! I got the worst service ever I'm never going back there ever again read more

I came down for summer break and decided to get my nails done and I chose this place....my grandma brought me and she got her toes done and i hot my fingers.....they sat me down and my grandma had to wait 10 min to finally sit in the chair but there were employers sitting and just talking....the lady is done with the trimmings and all that and she is going to do the lotion...she just slathers my arm in lotion and ribs it in and then makes me wash my hands....she tells me "no gel?" And I say "no gel" and she says "oh well paint chips easy" and I just nodded my head...I am all done and they dont look good the paint is on my finger there are smears and its chipped.....I am DONE drying my nails and I go to sit with my grandma and I smear the paint after 20 min under the dryer.....the lady tells me "they take an hour to dry...I will fix" and she fixes them and they still look bad.....but the people are nice....well some are and the environment is not bad I wouldn't recommend this place unless I had to or they are in town.... read more

Got a pedicure here. They did a great job. The place was clean and they have an incredible selection of nail polish colors. I left feeling very relaxed! My only complaint is that the whole place smelled like nail polish remover. They should work on getting some more airflow in the facility. read more

I'm new to Reno and I'm super picky when it comes to my nails, so I looked into yelp to see some reviews and it led me to Diva nails! I was so lucky to come in and meet Terry! He's seriously the best, he helped me pick my color and gave me his honest opinion when it came to helping me decided on what I wanted exactly! He took his time, and did such a amazing job! It was nice to have actual conversation rather than sit there in silence. I'll definitely be coming back and booking all my appointments with Terry! Can't wait for next time! read more

Stopped in here to get my daughters nails done while we are in town for a volleyball tournament. Vick did a fantastic job and was super friendly!!! Would definitely recommend her and this salon. read more

Love this place. Vick is awesome and super fast but consistently does a great job. I won't go anywhere else in Reno. It is a bit small and only has a few technicians so I recommend making an appointment before hand. read more

I was super disappointed in my pedicure & I completely understand that there were only 3 workers and things probably got a little overwhelming but I paid $40 for my pedicure & $50 for a full set (I still think that super expensive) I was so excited for my pedicure because it's been awhile since I've had one but it was super rushed and most of my toe nails are crooked. It was so bad that I wanted to cry. read more

I love this place! The nail tech is so courteous and does exactly what you ask. They are a little understaffed on Monday and Tuesday with only one technician doing powdered nails and the other with manicures or pedicures, so be sure to make an appointment! read more

Walked in without an appointment, and was able to get a manicure. The ladies that worked there were really friendly and talkative. A little pricier than I expected, $20 for a manicure. Usually, I pay $15. read more

Vick has been doing my nails for 2 years and i just had to follow her where she went. I love this place because it's so friendly & their pricing are awesome. they accommodate with customers and are extremely friendly. highly recommended read more

My adult daughter and I were here on vacation. We treated ourselves to pedicures. The ladies here were professional, courteous and friendly. We received the best pedicures we've ever gotten. The salon was sanitary, uncluttered and organized. Both ladies were attentive to our personal preferences. The polish looks perfect. Our feet have never been smoother. We both highly recommend this business. Best Pedicure Ever!! You will be completely satisfied. read more

Went in for my appointment, I was getting a pedicure and acrylic nails, when I got there I sat down and waited for one of the lady's to finish up the nails they were doing. After 10 minutes someone finally told me to sit in the massage chair and they started on my pedicure. I paid 55$ for a 10 minute massage and my toe nails painted, I definitely wouldn't recommend getting the whole 55$ package. After my pedicure, I went and they started on my nails, they rudely told my boyfriend to go wait for me by the door. Overall experience, they did my nails well but they were all rude. read more

This is my go to nail salon in Reno they are always very nice and they do a great job! I tend to go right after work around 5pm and I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes. Their prices are average but they have a loyalty card so your 10th visit is free read more

Had a great pedicure with Candy. My toes look great! She gives a nice strong massage. A little short as they were getting busy with walk-ins and only 2 people working. It's nice to see them pull the clean utensils out of the autoclave and actually rip open the package. Smells good in there and it looks very clean. Great find, I will be back! read more

I went in here asked for a price of full set they charged me 55 for a horrible horrible job done by lee I am very disappointed I asked for mate oval nails and they looks horrible they were all glued and shaped wrong after a day a nail fail off I thought about going back to get it glued and fixed but honestly it is not worth it I'm very dissatisfied Plus it looked like she was in a hurry and talking on the phone while she did them never going back to this place again read more

Diva Nails - Nude coffin bails by Vic :) - Nail Salons Near Me - Reno, Nevada

I was very disappointed with my visit today. I went in just for some gel polish and the woman who did my nails did not do a very good job apart from being rude. When she started painting my nails the color, I asked if there was any way I could switch the color because it was too dark and so she wiped it off and then just tossed the color samples down in front of me because she didn't want to, which I thought was unprofessional. When she was finished the area around the cuticles is very messy, there are small bumps in the gel polish and not even 3 HOURS later, the gel polish chipped off while I was just washing my hands! I called to ask for the price and the lady told me $20 but when she was done my nails she charged me $30 when I had just called and was told a different price. I am just very disappointed with how everything turned out and may not return, which is sad because I enjoyed Diva nails. read more

If you make an appointment, it's not an appointment, it's a walk in. This place is understaffed and overbooked. I have given them the benefit of the doubt the past five times I have gone to get my nails done thinking they were having a busy day but every "appointment" I make I wait at least 30 minutes to an hour and a half ! They do a fantastic job at nails BUT they change the price every time I walk in ... first it was $25 then $35 then one lady tried to charge me $50! I would not recommend this place unless you have nothing else planned that day. read more

Shitty job & service. I came to get my nails done here for the first time and when the lady was doing them i noticed that 3 of my nails were crooked & when i let her know & asked her to fix them she told me no that they were fine & didn't fix them. I let it go. They charged me $75 for the set & the next day 6 jewels had already fallen off. I went back in to get them fixed & they were clearly upset about it. They lady just put the jewels back on & put a big chunk of glue on top of them. Walked out w big lump of glue on 5 of my nails. They didn't even look nice anymore. & to top it off, the nails started falling off on the 6th day! This piece of shit work was definitely not worth $75 & i will never get my nails done here ever again. read more

Being generous by giving 2 stars. Very rude. Very very rude. Don't listen to request. Basically does what they want on your nails. Made mine too short when I obviously asked for long nails. Rushes through. Made my finger bleed. If they think your not gonna tip, they don't care. But act nice at the end when you are checking out.to try to get a tip out of you. read more
