This was my first ever pedicure experience, and while I did have a good time, I just have a few things to call out to anyone else thinking to come here. This is place is clean, staff was friendly, chairs were comfy, liked the options. My complaints really are on the quality of the pedicure itself. My nails aren't cut evenly, they didn't clean under all the nails, the sanding isn't even... I do a better job at home on the couch while watching TV. There was also no work done to my heels so I ended up having to work that anyways. And no polishing at all so I got home and did that too. As far as $60, is that worth it? This time I came I had an appointment I walked in and was barely greeted, I told the lady in the front I had appointment and completely ignored me. I walked in and asked how long the wait would be and she said about 20 mins. I waited and then waited some more and then more people were walking in and they had no system to keep track of customers didn't put our names down or anything. Then people that had come in after me were getting taken back for services and I kept getting pushed back I waited a long time and I was getting impatient almost walked out but I honestly didn't want to have to find another place to go and wait more... I had already waited a while. So I just waited then asked the lady am I next? I was nice about it but I wasn't very happy about the way they were handling it. Finally I get a nail tech and she starts on me getting a gel fill. Then less than 5 mins im with her she just leaves cause another customer comes in and starts talking to her and complaining about her needing to see her immediately extremely rude noone was communicating to the customers it was so disorganized in there. She leaves for a while and starts working on the other customer and says nothing to me. No sorry I need to handle this, no sorry ill be right with you. I am pretty patient and understanding but when you leave me hanging its not good customer service. So the lady next to her can see i dont look happy and she gets done with the other client she is working on and tells me to get in her chair. I was annoyed at best. Then she just quietly says sorry. She did my nails and they were ok very rushed they looked sloppy on the French she gave me she took no time to make them look good they were ok. Now my thumb nail is lifting and I never get lifting its very rare. I wont be going back. Very disappointed in the quality and customer service I received. I tried Mochi nail and spa out for a pedicure and it's probably the best pedi I have ever gotten. I opted to do a spa pedi which included a scent of my choice (I chose mango) but they have melon, lavender, macha and a couple others. With that comes hot stone massage, paraffin wax and hot towels, as well as a wonderful foot massage. Mochi spa is clean, they use brand new files, and they have lots of pretty colors to choose from. The man who did my pedi made conversation and made me feel at ease when discovering I was very ticklish. He had distractions and found pressure points to make it not tickle so much which I really appreciate. Not trying to accidentally kick someone in the face! I will definitely be back again! read more

I got a pedicure and manicure for my birthday which seemed great at first. 3 days later I am in the ER in excruciating pain & they tell me I have a fungal infection and I have to have my whole big toenail removed. I really like this place. Great for anyone who lives up north. Very nice staff and they do quick work. I would say go in the afternoon because mornings are usually very busy. I say 4/5 because it depends on who you get if you want dip nails like me. Some of the ladies do a very good job but one does a very poor job and it's frustrating when you leave with uneven nails. After waiting and then taking an hour to finish since it was a busy day I did not want to stay and complain either so that is my fault. My wife went here for a simple fill. She came out injured, after having the tip of her finger ground away, exposing the meat. Like two layers of skin, gone. Did I mention she uses crutches, because of a torn ligament in her foot? So now that'll be even more painful, because the skin on the tip of her finger is gone. And to make it all better? They used nail glue to stop the bleeding... Which my wife says, after wiping it on her bloody finger tip - THEY PUT IT BACK to use on someone else. Cross contamination, anyone? And the cherry on top? They charged full price. I had to call and complain before they even kinda sorta mentioned that MAYBE they could do a discount, maybe. But discount or no, the disregard and disrespectful way they treated her leaves me to believe they don't give a CRAP about their customers. First off, when you call to ask when to come in and are told a certain time, the business should stick to said time. The agreed time was 1:15, an hour from when I called. I arrived at 1:05, making sure that I was early/on-time, and yes I did check-in. At 1:15 the entire waiting area was sat, except for me. I patiently sat until 1:35, when I finally asked if they were going to be able to get me in for my 1:15 appt. The woman looked around (at all technicians, whom were very busy) and told me to go wash my hands. I've had my nails done enough that I knew would be sitting down to a double booking. I was done with them at that moment. I took the time to call and set an appointment. Which you took and then FAILED to accommodate. When someone books and appointment, they don't expect to wait 40 minutes plus, nor do they expect to have a shared technician at the appointment, unless asked beforehand. Mochi, you may be close to home, but I'll happily spend my money on my way home at a Nail spa you should *eNVy. read more

The quality of the pedicure is amazing and the massage is such a plus! The vibe is pretty chill and small chatter fills the ambience. I only have a single recommendation, sort of a gripe... When I make appointments, if there is someone who shows up without an appointment right before me, they will take the first person and not the appointment first. Tried this place for the first time and the gal I got (I forget her name) was very kind in regards to letting me take my time to choose. I'm very picky and indecisive and she even did a couple different test nails until I decided on one I was happy with. I changed my mind multiple times (sorry girl) and she got near to the T of what I wanted. I was nervous I'd really dislike it since I wasn't used to the color but she did a great job. Nail tech did horrible. 3 days later my gel polish was chipping just from taking a shower. They're also bubbly from air in the acrylic during application. Messy. Besides that my nails look NOTHING like what I asked for. My nails are crooked, she used a DIRTY bit on the nail drill, AND my hands were BLEEDING from her cutting my skin with the drill.
