DO NOT let this place touch your car…read more I asked if they could do a transmission fluid replacement since I had a coupon for it. First guy said no because my 4Runner doesn't have a dipstick. Then the assistant manager said he could do it. He put the wrong transmission fluid (Toyotas require Toyota WS TF). Immediately after my transmission started to slip in 3rd gear. After battling with the GM they agreed to replace with Toyota WS fluid but they didn't flush the system. The contaminants of the wrong fluid are still causing slippage in 3rd gear and I got a diagnostic from Toyota stating Toyota WS is required for my 4Runner and that the slippage is caused by the contaminant of wrong fluid. They still denied my claim. This company ruined my transmission and is refusing to take any ownership of their mistakes. This is our family vehicle and now we feel unsafe driving it.

As…read morean ex employee I have witnessed multiple cars leave with peices of the evac tube still stuck in the car without letting the owner know, I have seen the manager sell things when not needed to "boost numbers" knowingly charged for oil changes without changing the filter,cut up cabin filters to fit, use any oil filter in stock when the right one wasnt in stock, and I have personally witnessed the manager talking bad about theyre employees behind theyre back. The management has no loyalty to its employees and would rather friends get ahead then the real hard workers. They also do not accommodate for the well being of theyre employees or theyre mental health.

I came in around 2 PM on a Wednesday and was the only customer. From the moment I arrived, Austin was rude and seemed annoyed that I was even there. Normally, I'm greeted at my car window and asked what type of oil change I need. Instead, Austin stuck his head out of the door and yelled from a distance asking what I needed. I told him I needed a full synthetic oil change. I found it unprofessional to not approach the vehicle and to communicate by yelling across the parking lot, something I've never experienced here before. He told me to go to bay 1. When I began pulling in, I hesitated because staff usually guide cars over the opening in the floor. After waiting briefly and seeing no guidance, I slowly proceeded into the bay. Austin then rudely snapped, "I told you to go to bay 1, not inside it." I apologized, but I was honestly shocked by how he spoke to me. Perhaps if he had approached my car when I arrived, I could have heard his directions more clearly. At that point, I seriously considered leaving and taking my business to one of the many other oil change places nearby. I decided to give it another chance, assuming maybe we had just started off on the wrong foot and the holiday season can be stressful for everyone. Unfortunately, his tone continued to be abrasive. He asked me several questions one being whether I'd been there before (I know they keep records of this), and why I didn't have the sticker on my window, all in a way that felt accusatory and dismissive. Clayton, who appeared to be management, took over the rest of my service and was professional and kind. He recommended some additional maintenance that my car likely needs, and under normal circumstances I would have agreed. The total would have been approximately $400-$500. However, Austin's behavior and tone left such a bad impression that I declined any additional services during this visit. I would like to continue supporting this business, as I've had positive experiences here in the past. Unfortunately, Austin's attitude made this visit extremely unpleasant and will likely prevent me from returning. Customer service matters, especially when customers have plenty of other options close by.

Jammed up my steering wheel, telescope and my turn signal then called me a liar twice on something I didn't do. If I do it I own it! Anyway, 3/4 of my car bill is labor and 1/4 over inflated parts, cars finally put back together but I can't pick up during the M-F 9am-5pm hours and closed weekends. So l told them to leave the car out and I would pick up but when I turned on car I had to shut down fast and get it towed out of there fast. It's like someone purposely played with the motor. I never let any shop know I have more mechanics skills than most there workers, they still think women are dumb. They loosened and flipped my alt belt, loosened and chewed up teeth on my lower two belts, damaged my new paint job. I never had a chance to put the corvette emblem back on...It's been at their shop for so many, many, months. Please, customers beware. I am sending pics.
