I gave the 1 star because I can't give them a half star. I came in yesterday for a fill and left with butchered nails!!! The nail lady didn't seem like she knew what she was doing at all. I picked a pretty cat eye color out and let her know I have a couple of nails that were cracked and needed to be replaced and wasn't sure about any others but told her if she felt any of my nails needed to be replaced to go ahead! We decided just the two. Normally they clip the side and use another nail to separate and remove the bad nail instead she brings out a blunt tool and tried to dig under it and when that didn't work she soaked it off which ok whatever it happens. She then puts clear nails on the two I replaced why my other nails were the standard color so now my set is all mismatched. I asked that she trim my nails and she cut them way short!! next she filed my nails and I told her I wanted square round normally you don't shape the nail til the fill is done but ok. She took 45 min just to buff the color off. I advised her I did need to leave in 25 min and asked if she would be done and she said yes well 15 min later still no polish but said she would be done in 10 min. She put the color on and it was totally thin and see thru even after two coats cuz she barely put any polish on the brush and I had to keep telling her she was missing the sides of my nail. She told me I was done but my nails were still tacky. She said she would spray with alcohol and they would be fine. When I was finally finished I was there for almost 90 min so I was late! If she was just honest and told me she needed more time I could have made arrangements with my boss to come in later. When I looked at my nails they were all different shapes and sizes with a horrible paint job. I immediately asked for the manager and made my complaint that's when she said she is new only second day and not to worry she will train her well and she also said to comeback tomorrow and she would fix. Well next day I said I wanted a new set because my beautiful long nails are now mis shaped uneven and most important extremely short. She yelled over me not letting me talk and said I can't get free work out of them and that I rushed the other girl and put the blame on me!! All I wanted was the nails that I had she wouldn't even replace the two nails with the correct ones saying no one will know! I know and it does show! Bad service especially the big guy. He did my pedicure. I just wanted a basic simple pedicure just clean my toe nails properly. All he did was take out the dead skin on the sides. He said he couldn't clean the sides of the nails because it's prohibited. Like why would I pay $35 just to take a little bit of the cuticle. I could do it myself for God's sake. Worst pedicure I've ever had. I got the lady with red shirt and her name is Lee. It was so horrible! I was asked her for regular polish but she keep telling me gel is better even i told her i don't like gel but she still keep do gel on my toe and infection control at its worst! She dropped the toenail clippers on the floor and continued. She DID NOT disinfect them at the end! She rinsed them off and put them away. I have polish all over my toes and barely any on my actual toe nails. I spent 77$ for what? For rushing? Because when she saw new clients come she tried to do as fast as possible to do for the new clients? I came here just want to relex with my money not this awful experience! UPDATE 11/29/22: It's been over a week since I got my gel manicure SOMEWHERE ELSE and I have not had a single problem. Guess it wasn't my "oily nail beds" that were the issue. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. I got my nails done Thursday and Le finished in like 15-20 minutes which seems much faster than usual for a gel manicure. Maybe she's just fast? The very next day, my index finger nail chipped. Went back and they fixed it. On Saturday night, my right thumb nail started to lift and fell off during the night. Went back and they fixed it. Monday morning I have my left thumb nail, and both ring fingers that are now lifting. I called to have Lisa fix them and she said that after 4 days they do nothing. She said it was probably due to my "oily" nail beds. I've been getting gel manicures for YEARS and have never had a problem like this. Nor have I been told that I have oily nail beds. I just wanted my nails done for Thanksgiving and now I have to go find somewhere else and pay full price AGAIN to hopefully have them done correctly. NEVER coming back to this place again. It may be convenient but it's a waste of time and money. So disappointing. read more

My girls and I went in to get a full set, gel manicure, and a fill. There were six employees and each of us got a different person. My fill came out like a five year old had painted them. And they kept filing my skin over and over. I told him that he was hurting me and he apologizes and continues to file my skin. He took for everrrrrrrr. And the end result was not even good. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails, and while the lady who did my nails did a great job I did not appreciate being charged an extra five dollars for another lady to remove my old nails. In all my years of having this done, I've never been charged extra to remove my old nails in any state I've lived in. Because I had the exact amount of cash, the nail tech didn't get a tip, which I feel bad about. Lesson learned do not go to this nail salon as they'll screw you at the end when you pay. read more

