During the heavy rain last week, water was dripping from the lights above the rearview mirror. After visiting the dealership, I found out my windshield was leaking. The Lanham store replaced my windshield in April, but it was not done correctly. Thanks to the Fredericksburg, VA, office, which replaced my windshield again, and explained all the reasons why it was leaking. I can't remember names, but on 6/21, the staff were so nice, apologetic, and amazing. I had to drive 1.5 hrs., but it was worth it. The strips that are alongside the glass were also broken during the previous installation, so I am waiting for a replacement. read more

He is refusing to pay for the 3 broken pieces his technician broke which cost over $400 his boss Gina was very rude and condescending and refused a full refund until I emailed cooperate. My experience with this company was the worst ever. The actual repair tech was excellent, but the billing administrator really screwed up. It was arranged through my insurance company, but they failed to bill my insurance company and charged me for the whole job on my credit card. It is now my responsibility to get reimbursed the difference. First thing, they never sent me an invoice or explained to me the job was a cash repair. I called them to resolve this situation, but they failed me by giving me a cold shoulder treatment. One woman over the phone basically did hang up the phone on me when I asked for a supervisor number. Their administrative staff are not the best to deal with. Find another company or get an invoice. Their attitude was simply the worst. If I ever have to replace another windshield, I WON'T call this company. They lost a customer forever. read more

This is absolutely unacceptable. After arriving at 10am to get my back glass replaced on 1/3/2020. Told It would take an hour but to adjust for 2 hours. My vehicle wasn't ready until around 2p.m. Then I went to inspect my vehicle before leaving. The Glass was put on incorrectly, it was sliding off, and the sealant barrier was peeling off, half of it was lumpy instead of smooth. Glass in the back of the head rest underneath the now replaced back glass which is unreachable now that the glass has been placed over it. Glass left on the back of my trunk. After contacting your customer service, they reached the District Manager. She spoke with Alex to get it done properly. Well the 2nd time was still done incorrectly. I took Alex and the Senior tech to the car and showed them the sealant barrier coming off yet again. The senior tech was tasked with taking care of all the issues. He did great. Now the same day I saw warp visions while looking through the rear view mirror out the back glass. I thought it was just because the glass was new. No! The glass is warped and gives a bifocal blurry vision that makes my head hurt as if I am going to have a seizure looking at the blurry and warped vision in my back glass as I look through my rear view mirror! I want this glass replaced properly and my money refunded! I cannot believe all the things I've went through with this company just to get a back glass replaced! i will post the pics I am sending you to Yelp and Social Media. This should not be acceptable! Entire Friday wasted and took off of work for this! Still not done properly and glass defective! I should have listened to the reviews I read about this place! Let me start by saying that this is the cheapest place to buy a new windshield that I've experienced! Some places wanted to charge me over $500 for a new windshield!!! These guys at auto glass now charged me $239 w/tax! :) AMAZING!! The staff is amazing and super friendly especially Tameka ( hope I spelled it right.) my little girl still speaks about her. She is very nice and entertained my little girl while I waited for my car to get a new windshield installed. Thank you guys! Keep up the great prices and the amazing customer service! I came here after failing the initial inspection for Maryland vehicle registration due to large crack on the passenger side of windshield. I was quoted a great price for the work and the service was great and quick. The only reason I will give 4 instead of 5 stars is that the initial quote didn't include the window seal. They did try to salvage the original seal, but failed so it ended up being $30 more than original quote due to seal. Final price was still less than some of the other quotes I got. So I would say 4.5 stars overall experience. read more

Ok I requested a quote for my GMC YUKON, and I had my stepfather come in before they stopped taking people. He came around 4:30. I waited for at least and hour. I was told that they didn't have the proper glass, the glass I had a rain sensor. I didn't know I had that, learn something new everyday. So I spoke with the female manger I forgot her name. ( She was very sweet, and she told me she would lower the price for the inconvenience.) I came the next morning after work, and No complaints! Windshield is good as new. The prices are great, I'm a returning customer (I've had two windshields replaced). The installers are very knowledgeable. However, I've had trouble getting the warranty honored. I was told the computer only goes back three months (huh). And without the original receipt "that has care instructions" there is nothing they can do but charge me to repair the windshield. The credit card charge wasn't enough evidence. The initial service was great. But not Honoring the warranty with the three month computer excuse is unacceptable. How do u handle disputes over three months if you don't maintain records? I guess you get what u pay for. Sometimes paying a little extra will get you extra customers service and extra flexibility and extra understanding. read more

There was an issue with the regulators and both the rear passenger windows won't roll down. I came to Auto Glass Now twice and each time, the part that the store sent was wrong. I wanted to wait a bit to make sure that no problems cropped up with the passage of time, but after 2+ months, I can safely say: Don't let the unassuming appearance of this place dissuade you from using them, this place is fantastic: quotes for replacing my windshield matched the final bill, appointment times were honored, scheduled completion times were met, and the replacement windshield has been flawless: no leaks, no wind-noise, and all the driver-aid bells-and-whistles (automatic wipers, heads-up display, emergency-braking, lane-keep assist, etc, etc) are working perfectly. And if that wasn't enough, they were HALF the cost of Safelite, and almost one-tenth (!!!!) the cost of getting it replaced at the stealership. 5 stars, would *definitely* use them again...!! read more

ZERO STARS!! BEWARE this company is TERRIBLE! POLICE WERE CALLED! I arrived with a severely cracked glass due to an actual impact from a long piece of steel we purchased from the hardware store. We, my husband and I of 30 years, waited for the glass to be repaired for about 3 hours beyond our appointment. When completed we were so satisfied. Believe it or not on the way home, immediately after receiving the repair, we noticed cracks in the window. One crack was on the left bottom corner and the other on the right bottom corner. We couldn't believe it. We immediately called Auto Glass now and the receptionist told us kindly to bring the car back in. I, without my husband, brought the car back to the shop and she looked at it. She then had numerous workers looking at it. She came in the lounge area and said please come out. We have the technician that worked on your car. He came out and this rude technician said that my glass is an impact crack and it is not under warranty. I sad what are you talking about - this happened after you put in the new full glass. He was speaking as if he was out of $200 dollars and a day of work. He called me a liar. He yelled and screamed at me telling me he was not going to fix it and I was not going to get my money back. I have never been yelled and screamed at by a man in my face in a business where I spent my hard earned money ever in my life. This was such a traumatic experience for. I talked to the manager and they were all saying the same thing. Saying, it's an impact crack. This happened on the same day it was installed, literally just driving from the shop back to my home. I had to leave with a cracked glass. I still have it. I have to wait months to go somewhere else. My budget is tight. I was so upset I cried and I called the police. Amazing customer service, great price, and quick install! After trying to get Safelite to replace our glass for 3 weeks, we gave Auto Glass Now a try. The sales rep was courteous and even called the dealer to ensure he could source the correct windshield. 2 days later we showed for our appointment and our glass was installed in under 2hrs with an OEM replacement windshield, a full warranty, and an interesting anecdote from the owner. I called first thing in the morning and was told that they would order my glass for 10am, please come after that and they'll get it done. I showed up around 10:45, but the glass wasn't there. They took my truck in, removed the old glass and prepped it for new while the guy behind the counter (sorry I didn't catch your name!) called the delivery service to get my windshield pronto. DONT GO HERE!!!! Cheap prices = cheap work. They booked me at $236 and 20 minutes into they say they can't do it because of "clips" needed for this vehicle. You didn't know that before I came?
