While talking to the manager, I mentioned I tried a capacitor that was a different size which didn't work so I figured I needed to buy the right size and asked her if that could have been the problem with the one I had bought. She said the size shouldn't matter and that there was something else wrong with the heat pump, and that she could have a technician come to our house later this morning. The technician arrived, replaced our compactor which took approximately 5 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes to make sure it continued to work. This $55 capacitor which my husband had intended to purchase ended up costing us over $400 for a 5 minute job. What a rip off!!!!

I am from the east side so I drove 4 hours to my Chelan property to meet with the plumber and I told them that when I called. They said they were able to come on Saturday but would call me with the exact time (the scheduler confirmed with the plumber who was there with her). On Saturday, I waited for them all day to arrive or call but they did neither. I called twice and left messages and told them I was leaving on Sunday and we may be able to meet in the morning since they obviously weren't coming on Saturday. Well, I was totally stood up! No call or text nothing! I could not get a hold of them. I had to turn around and drive 4 hours home. Very disappointed and can't understand how a company would be so disrespectful of my time.

I challenged the team led by Dan and Josh to install a split system in my log home here in Manson…read more For obvious reasons I did not want the head units or line sets hanging off the external walls of my log home. They conceived a way to run the line sets internally within the existing internal duct work. The install required out of the box thinking and we did have challenges with the condensation lines. The mark of a good team is how well they communicate with one another and how they respond timely when given curve balls. They were professional, able to diagnose the condensation line issue and my system is now running beautifully. The team worked well together and operated with integrity.
