I was so disappointed in this company. I went to Cascade Mechanical this morning to purchase a…read morecapacitor for my heat pump since my air conditioner had stopped working. While talking to the manager, I mentioned I tried a capacitor that was a different size which didn't work so I figured I needed to buy the right size and asked her if that could have been the problem with the one I had bought. She said the size shouldn't matter and that there was something else wrong with the heat pump, and that she could have a technician come to our house later this morning. The technician arrived, replaced our compactor which took approximately 5 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes to make sure it continued to work. This $55 capacitor which my husband had intended to purchase ended up costing us over $400 for a 5 minute job. What a rip off!!!!

They conceived a way to run the line sets internally within the existing internal duct work. The install required out of the box thinking and we did have challenges with the condensation lines. The mark of a good team is how well they communicate with one another and how they respond timely when given curve balls. They were professional, able to diagnose the condensation line issue and my system is now running beautifully. The team worked well together and operated with integrity. I would strongly recommend them......... they are smart and love challenges! Kudos also to Bart and Jon on the electrical portion of the install. Drew M

We purchased a used boat lift from the Dock Company, and worked with Dave and after talking with…read morehim we figured the lift was a good value and fair price. We made the deal over the phone as we were 4hrs away from there location. We made the drive over to Chelan, upon arriving the staff was all very friendly and offered us water after our long drive. We got the lift all loaded into our truck and Dave even threw in some boat guides for the lift, which we were very happy for. After getting the lift home and installed we had some issues with the cylinders and pump and Dave had said that they had tested its function extensively without any problems. However I understand it is a used piece of equipment and can have problems and normally no kind of warranty on anything used. After notifying Dave of the problems, Dave and the Dock Company stepped up a and took care of the problems I was having with the lift. Which was above and beyond the service requested. Which is hard to come by in today's world. Needless to say I am very pleased with Dave and the Dock Company.
