Did he have his work cut out for him! He said this was the second worst ducts he has ever cleaned - and he suspects that they have never been professionally cleaned. In 70 years. Over an inch of dust and debris coating the ducts. When you buy a house that is not new, you never know what you are breathing in. Skin cells from the 70's? Entirely possible. I absolutely recommend Tyler from Zerorez if you are anywhere from Wenatchee to Spokane. Respectful, clean, professional and super helpful! Went above and beyond to get my home taken care of. (A house this size usually takes him an hour and a half ... he was here for closer to five hours to get the work complete and answer all of our questions.) I had a relay in my heating unit go out a week ago, was able to get alpine in on Thursday. Tech was…read morean hour and a half after their estimated time window, whatever it happens. So I show the tech what I believe to be the problem (dead relay causing heating element to not turn off). Alpine Aire serviced this unit in 2021 for the same issue different relay). Okay, easy enough replace the relay and clean up the wiring that melted (the tech missed this by the way). Friday comes, no call or email about the part being available or not. Monday comes, 10am I give a call cause we've been without heat since last Tuesday and there's a holiday coming this week. I'm told "they're working on a quote for you, you'll have it today". 2pm comes and I give them a call again and explain my situation and I really just need to know if they can order the part or not. At this point the part might arrive in a day or two but then I would have to wait until Monday due to the holiday to even schedule install. That's 11 days from when the tech inspected my heater. But thankfully for all involved Alpine Aire called back at around 3 pm and told me they couldn't get the part as it's too old and they recommend a complete new unit. Funny cause when I look at the relay they replaced in 2021, they replaced it with a relay unit that is 100% still available. We've used Alpine a number of times over the years but will not be using them again. Every step of the process was unprofessional and sloppy.

I challenged the team led by Dan and Josh to install a split system in my log home here in Manson…read more For obvious reasons I did not want the head units or line sets hanging off the external walls of my log home. They conceived a way to run the line sets internally within the existing internal duct work. The install required out of the box thinking and we did have challenges with the condensation lines. The mark of a good team is how well they communicate with one another and how they respond timely when given curve balls. They were professional, able to diagnose the condensation line issue and my system is now running beautifully. The team worked well together and operated with integrity. I would strongly recommend them......... they are smart and love challenges! Kudos also to Bart and Jon on the electrical portion of the install. Drew M
