He installed the utilities for water, sewer and power in the slab for hook ups for the trailer. We also had him install a vinyl fence around the lot. I would highly recommend and will use All Aspects Concrete again for future projects. Work was done timely and for a reasonable price.

My experience with Charles started well. When we met at the site he seemed like he knew his stuff…read more Soon after meeting with him, I had a few local contractors hint at calling someone else. I liked Charles at the time and went with him anyway. They fit me in at the end of the season which I appreciated and got the job done. There were a couple of things along the way that were red flags to me so I decided to not hire them to do the pump. Charles would talk to me as if I was stupid when asking basic questions. When Charles learned I was going with someone else for the pump he got very defensive and tried to beat their bid so I would go with him. I still went with another company. The company who set the pump measured the well because my pricing was partially based on how much wire they needed. During this process we realized that the well depth seemed different than I was invoiced for. When I confronted Charles he went off like a cannon on me. It was apparent to me that they had cooked their final estimate. It made more sense to me why he fighted to do the pump. I think he didn't want me to find out. When you are hiring someone to drill and they base their price per the foot, you would want to trust that person wouldn't screw you over. I should have listened to the locals at the beginning who tried to warn me. I don't feel the final invoice from MVM was truthful and I recommend hiring someone else to do your well.

I challenged the team led by Dan and Josh to install a split system in my log home here in Manson…read more For obvious reasons I did not want the head units or line sets hanging off the external walls of my log home. They conceived a way to run the line sets internally within the existing internal duct work. The install required out of the box thinking and we did have challenges with the condensation lines. The mark of a good team is how well they communicate with one another and how they respond timely when given curve balls. They were professional, able to diagnose the condensation line issue and my system is now running beautifully. The team worked well together and operated with integrity. I would strongly recommend them......... they are smart and love challenges! Kudos also to Bart and Jon on the electrical portion of the install. Drew M

I sell real estate and work with many builders, having been involved with dozens of home build projects over 30 years. We bought a lot, hired an architect, and used a bank construction loan to build. We chose Shawn/Chelan Site Development to build our home, and feel very lucky to have been recommended to him. Honest, straightforward and fair; Shawn was on-site working every day. He DOESN'T send you to a rep or some team-member/recent hire w/o experience; Shawn takes his work seriously and answers every phone call we made to him. We feel he saved us money, and addressed every concern we had. Literally every board, screw and fixture that went in our home Shawn was in charge of. His bids were accurate, ideas made sense, and understands every step of construction. We are thrilled with our new dream home, and the process with Chelan Site Development.

I was so disappointed in this company. I went to Cascade Mechanical this morning to purchase a…read morecapacitor for my heat pump since my air conditioner had stopped working. While talking to the manager, I mentioned I tried a capacitor that was a different size which didn't work so I figured I needed to buy the right size and asked her if that could have been the problem with the one I had bought. She said the size shouldn't matter and that there was something else wrong with the heat pump, and that she could have a technician come to our house later this morning. The technician arrived, replaced our compactor which took approximately 5 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes to make sure it continued to work. This $55 capacitor which my husband had intended to purchase ended up costing us over $400 for a 5 minute job. What a rip off!!!!

I paid Angel (Jose) Chan of Lake Chelan Landscaping A 5 figured amount for landscaping my yard. He…read moreis a hard worker but his character and honesty is something I question. I paid for a 400 square foot patio with pavers in the front yard and he attempted to short cut the task by filling in 80 square feet of the patio with gravel. I confronted him about it and he did the work as I requested. Secondly, I paid for a fence that was to be made of pressure treated wood. Again he attempted to shortcut the task by finishing off the fence with wood that was not pressure treated. Once again I talked to him about this and he acted "put off" about it. Thirdly, I wanted an extra 80 square feet of pavers added to my patio in my backyard. Angel charged me $2300 for this addition, which works out to be $29 per square foot. Angel said initially it would take 2 pallets to complete the task. Later he agreed that one pallet was sufficient when I pointed out that it was only 80 square feet. He changed his mind to one pallet. I find that Angel tends to inflate the cost of materials to do a job in order to overcharge the customer. This was a genuine "rip off". I also gave specific directions that I wanted a gate to open inward. The next morning I checked the gate and he made the gate open outward. I talked to him about his mistake and again he acted "put off" as if it was my fault. He showed extreme moodiness about this and reacted rudely. This was compounded by him not following direction by reversing the hardware on another gate. His lack of following direction could probably be a result of English being a second language. The quality of his work can be good when he puts his mind to it or quite poor which usually results when he works in a hurry. For example the edge of the patio made with pavers was irregular and uneven in certain places. This was a result of up to a 1 inch gap between the pavers and the plastic edging. (See pictures). Their are other mishaps with the pavers that are brought out by the pictures. Angel installed the irrigation timer on the outside of the house which voids the warranty. The timer is suppose to be installed inside the house. Overall working with Angel was a challenge. He can do a good job if he wants to but I feel he rushes through a job and then the quality of his work is poor. I could not trust him to do the work I requested so I felt a need to be there when the work was being performed. For any future work I will choose another landscaper.
