Went to Discount Tires in State Road 16 on 8/21/26 and had to shout out how satisfied I am. Mike took the time to explain and recommend a tire brand and he was courteous and knowledgeable. I got the veteran discount and he gave me an approximate time that my car would be ready and (BINGO) it was right on time. The technician came into the waiting room and with a smile on his face handed me my keys and said have a great weekend. When I arrived home I realized that I misplaced my receipt and called the store. Caleb answered and was as pleasant and courteous as Mike and texted me a copy of my receipt and also wished me a safe and pleasant weekend,. Good Job Guys read more

Amazing service, Jon was amazing! Took care of me quick and efficiently. I will definitely be back!

It's truly sad to see a local businesses downfall in customer service, used to be much better, the manager hides from customers, you'll have more interaction with the employees than him scared in the back hiding read more

The absolute worst customer experience you will ever encounter while just trying to get some tires. ENJOY standing in a line that nobody ever addresses. SEE the 3-5 employees behind that counter fuck around answer phones for 10 minutes while the line gets bigger. WATCH as people who keep their appointments arrive and have their time wasted! (I mean, what is the point of appointments if walk ins end up taking your spot?) Seriously, I've had horrible experiences with this company. every fucking time. it doesn't matter what location you're at, you will absolutely have your day ruined by DISCOUNT TIRE. read more

Originally made an appointment for 12 on Saturday, called to change appointment (4 new tires) 8:30 Saturday morning to 10:00. They obliged and set the appointment. When we got there they said probably 1 1/2 hours my tires would be installed and alignment "should be" done as well. After checking in I looked at my watch, it was 10:10. At 10.35 I received a message my tires were installed. I went to the counter and was told they were aligning tires right away. At 10:42 they called my name and said car is ready. I was stunned. Normally service says 1 1/2 hours and 2 plus hours later you're still waiting. Their service was AMAZING. Car rides better now than it did with factory tires. I am so impressed with the service and the price. Thanks Discount Tire Saint Augustine! read more

Thank you Erick, Warren and Robert! We got a flat tire due to a semi-trucks tire blowing out in front of us and running over debris. We had been on the road 7 hours with our toddler and dog coming back home from a vacation. Needless to say, we were in a bit of a predicament. We called around to see if anyone could help us get a tire so we could get home, and this place delivered! They let us come inside and let our toddler run around and let our dog inside as well. It was over 95 degrees outside and we had been up since 4am. In under an hour, we had a brand new tire on our car and could safely get back on the road. Because of this location, we will be Discount Tire customers for life! read more

i'm honestly sitting outside on the bench in front of this place thanking God for these people that took care of me today. this morning my back tire pot and I had to get it replaced, and as I was trying to make up for the late time by getting to work, my front tire ended up popping as well. Just so unfortunate. But when my second tire popped, the closest place was discount tire. I chug the car all the way over there and the rest of what was left of the tire keeping the from touching the ground fell off as I parked my car. It was like the universe or God showing me that this was the perfect decision to make. I have been struggling in and out with this car day and day out for a long time and just trying to get to the bottom of everything with the car. It's been a crazy money pit but it's what I have and what I have to work with to be able to take care of my kids and my other responsibilities. I take everything day by day and I barely have help or anyone to talk to. So when I walked in the store just trying to use whatever last of my money to get my car back and running, I was very glad that the guys understand everything and took the initiative to help me out whenever where they could. especially Prestin, and the advisor that came out with him to check my car out and request that i get it checked out for free after getting my bad tires taken care of. I always wished of a day where i could be able to help others like how Prestin and the advisor (i didn't get his name) helped me today. everything they did for me is well appreciated and i will remember them forever. i don't know if it's the energy i put out every day myself, but i'd like to think i deserve it. i'm just glad to see there are hearts out there like me. i hope to be in a position one day where i can pay this forward, like i always tell others that i've helped in a much less drastic way than how Discount helped me. thanks, guys. If I didn't live so far I come here for every one of my car problems. They left that much of an impression on me. Please give them all your business if you see this! It's definitely worth it. Caleb, that's the advisor's name. Thank you. read more

I couldn't have been more appreciative of the customer service. My husband set up an appt. For his car to get tires balanced and rotated. When I arrived the employees couldn't have been any nicer. Very courteous employees. Quick service. It only took 30 minutes for them to put my new wheels.

