I didn't get a chance to call anyone until dinner time since I was at a conference. I called and Manny answered on a Saturday evening. He got my information, informed me about inventory and said he would follow up. I told him I'd be traveling the next day, but he told me to still call if I hadn't heard from him. I called on my layover that Sunday morning and Manny answered and said he was getting an updated from the warehouse that had my glass and would text me with the timeframe for the repair that following Monday. The tech made it to my place that following Monday morning during the one hour timeframe that Manny provided, replaced the glass, cleaned the broken glass and was done in about 40-50 minutes. I've never had to get this done before so I can't compare, but I was super impressed by the affordability, speed, availability, and Manny's general helpful attitude! The Lanham store replaced my windshield in April, but it was not done correctly. Thanks to the Fredericksburg, VA, office, which replaced my windshield again, and explained all the reasons why it was leaking. I can't remember names, but on 6/21, the staff were so nice, apologetic, and amazing. I had to drive 1.5 hrs., but it was worth it. The strips that are alongside the glass were also broken during the previous installation, so I am waiting for a replacement.

My windshield was cracked from a rock and I needed it replaced, while insurance routed me to Safelite, they were terrible, and did not know how to deal with the calibration. I didn't realize you do not need to use safelite to have insurance cover the repair. I cannot recommend enough to call Superior and avoid safelite all together. They knew what they were doing, did it quickly and got it fixed. Insurance or not I would absolutely come back here again if I needed a repair. It's hard to find (tucked back in the middle of a warehouse complex), but don't let that dissuade you. It's fast, friendly service and it will be done correctly. Highly recommend.