I went and got my nails done on Saturday. I was really disappointed they were very thick and one was wavy. I really wanted to just move on from this experience. But my daughter convinced me to call them up and explain to them that I did not like my nails. They immediately asked me to come in after work and get them fixed. So I did. I had Vivian I think she said they call her V fix my nails. They are so beautiful now and she did a wonderful job. I tipped her even though they weren't charging me for anything. Although I would have never gone back again. I know I will go back and ask for her specifically. She was very sweet and practically had to do an entire fill to fix my nails and now they're beautiful. I have seen other people post pictures of their nails on here and they might possibly have been done by the same person who did mine on Saturday. But if you give them a chance they will fix and hopefully that person will get some feedback and get better. That's all we can hope. read more

So once again I made an appointment 2 days ahead of time to get a Pedicure. This is the second time this has happened and I will not go back. These people are so GREEDY that they will book as many people as possible and still take walk ins. With that being said they throw you in a chair and expect you to wait until they take care of the other clients that are walk ins. As soon as I got there, they put me in the chair, I waited for 15 minutes and was never acknowledged. Probably the worst place I've ever gone to. I called to make an appointment and the owner, Lisa, told me when to come in. When I got there, she told me where to sit at the pedicure chairs. I believe her daughter turned on my water which I then put my feet into and the water was burning hot. The little girl saw my reaction, and she just turned it off instead of putting cool water. A man came to start my pedicure, I believe his name was Dinh. He started to work on my pedicure then he would get up and do something making me wait for a few minutes; he would start doing my nails and then stop again and would look around easily getting distracted by others conversations. This at least took more than an hour for him to do, there was a lady who came for a gel polish pedicure change after me, and she was done way before I even got my toes painted. He then finished them up leaving polish all around my skin with messed up polish on the nail. On another toe, he only painted half the nail. I told myself I would just deal with it, and he started my gel manicure. He filed my nails all uneven, and then he started to paint them. He would hardly paint the nail then put them under the light. When it came to the top coat, you could tell it was a bad top coat, he only put a drop. He didn't even paint the entire nail, so you could see where the outline of the topcoat actually was not even covering the white paint. The tips of the nails were chipped, and he didn't even fix it. He then sent me off. It took him about 2 and a half hours to do. I ended up paying 80, and I couldn't go home with that. I went outside to my car, and then I ended up coming back in after 5 minutes to tell the owner that he did such a bad job. She told me to wait, so she could fix it. I waited for 20 minutes, and then she fixed my toes and fingers. She told me that I need to let my nails grow longer since they were shorter, I told her I cut them shorter because of my work. She told me it would be easier if they were longer and that I would look better with longer nails. I'm sorry WHAT? You don't say that to someone you are giving service to. I've never had any issues with getting a manicure with shorter nails. She put another gel coat, and now my nails are super thick. She also told me that some of the gel was peeling off and she fixed it, but it might peel again. That doesn't sound good to a client? Why didn't she just do them over? They look somewhat better now, but they are not to normal expectations. Everyone I've shown these pictures to are horrified. I can't believe I wasted my money here, I wish I could get a refund. This has nothing to do with Covid it's just bad service. I asked for a toenail polish change. The gal didn't use clippers she used a flimsy Emory board even though I asked to have the nails clipped. I said round several times, she did square with sharp edges. Didn't use quick dry, I had to ask for flip flops... terrible service and like pulling teeth to get simple service. This place is very hit or miss. I only ever go for the convenience but sadly won't be going back. Everyone is very nice especially the lady up front. I got a gel manicure yesterday and my polish is not all the way to the sides of my nail bed and very uneven. Also, I am a dental hygienist so the main thing I enjoy out of a mani is the hand massage. LITERALLY got a 15 second hand massage on each hand. Very disappointing. I feel like if you request the lady up front you will get quality work but she's always busy and I end up getting someone else. Sadly not worth the convenience anymore. read more

Not even 1 week later i have 1 nail cracked in half, 1 nail tip cracked, and 1 other nail with 2 cracks and on top of that all 10 nails are lifting! Before i moved here my fill would last me 3-4 weeks if needed with no issues! Even made it through my move loading and unloading 2 full trailers and 2 full vehicles along with cleaning!
