The Lanham store replaced my windshield in April, but it was not done correctly. Thanks to the Fredericksburg, VA, office, which replaced my windshield again, and explained all the reasons why it was leaking. I can't remember names, but on 6/21, the staff were so nice, apologetic, and amazing. I had to drive 1.5 hrs., but it was worth it. The strips that are alongside the glass were also broken during the previous installation, so I am waiting for a replacement.

My windshield was cracked from a rock and I needed it replaced, while insurance routed me to Safelite, they were terrible, and did not know how to deal with the calibration. I didn't realize you do not need to use safelite to have insurance cover the repair. I cannot recommend enough to call Superior and avoid safelite all together. They knew what they were doing, did it quickly and got it fixed. Insurance or not I would absolutely come back here again if I needed a repair. It's hard to find (tucked back in the middle of a warehouse complex), but don't let that dissuade you. It's fast, friendly service and it will be done correctly. Highly recommend.
