Another nice plus is that there is a discount for cash purchases, which I always appreciate. They also offer complimentary valet parking, which is convenient. The other friends we were with didn't have to valet--I think they arrived early enough, before the valet service started--but it was nice having the complimentary valet available for us. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I'm glad we decided to dine in again rather than just getting takeout. I would have loved to have shrimp a salad but the add ons were just a bit steep to me in my humble opinion.

The one up front casual and certainly less formal than the back room which is a little more formal, with a piano player, softly lit etc etc etc. Same kitchen for both rooms, same service, and whichever you choose, you can't go wrong Drinks, Caesar salad, lasagna,(might be the best in town). meatballs and spaghetti, veal Francis's.....all terrific. Renzo's is a proven winner, and with season upon us, I'd suggest that you plan ahead. Prices are good, ambience is that of fa nice Italian restaurant, anywhere in Italy Bravo Renzo!!!.

When our friend's dessert arrived, however, the server simply put it on the table and walked away. No candle, no singing, no acknowledgment. We ended up singing Happy Birthday ourselves. We weren't expecting special treatment--just the same treatment we watched other birthday guests receive. After mentioning it repeatedly, being completely overlooked was incredibly disappointing. Good food, but between the mold smell and the lack of attention to what should have been a special occasion, we won't be returning. Good food is easy to find; making your guests feel welcome apparently isn't.

She consistently checked up on me to make sure everything was ok. She was VERY sweet and professional. The establishment charges $35 for a Pad Thai dish. Although it includes all of the extras, I feel they could reduce the price and make it more of à la carte offering. I would have only had the Pad Thai, not all the other options; you're forced to pay for things you don't necessarily want - a bit pricey for lunch. AND, the management was sitting at a table, right where you walk in, with laptops and paperwork having a meeting about menu options. I don't think this was appropriate. Any business dealings they need to conduct should be conducted in an office or other setting where customers don't see them. We ordered the chicken gyozas, vegetable fried rice, chicken and vegetables, orange chicken, and the crispy beef noodles for the table and everyone shared. Every dish was unique and absolutely delicious. The food arrived fast which was great as well. Sometimes with large parties you have wait forever for all the food to be ready but for our table of 6 we waited maybe 15 mins before the food was ready. Everyone was happy! Service was excellent as well. They checked on our table regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, were very attentive, and friendly and made great recommendations for dishes to try. The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere. We really loved all the different colored umbrellas suspended from the ceiling it was a beautiful touch to the restaurant and looked like a work of art. I'll admit... my expectations weren't very high, but wow, was I pleasantly surprised! The Crispy Beef is an absolute MUST! Hands down the best dish we ordered. The Chicken & Eggplant was delicious, the Mongolian Beef was full of flavor, and the Chicken Fried Rice was really good.