Every time we have a tire problem we go here. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about every aspect of tires. Service is usually very quick. You can make an appointment or walk in. Flat tires are fixed for free. We have had three flats over the years and each time our tire was repaired for free. They will try and sell you new tires every chance they can. We recently bought a new set of tires that will be rotated for free as long as we own them. Prices are comparable and their service is great. read more

These guys did a great job setting me up with wheels and tires. My specific size had to be ordered, but came within a few days. Not even sure how anyone can give this place a bad review! I've done my business at this location for the last few years and they've always been super accommodating. Latest and most current situation (as I sit here waiting on my new tires to be put on) happened a week ago when I had a flat in one of my Nitto Terra Grappler G2's. I stopped at the Durbin location to get it fixed but it was unfixable. I decided to try a whole new set of BF Goodrich's which I didn't like the feel too much. Came straight here after leaving there with the new tires and spoke with Erick about getting the Nitto's put back on. They had to search the country to find 4 new tires since they're being phased out but got 4 of them in and I'm here now getting them put on and super excited. My old Nittos had 22,000 miles on them. I got one flat and they're replacing all 4 brand new for only $300! You can't beat that. This place always treats me right. Thank you Erick sir! And thank you Discount Tire. read more

I came in for a rotate and balance. Jodie pointed out some items on the tread depth on one the tires I had missed. He found a comparable tire at a very fair price and had me out within an hour. I have dealt with this store and other Discount Tire stores around the country. I have always been pleased with them. I highly recommend this store. read more

I had a minor accident while in the area, and it damaged one wheel. I was concerned that I might need to replace it before driving home. The person at this store looked at it, and told me it was ok to drive on. He also advised me about options to replace or repair the wheel, and which might be more cost effective to do so. Then he said there was no charge for his time. This is fantastic service! read more

My wife and I were in St. Augustine for a week. On the drive down from SC we had a tire issue? A person at the condo we were staying at recommended this store. They replaced our tire quickly and at a fair price. No attempt to "up sell" or over charge. I would recommend this store. read more

Kudos to Erick Wright for helping me with my Toyota Tacoma this morning!!! He went above and beyond to resolve my concern.

Really nice guys. They don't try and up sell you on tires they sell you what you need and as far as I can tell the prices they charge are fair. Also as an FYI they usually change up their monthly sales at the beginning of the month. So if the tires you want aren't on sale and you can wait they may be on sale the next cycle. Also they only do tires, no oil change or even brakes, but if you buy from there free tire rotations. read more

With a flat rear tire that needed to be replaced, I called to compare pricing against our wholesale club. I spoke with Luis in the morning to explain the situation and to see if they had the tires we wanted in stock. Although he didn't have them, he offered to get them in the same day and quoted us a better price. I drove in on a spare tire at our scheduled time. Luis was with another customer but Sam kindly took over and did an honest assessment of the damage as well as the condition of our other tires. Even though we probably could have gotten by for another few months by repairing the flat, I decided to go ahead and replace all four tires since there was an additional $70 rebate from Michelin for a set of 4. They squeezed me in the last couple of hours before the store closed. After hanging out at the nearby Ruby Tuesday for an hour or so, I walked back to Discount Tire. My new tires were installed and I was good to go. Everyone on the team was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great prices and even better service, the Discount Tire in St. Augustine has won me over. read more

My appointment today was a great success and experience. I was greeted outside by Jacob who checked me in and checked my car. I checked in at 8:30 and by 8:47 was in my way, after having four new tires installed. Excellent service. This is the reason we are repeat customers. read more

I had a tire issue that I called and they let me come in right away. I saw them and let them know that I recently got tires from another one of their other locations and that I had a PSI issue on one. They took my receipt and checked my car out almost instantly. Let me know that there was a screw on the inside of the tire so had to be seen if you took the tire off and gave me a new one for a good price! Got me out of there in 30 minutes! Definitely Recommend. Super helpful !!! read more

Seniors; STAY AWAY FROM DISCOUNT TIRE! I'm a 72 years old senior citizen, I took a tire to Discount Tire "2449 FL-16, St. Augustine, FL" to clean the bead tire/ream and they make me wait exactly (1 Hr.) to tell me that they would NOT do the job that only would take 5 minutes, then they try to sell me a new tire. Very disappointed with this locations lack of customer service. I had two tires changed in early December 2022. During the process one of the hub caps on my truck was broken which I was assured would be replaced. After calling the store multiple times to inquire about the part, I was told it was ordered but there always seemed to be an issue with shipment or some other delay. It is now May and I still haven't received it, very disappointed. read more

Best tire shop in Saint Augustine hands down. They just cannot be beat in customer service and price. A competitor offered to price match until I provided the quote by Discount Tire. The reply," I don't know how they are selling those tires for that price." The best they could do was still over a $100 difference. Do yourself a favor and get a few quotes on four tires before making a purchase. Ask for Will and he will certainly take care of your needs in a timely and diligent manner. Well done Discount Tire in Saint Augustine off 16. read more
